分别以分散蓝和分散红两种染料为模板分子,3种硅烷偶联剂为功能单体,二氧化硅微球为载体,应用自组织法,制备了两种染料分子印迹的微球形聚硅氧烷。采用分光光度法,研究了分子印迹聚硅氧烷对各自模板分子的吸附性能及选择性识别性能。结果表明,与非印迹聚硅氧烷相比,染料分子印迹的聚硅氧烷对其模板分子具有较高的吸附能力,分子印迹聚硅氧烷的吸附速率也被讨论。  相似文献

Composite latex particles consisting of epoxidised natural rubber (ENR) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) were synthesised to obtain interpenetrating polymer networks. Among the ENR latices having 9 to 36 mol% epoxide, prepared by in situ reaction using performic acid, the ENR latex with 25 mol% epoxide was selected for prevulcanisation by sulphur or γ-radiation system. The swelling ratios of sheets cast from the sulphur-prevulcanised ENR (SPENR) latices decreased with increasing prevulcanisation time while those cast from the γ-radiation-prevulcanised ENR latices were also inversely proportional to the irradiation dose. By applying the phase transfer/bulk polymerisation/transmission electron microscopy (TEM) technique, a homogeneous network structure in each of the SPENR particles and also a relative dense network near the surface in γ-radiation (RV) ENR particle were noticed. When 10 to 30 wt% of MMA swollen in ENR particles was polymerised, the mesh structure was observed in each particle. The dense network near the RVENR particle surface might be used as additional evidence that the degree of epoxidation and, hence, the presence of swollen n-butyl acrylate in the outer zone were higher than in the internal region.  相似文献

为了开发与应用新型列车车体降噪内装结构,基于混合FE-SEA法对轨道车辆用新型橡胶泡棉夹芯板进行隔声与声辐射预测建模,并进行了试验验证,进而利用该模型分析了橡胶泡棉孔隙率与芯皮厚度比对其隔声性能、声辐射性能的影响规律,并通过敷设阻尼层优化了其声学性能。最后,在侧墙组合结构的声学设计中评价了其实际应用效果。结果表明:随着孔隙率的逐步下降,橡胶泡棉夹芯板隔声量上升趋势较为明显,而辐射声功率持续降低;随着芯皮厚度比的逐步提高,夹芯板隔声量呈略微上升趋势,辐射声功率则相应降低。在远离声源一侧的橡胶泡棉蒙皮外侧敷设阻尼层的效果最优,优化后夹芯板计权隔声量提高0.7dB,总声功率级降低0.7dB;相较于传统木质胶合板和铝蜂窝板,橡胶泡棉夹芯板相较于传统内装板材在结构隔声设计中具有轻量化优势。  相似文献

Large strain fixed-end torsion of circular solid rubber bars is studied semi-analytically. The analyses are based on various non-Gaussian network models for rubber elasticity, some of which were proposed very recently. Results are presented in terms of predicted torque vs. twist curves and axial force vs. twist curves. In some cases, the predicted stress distributions are also given. The sensitivity of the second-order axial force to the employed models is considered. The predicted results are compared with experimental results found in the literature.  相似文献

Manganese was added as a promoter to investigate physico-mechanical properties of radiation-vulcanized natural rubber latex (RVNRL) films. RVNRL films were prepared by the addition of Mn with the concentration range 0–30 ppm to natural rubber latex and irradiated with various radiation doses (0–20 kGy). Tensile strength, tear strength, and cross-linking density of the irradiated rubber films increased with increasing the concentration of Mn ions as well as radiation doses. In contrast, elongation at break, permanent set, and swelling ratio of the films were decreased under the same conditions. The concentration of Mn ions and radiation doses were optimized and found to be 20 ppm and 12 kGy, respectively. The maximum tensile and tear strengths of irradiated rubber films were observed as 29.12 MPa and 44.78 N/mm, respectively at the optimum conditions. The mechanical properties of the films increased markedly with the addition of Mn until they attained the highest values of 33.88 MPa and 54.77 N/mm, respectively. These enhancements, which reached approximately 20% at the most favorable conditions, can be explained by the effect of transition metals in view of Fajan’s rules regarding the covalent character of ionic bonds and suggest that the higher the difference in charges between cation and anion, the higher the ability to form distortion or polarization of ions.  相似文献

以马来酸酐(MAH)和稀土异戊橡胶(IR)聚合液为主要原料,采用溶液接枝改性反应制备了马来酸酐接枝稀土异戊橡胶(IR-g-MAH)。以IR-g-MAH接枝率的测试方法为研究对象,对比直接滴定法和返滴法,并进一步优化直接滴定法的测试条件。实验结果表明,直接滴定法测试的结果准确度高、重复性好,且测试过程简单。其较优的测试条件为:水解试剂为乙醇,样品用量为0.2~0.5g,KOH-乙醇标准溶液浓度为0.02~0.06mol/L。  相似文献

Rubber composites with very high moduli at low elongation, high elongation at break and high ultimate breaking strength have been developed. The matrix was acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) and the hybrid (fibrous and particulate) reinforcements were short, fine pineapple leaf fiber (PALF) and carbon black. The amount of PALF was fixed at 10 parts (by weight) per hundred of rubber (phr) while that of carbon black was varied from 0 to 30 phr. Uniaxial NBR composites were prepared. Tensile strength, elongation at break, modulus and tear strength of the hybrid composites were characterized in both longitudinal (parallel to the fiber axis) and transverse (perpendicular to the fiber axis) directions. The addition of carbon black causes the slope of the early part of the stress–strain curve to increase and also extends breaking to greater strains. At carbon black contents of 20 phr and above, the stress–strain relation displays an upturn at high elongations, providing greater ultimate strength. Comparison with the usual carbon black filled rubber shows that the composite behavior at low strains is determined by the PALF, and at high strains by the carbon black. This high performance PALF-carbon black reinforced NBR shows great promise for engineering applications.  相似文献

Phase structure and crystallization behavior of polyethylene(PE) in its blends with cis-1,4-butadiene rubber(BR) at different blend ratios and sample preparation conditions were studied. The PE is finely dispersed in the BR matrix. For samples hot pressed at 145 °C, circular PE microdomains with randomly oriented PE lamellar aggregates were produced. The domain size and number increase with increasing PE content. When the PE content is over 10 wt%, most of the PE domains impinged each other. The separated PE domains are connected by PE stripes with parallel arranged lamellar aggregates. For samples hot pressed at 140 °C, elongated PE microdomains with oriented PE lamellar aggregates were obtained due to the shear flow. The crystallization of PE in the blends depends on the phase structure. Confined crystallization of PE occurs in small microdomains at relatively low temperature. With the increase of domain size, the crystallization ability of PE increases while the confined crystallization decreases.  相似文献

硅橡胶和氟橡胶作为国防、航天等重要领域的耐热材料一直被人们青睐,但其有着各自地优缺点且价格昂贵,本文尝试将这两种橡胶制成并用胶以解决氟橡胶不耐低温和加工性差的问题,以期增大其使用温度范围。采用机械共混法制备硅橡胶/氟橡胶并用胶,研究了硅橡胶和氟橡胶的混炼工艺、并用比、共硫化体系和硫化条件对并用胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,当硅橡胶/氟橡胶的质量比为10∶90,共硫化体系为3~#硫化剂/过氧化二异丙苯(DCP),一段硫化温度为170℃、硫化压力为10MPa、硫化时间为30min,二段硫化温度为200℃、硫化时间为6h时,并用胶的力学性能达到最好。  相似文献
