The statistical theory of temporary polymer networks developed in parts I and II of this work is closed by a discussion on dynamical effects, including comparison with experiments. After a short review of the theory developed in parts I and II we discuss the situation in which a prescribed velocity gradient is imposed on the physical system formed by the temporary network and the solvent. The dynamical equation for the 2nd moments (derived from a generalized bead-spring model) contains the configuration-dependent transition probability, which depends on the second moments in a complex way. An approximate solution of these equations is obtained from a computer program. It shows the experimentally observed behavior, in particular the stress overshoot maximum after a sudden start of the flow.The derivation of the above equations contains simplifying assumptions which, however, leave the essential physics intact. The most important assumptions concern the relaxation time approach and the decay and formation processes. These were supposed to be dilute enough to break up the many-junction processes into one-junction processes. Both assumptions are analogous to frequently used assumptions in Boltzmann's kinetic theory. 相似文献

A compact Ids model with physical drain-conductance (gds) modeling for deep-submicron MOSFETs is formulated based on first-principle momentum-/energy-balance equations, which simultaneously includes the hot-electron and thermoelectric effects in a unified compact form with two fitting parameters and one-step extraction. Composition engineering is a particularly simple and effective approach especially using mixed cations and halide anions to optimize the morphology, crystallinity, and light absorption of perovskite films. However, there are very few reports on the use of anion substitutions to develop uniform and highly crystalline perovskite films with large grain size and reduced defects. Here, the first report of employing tetrafluoroborate (BF4?) anion substitutions to improve the properties of (FA = formamidinium, MA = methylammonium (FAPbI3)0.83(MAPbBr3)0.17) perovskite films is demonstrated. The BF4? can be successfully incorporated into a mixed‐ion perovskite crystal frame, leading to lattice relaxation and a longer photoluminescence lifetime, higher recombination resistance, and 1–2 orders magnitude lower trap density in prepared perovskite films and derived solar cells. These advantages benefit the performance of perovskite solar cells (PVSCs), resulting in an improved power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 20.16% from 17.55% due to enhanced open‐circuit voltage (VOC) and fill factor. This is the highest PCE for BF4? anion substituted lead halide PVSCs reported to date. This work provides insight for further exploration of anion substitutions in perovskites to enhance the performance of PVSCs and other optoelectronic devices. 相似文献

This paper presents a dual-nonlinear branch linearizer for reducing the corrected amplitude overshoot of conventional single nonlinear branch linearizer. Theoretical analysis is carried out, the analysis is verified by simulation, and a prototype of Ka band 25.28-26.08 GHz dual nonlinear branch linearizer is achieved. It indicates that the corrected amplitude overshoot is less than 0.5 dB, the C/I3 improvement is more than 10 dB related to a single carrier IBO 9 dB, when it is linked and tested for 50 W spacebrone Travelling Wave Tube Amplifier (TWTA). 相似文献

The quality of PMT signals is crucial for large-size and high-precision neutrino experiments, but most of these experiments are affected by the overshoot of PMT signals from the positive HV-single cable scheme. Overshoot affects the trigger, dead time and charge measurement from a detector. For the JUNO prototype detector, we have performed a detailed study and calculation on PMT signal overshoot to control the ratio of overshoot to signal amplitude to ~1%, with no effect on other PMT parameters. 相似文献

A velocity overshoot model of ultra-thin-base SiGe and SiGeC HBT is obtained. By deriving the Boltzmann electron temperature equation, 3000?K maxima near the collector-base junction of temperatures are found. Velocities distribution solutions considering velocity overshoot are achieved. Conclusions are that different germanium content percentage decides the maxima of overshoot velocities and base overshoot is observed. A new integrated scheme based on resource-reservation and adaptive network flow routing to alleviate contention in optical burst switching networks is proposed. The objective of the proposed scheme is to reduce the overall burst loss in the network and at the same time to avoid the packet out-of-sequence arrival problem. Simulations are carried out to assess the feasibility of the proposed scheme. Its performance is compared with that of contention resolution schemes based on conventional routing. Through extensive simulations, it is shown that the proposed scheme not only provides significantly better burst loss performance than the basic equal proportion and hop-length based traffic routing algorithms, but also is void of any packet re-orderings. 相似文献
