色散平坦渐减光纤中自相似脉冲演化特性研究

从脉冲在光纤中传输所满足的非线性薛定谔方程出发,采用分布傅里叶方法对脉冲在色散平坦渐减光纤中自相似脉冲演化特性进行了研究。结果表明：双曲正割脉冲在不同初始能量和初始脉冲宽度的情况下,色散平坦渐减光纤可以产生带有线性啁啾的自相似脉冲。进一步研究表明,随着初始啁啾增加,脉冲逐渐展宽且展宽速度逐渐加快,而演化特性的劣化程度随啁啾参量的增加而增大;当初始啁啾为正时自相似脉冲演化特性劣于负啁啾时的特性。     

分形花及其网络上的平均测地距离

借助圆周映射计算距离函数在自相似测度上的积分,本文利用自相似测度得到分形花上的平均测地距离,并将此结果应用于分形花网络.     

On the generalized self-similar singularities for the Euler and the Navier-Stokes equations

In this paper we study blow-up rates and the blow-up profiles of possible asymptotically self-similar singularities of the Euler and the Navier-Stokes equations, where the sense of convergence and self-similarity are considered in various generalized senses. We improve substantially, in particular, the previous nonexistence results of self-similar/asymptotically self-similar singularities. Generalization of the self-similar transforms is also considered, and by appropriate choice of the parameterized transform we obtain new a priori estimates for the Euler and the Navier-Stokes equations depending on a free parameter.     

Fractality feature in incompressible three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic turbulence

Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) of decaying isotropic 3D magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) turbulence based on the 10243-modes in a periodic box is used to study the statistical properties of turbulence. In this paper, the presence of intermittency in MHD turbulence is investigated through the analysis of the Probability Distribution Function (PDF) for Elsässer fields and total energy fluctuations. We observe that the PDFs of the Elsässer fields fluctuations display a strong non-Gaussian behavior at small scale, which can be ascribed to multifractality feature, while the PDFs of the total energy fluctuations have the same shape over all observed scales and are monofractal. The PDFs have stretched exponential tail and satisfy the function P(|δX|) ～ exp(?A|δX| ^μ ). Numerically, we extract the exponent μ and find that it is constant for monofractal behavior as the length scale varies. To check the notion of self-similarity in the respective fluctuation, we apply the compensated structure functions.     

Fractal Hamilton-Jacobi-KPZ equations

Nonlinear and nonlocal evolution equations of the form , where is a pseudodifferential operator representing the infinitesimal generator of a Lévy stochastic process, have been derived as models for growing interfaces in the case when the continuous Brownian diffusion surface transport is augmented by a random hopping mechanism. The goal of this paper is to study properties of solutions to this equation resulting from the interplay between the strengths of the ``diffusive' linear and ``hyperbolic' nonlinear terms, posed in the whole space , and supplemented with nonnegative, bounded, and sufficiently regular initial conditions.

Multi-Solitons and Combined Solitons with Self-Similar Behaviors in a Birefringent Fiber with Higher-Order Effects

A coupled variable-coefficient higher-order nonlinear Schr(o|¨)dinger equation in biretringent fiber is studied,and analytical multi-soliton,combined bright and dark soliton,W-shaped and M-shaped soliton solutions are obtained.Nonlinear tunnelling of these combined solitons in dispersion barrier and dispersion well on an exponential background is discussed,and the decaying or increasing,even lossless tunnelling behaviors of combined solitons are decided by the decaying or increasing parameter.
