研究了p型(100)InAs在不同中心波长飞秒激发光(750—850nm)作用下的太赫兹(THz)波辐射特性.这种太赫兹辐射的光谱性质与光学Dember效应密切相关,飞秒脉冲激发下产生的载流子在InAs表面的Dember场内做加速运动,从而辐射出THz电磁波.实验结果表明:不同中心波长的激发光作用下,InAs表面产生的Dember电场、光生载流子浓度、谷间散射效应以及处于不同状态的载流子数目都发生了变化,因而激发出太赫兹波的功率、振幅、频谱分布和有效谱宽是不同的.这项研究将有利于THz时域光谱技术以及实验 相似文献

The three-dimensional (3D) problem of the ground vibration isolation by an in-filled trench as a passive barrier is studied
theoretically. Integral equations governing Rayleigh wave scattering are derived based on the Green’s solution of Lamb problem.
The integral equations are solved accurately and efficiently with an iteration technique. They are used to evaluate the complicated
Rayleigh wave field generated by irregular scatterers embedded in an elastic half-space solid. The passive isolation effectiveness
of ground vibration by the in-filled trench for screening Rayleigh wave is further studied in detail. Effects of relevant
parameters on the effectiveness of vibration isolation are investigated and presented. The results show that a trench filled
with stiff backfill material gets a better isolation effect than a soft one, and increasing the depth or width of the in-filled
trench also improves its screening effectiveness. The effectiveness and the area of the screened zone are surging with the
increase in the length of the in-filled trench.

Motivated by the theory of phase transition dynamics, we consider one-dimensional, nonlinear hyperbolic conservation laws with nonconvex flux-function containing vanishing nonlinear diffusive-dispersive terms. Searching for traveling wave solutions, we establish general results of existence, uniqueness, monotonicity, and asymptotic behavior. In particular, we investigate the properties of the traveling waves in the limits of dominant diffusion, dominant dispersion, and asymptotically small or large shock strength. As the diffusion and dispersion parameters tend to 0, the traveling waves converge to shock wave solutions of the conservation law, which either satisfy the classical Oleinik entropy criterion or are nonclassical undercompressive shocks violating it. 相似文献

The nonlinear dynamics of a CO2 laser having continuous electrical discharge pumping and loss modulation and generating in three vibrationalrotational lines of the same vibrational band is investigated theoretically. It is shown that it is possible to monitor the time and energy parameters of radiation in rather wide ranges by changing the depth and frequency of modulation and also the relationship between the constant components of losses. The character of the response of the threewave laser in loss modulation in one or two channels at certain parameters is similar to the response of a system with two degrees of freedom. When designing a cut-off interference filter, extra layers are needed to add on each side of periodic symmetrical multilayer to match the incident medium and the substrate. In this paper, we use sol-gel film with adjustable refractive index as the match layer. The influence of the refractive index and thickness of the match layer on the film system is discussed in detail. As an example, a special filter which is transparent (>80%) at the wavelength 3–5 m and high reflective (>90%) at the wavelength 1.3 m is designed. Finally a series of optimized film parameters are presented. The whole design process is a good reference to the other multilayer special filter made by sol-gel process. 相似文献

提出了采用离散傅立叶变换(DFT)技术的短波混沌FH/DQPSK系统的快速扫描捕获法,并分别在多音干扰,多个邻台情况下进行了数值模拟与分析,同时与位移等待式自同步法的捕获性能进行了比较;分析了DFT变换器舍入误差对捕获性能的影响。研究结果表明:当跳频频点数为16、跳频速率为2560跳/秒、多音干扰数目为15或16个邻台同时工作时,一个切普时间内扫描4个频点的快速扫描捕获法的平均捕获时间分别为5.7ms和11.2ms,与位移等待式自同步法相比,其平均捕获时间分别缩短了50.4%和67.4%。当舍入误差的方差与信道中加性白高斯噪声(AWGN)的方差比ρ=6时,捕获时间为64.3ms,为ρ=0时的11.9倍。 相似文献

讨论了天波雷达三个与时间有关的“可用度”的区别。强调这种新体制雷达传播媒质电离层是不均匀、各向异位、色散随机介质,雷达传播信道是非线性时变信道,以及天波雷达工作环境的十分复杂性。给出了低纬度地区天波雷达的信道可用度研究方法和实例。研究了给定一定设备能力的天波雷达系统探测不同目标的时间可用度的计算方法和实例,并指出环境噪声对可用度的影响。 相似文献
