An NMR‐based approach for rapid characterization of translational diffusion of molecules has been developed. Unlike the conventional method of acquiring a series of 2D 13C and 1H spectra, the proposed approach involves a single 2D NMR spectrum, which can be acquired in minutes. Using this method, it was possible to detect the presence of intermediate oligomeric species of diphenylalanine in solution during the process of its self‐assembly to form nanotubular structures.  相似文献

GC is usually used for xenon concentration and radon removal in the International Monitoring System of the Comprehensive Nuclear‐Test‐Ban Treaty. In a gas chromatograph, the injection volume is defined to calculate the column capacity. In this paper, the injection volume was investigated and a fitting formula for the injection volume was derived and discussed subsequently. As a consequence, the xenon injection volume exponentially decreased with the column temperature increased, but exponentially increased as the flow rate increased.  相似文献

Sum frequency generation spectroscopy (SFG) has been widely used to study the interfacial chemistry of aqueous salt solutions of biological or environmental importance. Most of the SFG data analysis used the same bulk refractive index for different salt concentrations despite of the variations of the refractive indices. Here we systematically investigate the influence of the refractive index on the SFG intensities at various experimental conditions. It is discovered that the SFG intensities are the most sensitive to the refractive index at solid/liquid interfaces nearby the total internal reflection geometries. At air/liquid interfaces, the effect of the refractive indices is also nonegligible. Consequently some important SFG results, such as the response of water structures to the ionic strength at the SiO2/aqueous interfaces, are necessary to be reevaluated. These conclusions on the effect of the small variations of the refractive index are generally useful for the common practice of SFG data analysis.  相似文献

通过对气体净化,坩埚处理,试样处理及称样量选择,助熔剂种类及用量等因素的优化,建立了钢铁中超低含量碳硫的测定方法,实验结果表明:比较器水平设为1%,分析时间设为45s,坩埚在1 350℃下预烧45min,选择钨作为助熔剂且使用前在140℃烘3h,助熔剂用量为1.5g,称样量为0.5g时,是分析钢铁中碳硫含量在0.001%~0.01%的最佳条件,方法重复性好,准确度高,在实际操作中切实可行。  相似文献

采用高频红外碳硫分析仪测定低合金钢中的碳含量。分别考察了取样量、助熔剂种类、助熔剂用量对测量结果的影响。结果显示当取样量为400 mg、钨助熔剂用量为样品取样量的1.2倍时,测定低合金钢中的碳含量效果最好,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.9%(n=10),加标回收率在97.5%~102.7%之间。  相似文献

A method of time-frequency transformations of nonstationary signals has been discussed and applied to the analysis of oscillatory Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ) reaction. Selected registers of BZ reactions, that represent regular and complex dynamic behavior, have been submitted to the detailed spectral analysis using the short time Fourier transform (STFT). It has been demonstrated that the STFT is an accurate and suitable method for decomposition of chemical oscillations in the joint time and frequency domain. The energy distribution via STFT, presented in this article, revealed some specific characteristics of transitions between different regimes in the closed system of BZ reaction.  相似文献

The effects of Debye plasma on the frequency‐dependent polarizabilities of Li and Na atoms are investigated using symplectic algorithm within the framework of the pseudostate summation technique. Dynamic dipole polarizabilities of Li (2s 2S) and Na(3s 2S) as functions of scaled number density of the plasma electrons for arbitrary plasma temperature are presented. Screening effects on the resonance frequencies are also presented. In free‐atomic cases, our calculated results are comparable with the reported theoretical and experimental predictions. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

o-Nitroaniline units were incorporated in the polyaniline backbone through copolymerization with aniline. The copolymers were synthesized for 1:3 and 1:1 molar ratios of aniline and o-nitroaniline in acidic medium using potassium persulphate as oxidant and their properties were compared with that of polyaniline. The polymers showed less electrical conductivity than polyaniline. Unlike polyaniline, the presence of nitro group caused higher frequency dependence of electrical conductivity. Electronic spectra showed a blue shift in both the band of the copolymers due to the decrease in the extent of conjugation leading to lower conductivity, which could also be explained in terms of a decrease of delocalization of electron as evinced from electron para magnetic resonance (EPR) data. Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) revealed that copolymer derived from 1:1 molar ratio showed comparable thermal stability with polyaniline and the one derived from 1:3 molar ratios is thermally less stable than polyaniline. Activation energies for thermal degradation were estimated using Broido equation. The temperature dependence of electrical conductivity suggested charge transport is mainly through variable range hopping.  相似文献
