Continuous flow systems for chemical synthesis are becoming a major focus in organic chemistry and there is a growing interest in the integration of biocatalysts due to their high regio- and stereoselectivity. Methods established for 3D bioprinting enable the fast and simple production of agarose-based modules for biocatalytic reactors if thermally stable enzymes are available. We report here on the characterization of four different cofactor-free phenacrylate decarboxylase enzymes suitable for the production of 4-vinylphenol and test their applicability for the encapsulation and direct 3D printing of disk-shaped agarose-based modules that can be used for compartmentalized flow microreactors. Using the most active and stable phenacrylate decarboxylase from Enterobacter spec. in a setup with four parallel reactors and a subsequent palladium(II) acetate-catalysed Heck reaction, 4-hydroxystilbene was synthesized from p-coumaric acid with a total yield of 14.7 % on a milligram scale. We believe that, due to the convenient direct immobilization of any thermostable enzyme and straightforward tuning of the reaction sequence by stacking of modules with different catalytic activities, this simple process will facilitate the establishment and use of cascade reactions and will therefore be of great advantage for many research approaches. 相似文献

The incorporation of synthetic molecules as corner units in DNA structures has been of interest over the last two decades. In this work, we present a facile method for generating branched small molecule‐DNA hybrids with controllable valency, different sequences, and directionalities (5′–3′) using a “printing” process from a simple 3‐way junction structure. We also show that the DNA‐imprinted small molecule can be extended asymmetrically using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and can be replicated chemically. This strategy provides opportunities to achieve new structural motifs in DNA nanotechnology and introduce new functionalities to DNA nanostructures. 相似文献

Paraquat (PQ) poisoning seriously harms the health of humanity. An effective diagnostic method for paraquat poisoned patients is a crucial concern. Nevertheless, it's difficult to identify the patients with low intake of PQ or delayed treatment. Here, a new efficient diagnostic approach to integrate machine learning and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS), named GEE, is proposed to identify the PQ poisoned patients. First, GC–MS provides the original data that efficiently identified the paraquat-poisoned patients. According to the high dimensionality of the original data, in the second stage, the chaos enhanced grey wolf optimization (EGWO) is adopted to search the optimal feature sets to improve the accuracy of identification. Finally, the extreme learning machine (ELM) is used to identify the PQ poisoned patients. To efficiently evaluate the proposed method, four measures were used in our experiments and comparisons were made with six other methods. The PQ-poisoned patients and robust volunteers can be well identified by GEE and the values of AUC, accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were 95.14%, 93.89%, 94.44% and 95.83%, respectively. Our experimental results demonstrated that GEE had better performance and might serve as a novel candidate diagnosis of PQ-poisoned patients. 相似文献

The participants in the electricity market are concerned very much with the market price evolution. Various technologies have been developed for price forecasting. The SVM (Support Vector Machine) has shown its good performance in market price forecasting. Two approaches for forming the market bidding strategies based on SVM are proposed. One is based on the price forecasting accuracy, with which the rejection risk is defined. The other takes into account the impact of the producer’s own bid. The risks associated with the bidding are controlled by the parameter settings. The proposed approaches have been tested on a numerical example. 相似文献

First results showing the viability of combining laser chemical processing (LCP) and aerosol jet printing (AJP) technologies to produce a high‐efficiency front side for silicon solar cells are presented. LCP simultaneously opens the anti‐reflection coating (ARC) and highly dopes the underlying silicon to create a selective emitter, while AJP is the first in a two‐step fine‐line contact formation procedure. The electrical properties as well as the morphology of the resulting structures are presented. Performance similar to that achieved with evaporated TiPdAg metallization is demonstrated. In this paper we report on the fabrication of spin-coated biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA) thin films to be used as substrates for the realisation of all-solution-processed organic electronic devices. The full mechanical and electrical characterisation of these substrates shows that they exhibit good mechanical and dielectric properties and are therefore suitable for the fabrication of disposable electronics. To demonstrate practically the functionality of such PLA thin films, organic electronic devices were realised on the top of them, exclusively by means of solution-process fabrication techniques and in particular inkjet-printing. Also, a photonic curing procedure is here presented as a means for sintering the conductive inks without heating up the PLA substrates. Two types of organic transistors were fabricated on the top of PLA: organic field-effect transistors (OFETs), where the PLA film was used not only as a substrate but also as the gate dielectric, and all-inkjet-printed organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs). The second typology of transistors exhibited one of the highest transconductance reported so far in the literature (up to 2.75 mS).
