Calcium phosphates stand among the most promising nanobiomaterials in key biomedical applications, such as bone repairment, signalling or drug/gene delivery. Their intrinsic properties as crystalline structure, composition, particle shape and size define their successful use. Among these compounds, metastable amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) is currently gaining particular attention due to its inherently high reactivity in solution, which is crucial in bone development mechanisms. However, the preparation of this highly desired (bio)material with control over its shape, size and phase purity remains as a synthetic challenge. In this work, the epoxide route was adapted for the synthesis of pure and stable ACP colloids. By using biocompatible solvents, such as ethylene glycol and/or glycerine, it was possible to avoid the natural tendency of ACP to maturate into more stable and crystalline apatites. Moreover, this procedure offers size control, ranging from small nanoparticles (60 nm) to micrometric spheroids (>500 nm). The eventual fractalization of the internal mesostructured can be tuned, by simply adjusting the composition of the ethylene glycol:glycerine solvent mixture. These findings introduce the use of green solvents as a new tool to control crystallinity and/or particle size in the synthesis of nanomaterials, avoiding the use of capping agents and preserving the natural chemical reactivity of the pristine surface.  相似文献

Character projection is a key technology to enhance throughput of E-beam lithography, in which characters need to be selected and placed on the stencil. This paper solves the problem of planning for row-structure stencil with overlapped characters and also considers multi-column cell system for further throughput improvement. We first propose an approach that is designed for characters with “regular” left and right blank spaces, which is an integrated framework to solve the subproblems of character selection, row distribution, single-row ordering and post-refinement efficiently. We then present another approach that can optimize stencil planning with general characters. Experiments show that both approaches remarkably outperform the existing methods on different sets of benchmarks. We can achieve significant throughput improvement and remarkable speed-up comparing with previous works.  相似文献

The multi-objective optimization of inverse planning based on the Pareto solution set, according to the multi-objective character of inverse planning in accurate radiotherapy, was studied in this paper. Firstly,the clinical requirements of a treatment plan were transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem with multiple constraints. Then, the fast and elitist multi-objective Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ)was introduced to optimize the problem. A clinical example was tested using this method. The results show that an obtained set of non-dominated solutions were uniformly distributed and the corresponding dose distribution of each solution not only approached the expected dose distribution, but also met the dosevolume constraints. It was indicated that the clinical requirements were better satisfied using the method and the planner could select the optimal treatment plan from the non-dominated solution set.  相似文献

提出一种DTMB接收机抗单频网回波干扰性能实验室测试方法.首先,测量系统工作模式下的射频保护率PR、0 dB回波最大延时dmax以及延时超过dmax时回波幅度最小衰减量Dmin,然后根据射频保护率PR定义计算出延时超过dmax时有用信号功率所占回波总功率的百分比.并基于理论六边形单频网模型研究了固定接收和移动接收下DTMB接收机抗单频网回波干扰性能在不同FFT窗口同步方法下对单频网覆盖地点概率估计的影响,仿真结果表明接收机特性对单频网覆盖率有重要影响.  相似文献

针对现有的网络编码路由技术中存在的组合优化性能较差,如计算开销较大、数据交互复杂以及路由构建周期较长等问题,以遗传算法为理论基础,提出了一种改进的网络编码感知路由算法.该算法利用遗传算法的高效组合优化功能,重新构造了其网络编码感知路由的染色体表达、适应度函数以及遗传操作等,并添加了一种修复模块.实验结果表明,该算法与同类型的网络编码路由算法相比,其平均路由构造时间较短、网络吞吐量大,展现出较强的组合优化性能,并具有强优化的寻址能力.  相似文献

Solvent-modified (toluene) copolymers have been prepared from styrene cross-linked with commercial divinylbenzene, m-divinylbenzene, and p-divinylbenzene at divinyl monomer contents of 16 mole % and 32 mole % at FM = 0.50. The resultant copolymers have been characterized by swelling-ratio determinations and rates of sulfonation at 60 and 80°C. The solvent-modified 16 mole % cross-linked copolymers sulfonated at rates slightly greater than those characterizing the 8 mole % cross-linked copolymers prepared in the absence of diluent. The order of decreasing sulfonation rates for both the conventional 8 mole % cross-linked systems and for the solvent-modified 16 mole % cross-linked copolymers is commercial divinylbenzene/styrene, p-divinylbenzene/styrene, m-divinylbenzene styrene. The 32 mole % cross-linked systems exhibit a different order of decreasing sulfonation rates: commercial divinylbenzene/styrene, m-divinylbenzene/styrene, p-divinylbenzene/styrene. The swelling ratios of the 32 mole % solvent-modified copolymers were comparable to those of the conventional 8 mole % cross-linked systems.  相似文献

Present investigation describes the cost-effective, novel and simple chemical synthesis of polypyrrole (PPy) thin films for supercapacitor application. These PPy films are characterized by different techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The XRD pattern reveals the amorphous nature of PPy thin film, which is highly feasible for supercapacitors. Further, FTIR study confirms the formation of PPy. The surface morphological study exhibit the coverage of uniform and smooth morphology on thin film. The electrochemical supercapacitive properties of PPy thin films are evaluated using cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 0.5 M H2SO4 electrolyte, which exhibits the maximum specific capacitance of 329 Fg−1 at the scan rate of 5 mV s−1. Additionally, an equivalent series resistance (ESR) of PPy thin films is found to be 1.08 Ω using electrochemical impedance measurement.  相似文献

An efficient chemoenzymatic route to S-betaxolol is reported. A strain (Rhodotorula mucilaginosa DQ832198) screened from soil was used as biocatalyst for the kinetic resolution of the key acetylated intermediates. Excellent enantiomeric excess (ee > 99%) was obtained under very mild conditions. The biocatalyst is quite stable and could be used several times with little decrease of the resolving ability.
