反相高效液相色谱法半制备分离[T(4-MOP)PS4]卟啉的研究

本文研究了新水溶性5，10，15，20-四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸苯基)卟啉[T(4-MOP)PS4]的反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)分离条件。采用Shimpack PREP-ODS半制备色谱柱，用含有10mmol／L四乙基碘化铵的乙腈-水(体积比25：75)为流动相，流速18mL/min，于418nm波长下检测。[T(4-MOP)PS4]与合成中生成的杂质组分完全分离。经此制备的卟啉纯度高，已成功地应用于自来水样中微量钴、锌、铜离子的HPLC测定中。     

新显色剂5-磺酸基[杯(4)芳烃偶氮]氨基喹啉的合成及与钯显色反应的研究

合成了新试剂 5 磺酸基 [杯 (4)芳烃偶氮 ]氨基喹啉 (SCAQ) ,研究了该试剂与钯 (Ⅱ )显色反应的适宜条件 ,在pH 8.0的缓冲介质中 ,在非离子表面活性剂TritonX 10 0存在下 ,试剂与钯(Ⅱ )生成 1∶1稳定配合物 ,建立了测定钯 (Ⅱ )的光度法新体系 ,体系至少可稳定 6h ,λmax=6 6 0nm ,ε =7.88× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,钯 (Ⅱ )浓度在 0～ 30 μg/ 2 5ml范围内服从比耳定律。方法已用于钯催化剂中钯 (Ⅱ )的测定 ,结果与原子吸收光谱法相符 ,RSD为 1.5 %～ 2 .6 %。     

Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Organosoluble Methyl Substituted Poly(aryl Ether Ketone)s Containing Sulfone Linkage

Several new methyl substituted poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing sulfone linkage with inherent viscosities of 0.62–0.84 dL/g have been prepared from 4,4′‐bis(2‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone and 4,4′‐bis(3‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone with terephthaloyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride by electrophilic Friedel‐Crafts acylation in the presence of DMF with anhydrous AlCl₃ as a catalyst in 1,2‐dichloroethane, respectively. These polymers having weight‐average molecular weight in the range of 71,000–49,000 are all amorphous and show high glass transition temperatures ranging from 167 °C to 191 °C, excellent thermal stability at temperatures over 400 °C in air or nitrogen, high char yields of 51–58% in nitrogen and good solubility in CHCl₃ and polar solvents such as DMF, DMSO and NMP at room temperature.

应用微波方法合固相反应难于制备的Ｎａ５ＹＳｉ４Ｏ１２纯相，讨论了微波合成条件对产物的影响，与溶胶－凝胶法相比，微波法反应速率快，选择性强，合成的样品具有特异的聚集态，缺陷和微结构，从而导致离子导电活化能下降。     

合成重要中间体1,4位官能化化合物的简便方法

5,6-取代环烯醚2在乙腈的单重态氧反应有效的生成一系列1,4位官能化化合物3。1,4位官能化化合物为合成上重要的中间体。环烯醚2可以通过β-二酰基化合物1和1,3-二溴丙烷在稀碱(碳酸钾/丙酮)条件下缩合生成。     

Preparation, characterization and thiol-thione tautomeric studies of 2-thiono-4-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-trifluoromethylethyl)-1,3-thiazoline

The synthesis of a new trifluoromethyl 2-mercapto-1,3-thiadiazole derivative from 5,5,5-trifluoro-4-(trifluoromethyl)-3-penten-2-one, its structural study in the solid state and in the liquid phase and the thiol-thione tautomeric equilibrium study of the title compound are reported. The crystalline structure shows short intermolecular FF contacts. Theoretical calculations using HF and DFT methods were performed. Vibrational spectra were calculated for both tautomers and compared with experimental data. The experimental and theoretical results can be interpreted in terms of the existence of a thione tautomer in the solid and in solution.

Cp*Me₅P₆C₅: A New Carbaphosphane with a Structure Unit of Hittorf-Phosphorus The thermolysis of 1,2,3-tris(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)cyclotriphosphane [(Cp*P)₃, 1 ] or 2,3,4,6-Tetrakis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)bicyclo[3.1.0]hexaphosphane [Cp*₄P₆, 2 ] leads in addition to the known 3,4-bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)tricyclo[3.1.0.0^{2, 6}]hexaphosphane [Cp*₂P₆, 3 ] to the pentacyclic carbaphosphanes 3,4,5,6,11-pentamethyl-endo-9-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl- 3,4,5,6,11-pentacarba-pentacyclo [6.1.1^1,8.1^3,6.0^2,70^10,11]-4-en-undecaphosphane and 3,4,5,6,11-pentamethyl-exo-9-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-3,4,5,6,11-pentacarba-pentacyclo [6.1.1^1,8.1^3,6.0^2,70^10,11]-4-en-undecaphosphane [Cp*Me₅P₆C₅, 4a, 4b ]. Furthermore, other polyphosphanes are formed, like 1,2,3,4-tetrakis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)cyclotetraphosphane [(Cp*P)₄, 5 ] and 2,4-bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)-tetraphosphabicyclo[1.1.0]butane [(Cp*P)₂P₂, 6 ]. The structure of 4a and 4b is determined by NMR-spectroscopy. The molecule contains a P₅C₃-cunean-unit, to which a C₂Me₂-brigde and a PCp*-brigde is bonded.     

On the reduction of 1-aryl-2-oxo-1,2,3,6-tetra-hydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-<Emphasis Type="Italic">b</Emphasis>]indole 4-oxides

Electrochemical reduction of 1-aryl-2-oxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole 4-oxides, 2-oxo-1-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole, and 2-oxo-1-phenyl-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole was studied. The results obtained were compared with previous data for the reduction of 4-oxides with formamidinesulfinic acid.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Synthesis, characterisation and thermal behaviour of solid state compounds of 4-methylbenzylidenepyruvate with some bivalent metal ions

Solid state M-4-Me-BP compounds, where M stands for bivalent Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pb and 4-Me-BP is 4-methylbenzylidenepyruvate, have been synthesized. Simultaneous thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray powder diffractometry, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and complexometry were used to characterise and to study the thermal behaviour of these compounds. The results led to information about the composition, dehydration, thermal stability and thermal decomposition of the isolated complexes.
