In this paper we solve a system of second-order partial differential equations with non-standard boundary conditions. This system of equations is a mathematical model that describes distributions of the overpotential and reactant concentration in a working packed-bed electrode for an electrochemical reactor. To ensure the existence and uniqueness of the solutions for this model we choose standard instead of non-standard boundary conditions, and obtain approximate analytic solutions in the form of a series that rapidly converges using the Adomian decomposition method. We extend some of the classical connections between automata and logic due to Büchi (1960) [5] and McNaughton and Papert (1971) [12] to languages of finitely varying functions or “signals”. In particular, we introduce a natural class of automata for generating finitely varying functions called ’s, and show that it coincides in terms of language definability with a natural monadic second-order logic interpreted over finitely varying functions Rabinovich (2002) [15]. We also identify a “counter-free” subclass of ’s which characterise the first-order definable languages of finitely varying functions. Our proofs mainly factor through the classical results for word languages. These results have applications in automata characterisations for continuously interpreted real-time logics like Metric Temporal Logic (MTL) Chevalier et al. (2006, 2007) [6] and [7]. 相似文献

The gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixed flow is the most general in multiphase mixed transportation. It is significant to exactly solve the coupling hydraulic transient problems of this type of multiphase mixed flow in pipelines. Presently, the method of characteristics is widely used to solve classical hydraulic transient problems. However, when it is used to solve coupling hydraulic transient problems, excessive interpolation errors may be introduced into the results due to unavoidable multiwave interpolated calculations. To deal with the problem, a finite difference scheme based on the Steger-Warming flux vector splitting is proposed. A flux vector splitting scheme is established for the coupling hydraulic transient model of gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixed flow in the pipelines. The flux subvectors are then discretized by the Lax-Wendroff central difference scheme and the Warming-Beam upwind difference scheme with second-order precision in both time and space. Under the Rankine-Hugoniot conditions and the corresponding boundary conditions, an effective solution to those points located at the boundaries is developed, which can avoid the problem beyond the calculation region directly induced by the second-order discrete technique. Numerical and experimental verifications indicate that the proposed scheme has several desirable advantages including high calculation precision, excellent shock wave capture capability without false numerical oscillation, low sensitivity to the Courant number, and good stability. 相似文献

提出了激发发射矩阵荧光光谱与化学计量学二阶校正方法相结合用于同时快速定量人体液(血浆和尿液)中的伊立替康(CPT11)和其主要代谢产物7-乙基-10-羟基喜树碱(SN38)的绿色、高灵敏分析策略. 尽管其分析物之间以及分析物和背景之间的光谱存在严重重叠现象, 采用基于交替归一加权残差(ANWE)算法的二阶校正方法进行解析仍能得到令人满意的定性定量分析结果. 当该体系的组分数选取为3时, 可以得到血浆和尿液中CPT11的平均回收率分别为(96.8±6.3)%和(101.7±1.1)%, SN38在血浆和尿液中的平均回收率分别为(100.4±4.9)%和(101.6±1.1)%. 另外, 通过品质因子, 如灵敏度(SEN)、选择性(SEL)、检测下限(LOD)和定量检测限(LOQ)评估了该方法的准确性. 实验结果表明, 该方法能以“数学分离”代替繁琐的“物理和化学分离”, 成功地解决实际复杂体系中内源干扰物质与分析物光谱重叠所引起的难分辨的问题, 可用于人体液中CPT11和SN38含量的直接快速定量测定. 相似文献

The energy band structure of single-layer graphene under one-dimensional electric and magnetic field modulation is theoretically investigated. The criterion for bandgap opening at the Dirac point is analytically derived with a two-fold degeneracy second-order perturbation method. It is shown that a direct or an indirect bandgap semiconductor could be realized in a single-layer graphene under some specific configurations of the electric and magnetic field arrangement. Due to the bandgap generated in the single-layer graphene,the Klein tunneling observed in pristine graphene is completely suppressed. 相似文献

The standard distorted wave Born approximation (DWBA) method has been extended to second-order Born amplitude in order to describe the multiple interactions between the projectile and the atomic target. Second-order DWBA calculations have been preformed to investigate the triple differential cross sections (TDCS) of coplanar doubly symmetric (e, 2e) collisions for alkali target potassium at excess energies of 6 eV-60 eV. Comparing with the first-order DWBA calculations before, the present theoretical model improves the degree of agreement with experiments, especially for backward scattering angle region of TDCS. This indicates that the present second-order Born term is capable to give a reasonable correction to DWBA model in studying coplanar symmetric (e, 2e) problems in low and intermediate energy range. 相似文献

基于模态分析法的载荷识别方法利用模态矩阵获得系统的非耦合形式,推导单自由度系统的载荷识别公式,但要求系统为比例阻尼。在模态模型基础上,对一般系统建立基于二阶系统解耦的动载荷时域识别模型。首先,利用基于Lancaster结构的二阶系统解耦方法推导出系统的非耦合形式;然后,采用精细逐步积分方法,在载荷为阶跃力的假设下,推导出载荷识别数学公式;最后,由系统实时响应反求结构载荷的时间历程。数值算例验证了本文方法针对比例阻尼系统较模态模型具有更高的精度,而且对非比例阻尼系统也有效可行。 相似文献
