基于概念网络的文本信息监控技术

由于网上信息的迅速增长,文本信息监控已经成为网上信息管理中的热点研究课题。本文在模糊集和语义网络的理论基础上,构建了模糊值动态约束性概念网络,介绍了该概念网络的基本构建方法,并提出了基于概念网络的文本分析算法。

Error Concealment Based on Semantic Prioritization with Hardware‐Based Face Tracking

With video compression standards such as MPEG‐4, a transmission error happens in a video‐packet basis, rather than in a macroblock basis. In this context, we propose a semantic error prioritization method that determines the size of a video packet based on the importance of its contents. A video packet length is made to be short for an important area such as a facial area in order to reduce the possibility of error accumulation. To facilitate the semantic error prioritization, an efficient hardware algorithm for face tracking is proposed. The increase of hardware complexity is minimal because a motion estimation engine is efficiently re‐used for face tracking. Experimental results demonstrate that the facial area is well protected with the proposed scheme.

文献查阅是化学工作者必须掌握的基本技能之一.随着计算机网络技术的迅速发展,利用全球信息网WWW浏览和获取化学信息已成为查阅化学文献最重要的方法之一.在化学工作者中普及万维网WWW查阅各类化学信息和获取化学资源的方法是非常重要的.作者简要叙述WWW的基本原理和通过WWW获取化学信息和化学资源的方法,并给出部分Internet化学资源.     

基于双解码路径DD-UNet的脑肿瘤图像分割算法

针对医学图像中病灶区域尺度不一、边界模糊和周围组织强度不均匀所导致的分割精度降低问题,提出了一种基于双解码器的脑肿瘤图像分割模型。为了增强特征的表征力,提出了高阶微分残差模块并使用不同空洞率的扩张卷积用于提取特征编码,提高了网络模型的分割性能;引入上下文语义信息感知模块(multi scale dilation, MSD),从不同的目标尺度中提取更多的精细信息,提高了对结构细节信息的捕获能力,同时减少了编解码器之间的特征差异;在空间解码路径中使用选择性聚合空间注意力模块(spatial aggregation attention module, SAAM),增加了对有效空间特征的权重比例,减少了无效的特征干扰。在脑肿瘤数据集上进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,所提算法的Dice系数、平均交并比、敏感性、特异性、准确率等指标分别为：93.35%、90.71%、91.15%、99.94%、96.75%。     

Research advances on blockchain-as-a-service: architectures,applications and challenges

Due to the complexity of blockchain technology, it usually costs too much effort to build, maintain and monitor a blockchain system that supports a targeted application. To this end, the emerging “Blockchain as a Service” (BaaS) makes the blockchain and distributed ledgers more accessible, particularly for businesses, by reducing costs and overheads. BaaS combines the high computing power of cloud computing, the pervasiveness of IoT and the decentralization of blockchain, allowing people to build their own applications while ensuring the transparency and openness of the system. This paper surveys the research outputs of both academia and industry. First, it introduces the representative architectures of BaaS systems and then summarizes the research contributions of BaaS from the technologies for service provision, roles, container and virtualization, interfaces, customization and evaluation. The typical applications of BaaS in both academic and practical domains are also introduced. At present, the research on the blockchain is abundant, but research on BaaS is still in its infancy. Six challenges of BaaS are concluded in this paper for further study directions.     

基于霍尼韦尔WEBs的智能照明监控实训系统设计与实现

从建筑智能化专业楼宇自控系统工程技术课程的实训教学实际需要出发,以模拟实际智能建筑现场为背景,开发了智能照明监控实训系统。该系统使用霍尼韦尔WEBs为系统软件平台,应用霍尼韦尔Spyder DDC控制器PUB6438S作为系统的控制核心,利用人体红外感应、定时时间和光照度感应等方法进行实时控制。学生利用该实训教学系统可以更加深刻理解楼控系统软硬件开发的整个生命周期,对楼控项目设计和编程调试等应用技术进行系统学习和实训,从而提升职业院校学生的工程实践能力。
