给定拓扑结构的网络的可靠性设计

本文首先讨论了网络链路堵概率的加权平均值，提出了网络分配的一般准则，并在考虑了网络链路生存链路概率的因素后，提出了更一般的网络链路堵塞概率的加权平均值，以此为基础，分别讨论了网络在给定点的费用条件下，使得网络可靠性最大的网络设计问题，以及在给定网络可靠性指标的前提下，使得网络费用最小的网络设计问题。     

模式评价理论模型及其应用

基于事前评价过程和自然界生物进化过程的相似性，提出了系统结构、系统结构模式和系统环境模式矩阵的概念，并根据系统结构、系统结构模式与系统环境模式矩阵的适应程度，建立了模式评价决策模型，制定了评价系统的评价分类准则，并对评价系统作了一定的理论分析．将此模型和方法应用于城市生态安全评价中，通过与模糊综合评价法的比较，表明了该评价模型和方法的优越性．     

Barrier layer effect of tantalum on the electromigration in sputtered copper films on hydrogen silsesguioxane and SiO2

As IC devices scale down to the submicron level, the resistance-capacitance (RC) time delays are the limitation to circuit speed. A solution is to use low dielectric constant materials and low resistivity materials. In this work, the influence of underlying barrier Ta on the electromigration (EM) of Cu on hydrogen silsesquioxane (HSQ) and SiO₂ substrates was investigated. The presence of a Ta barrier not only improves the adhesion between Cu and dielectrics, but also enhances the crystallinity of Cu film and improves the Cu electromigration resistance. The activation energy obtained suggests a grain boundary migration mechanism and the current exponent calculated indicates the Joule heating effect.     

Ultrasonic evaluation of anisotropic damage in multiaxially textile-reinforced thermoplastic composites made from hybrid yarns

The basic damage and failure models of multiaxially reinforced composites with a thermoplastic matrix are presented and verified. Within the framework of continuum damage mechanics, a phenomenological model is introduced, where the damage is defined as a change in the elasticity tensor. For damage identification, a specific ultrasonic device was developed. A combination of an immersion set-up and a contact coupling device formed a system for an efficient determination of stiffness-tensor components from convenient sets of velocity measurements. Linked to a tensile machine, it allowed us to measure the anisotropic damage of the new materials group caused by tensile loading. 一类二元相关威布尔分布的可靠性问题

本文考虑生存函数为${\ol{F}(x_{1},x_{2})}=\exp\{-[(x_{1}^{1/\alpha}/\theta_{1})^{1/\delta}+(x_{2}^{1/\alpha}/\theta_{2})^{1/\delta}]^{\delta}\},\;x_{i}>0,\;\alpha>0$, $1\geq\delta>0,\;\theta_{i}>0\;(i=1,2)$的二元威布尔分布的两种可靠性问题, 提出可靠度$\pr$的估计并讨论了它们的渐近性, 最后还作了模拟计算.     

试题质量评价研究

教学过程的规范化管理是保证教学质量的重要手段。考试是对教和学的效果的检验，是教学过程管理规范化必须要解决的问题，一直受到教学管理部门的重视，采取了多项措施解决有关问题，其中一个重要的手段是采用试题库。在采用试题库时，必须要有高质量的试题作保证。本探讨基于KDD技术的试题质量评价方法和指标，并通过实例来说明其有效性。     

Layout-Specific Circuit Evaluation in 3-D Integrated Circuits

In this paper, we describe a comprehensive layout methodology for bonded three-dimensional integrated circuits (3D ICs). In bonded 3D integration technology, parts of a circuit are fabricated on different wafers, and then, the wafers are bonded with a glue layer of Cu or polymer based adhesive. Using our layout methodology, designers can layout such 3D circuits with necessary information on inter-wafer via/contact and orientation of each wafer embedded in the layout. We have implemented the layout methodology in 3DMagic. Availability of 3DMagic has led to interesting research with a wide range of layout-specific circuit evaluation, from performance comparison of 2D and 3D circuits to layout-specific reliability analyses in 3D circuits. Using 3DMagic, researchers have designed and simulated an 8-bit encryption processor mapped into 2D and 3D FPGA layouts. Moreover, the layout methodology is an essential element of our ongoing research for the framework of a novel Reliability Computer Aided Design tool, ERNI-3D.

高入纤功率光纤通信系统的可靠性研究

掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)和拉曼放大器(FRA)的使用,使得光纤通信系统中的入纤功率有了很大的提高.较高的入纤功率不仅会在光纤中引起各种非线性效应,对光脉冲的传输产生影响,也会对光纤本身的可靠性产生影响,为此介绍了高入纤功率对光纤系统的影响,分析了其产生的机理,并提出了应对措施.     

小功率行波管可靠性数字仿真的研究

基于对实际器件的测试数据,采用模糊数学和最可能故障法建立整个器件的可靠性模型.引入可靠性分布密度函数,将实际测试得到的离散数据拟合成随时间变化的连续函数,不仅可得到小功率行波管测试性能的评估,而且还可以对其可靠性进行预测;进一步研究,还可以给出预测的准确度概率.本文主要讨论小功率行波管可靠度评估模型的建立、数据处理与精度分析等,并对预测与准确度的概率给予简要的介绍.
