Stationary solitons of a three-wave model generated by Type II second-harmonic generation in quadratic media

In this paper, we prove the uniqueness of stationary standing wave solutions of an optical model generated by Type II Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) with behaviors tending to zero at infinity under certain conditions on parameters. In addition, we provide the same issues for the Dirichlet boundary value problems on the ball centered at the origin. A classification of solutions for radial case is also established.     

On Eisenstein polynomials and zeta polynomials

Eisenstein polynomials, which were defined by Oura, are analogues of the concept of an Eisenstein series. Oura conjectured that there exist some analogous properties between Eisenstein series and Eisenstein polynomials. In this paper, we provide new analogous properties of Eisenstein polynomials and zeta polynomials. These properties are finite analogies of certain properties of Eisenstein series.     

Two criteria to check whether ideals are direct sums of cyclically presented modules

A famous theorem of commutative algebra due to I. M. Isaacs states that “if every prime ideal of R is principal, then every ideal of R is principal”. Therefore, a natural question of this sort is “whether the same is true if one weakens this condition and studies rings in which ideals are direct sums of cyclically presented modules?” The goal of this paper is to answer this question in the case R is a commutative local ring. We obtain an analogue of Isaacs's theorem. In fact, we give two criteria to check whether every ideal of a commutative local ring R is a direct sum of cyclically presented modules, it suffices to test only the prime ideals or structure of the maximal ideal of R. As a consequence, we obtain: if R is a commutative local ring such that every prime ideal of R is a direct sum of cyclically presented R-modules, then R is a Noetherian ring. Finally, we describe the ideal structure of commutative local rings in which every ideal of R is a direct sum of cyclically presented R-modules.

非接触电能传输系统松耦合变压器传输特性的研究

本文是对基于非接触感应电能传输技术的全桥谐振变换器的传输特性进行的研究.松耦合变压器是非接触电能传输系统中的关键部件,本文首先分析了松耦合变压器与传统紧耦合变压器的区别进而提出原副边补偿问题,其次计算出串串补偿和串并补偿电容的选取,再次计算当系统工作在谐振状态时电压的放大倍数并得出负载特性,最后通过PSpice软件搭建电路并仿真,证明分析和结论的正确性.     

基于项目教学的课程系统的特征及其设计原则

本文从项目教学的需求与系统设计的矛盾入手提出问题,从基于项目教学课程管理系统的概念入手,分析了项目教学系统特征,并结合一般课程管理系统的共性,最终提出了基于项目教学的系统开发原则,用于指导项目化教学平台的开发。

随着软件形式化方法的不断发展,各种各具特色的形式化方法涌现出来,为了解决在具体的系统开发中如何选取合适的形式化方法,对目前较为流行的几种形式化方法RSL,B,VDM,Z的特点进行对比分析,然后针对不同的软件开发人员和所需开发系统的不同,给出了适合用形式化方法开发的情况和如何选择合适的形式化开发方法。     

Novice facilitators’ changes in practices: From launching to managing discussions about mathematics teaching

Novice facilitators of professional development (PD) programs for mathematics teachers often face challenges in leading productive discussions and achieving the goals of these programs. Although research in this area is gradually accumulating, not much is known about how novice facilitators address these challenges and change their practices accordingly. This paper presents case studies of two novice facilitators of PD programs in two different countries. The analyses look at their work over one year, to illustrate the changes in their practices while managing discussions. The results show that although the facilitators operated in different contexts, their practices and their processes of change resembled, suggesting that these processes are not idiosyncratic. We argue that novice facilitators’ changes in practices correspond to changes in their resources, orientations, goals, and identities and that PD program teams can support these changes.     

教师超标准绩效激励与高校发展方向、成就分析

本文以长三角及附近地区高校教师绩效收入为样本,基于高校发展方向分别从教师超标准收入三个方面分析教师超标准的薪酬激励将会对高校发展结果产生何种影响。分析结果表明高校在选择教师绩效激励模式时应尽量做到绩效激励的标准化。对于高校教师薪酬激励体系设计具有一定的现实意义。
