Interdigitated back contact silicon heterojunction (IBC‐SHJ) solar cells have the potential for high open circuit voltage (VOC) due to the surface passivation and heterojunction contacts, and high short circuit current density (JSC) due to all back contact design. Intrinsic amorphous silicon (a‐Si:H) buffer layer at the rear surface improve the surface passivation hence VOC and JSC, but degrade fill factor (FF) from an “S” shape JV curve. Two‐dimensional (2D) simulation using “Sentaurus device” demonstrates that the low FF is related to the valence band offset (energy barrier) at the hetero‐interface. Three approaches to the buffer layer are suggested to improve the FF: (1) reduced thickness, (2) increased conductivity, and/or (3) reduced band gap. Experimental IBC‐SHJ solar cells with reduced buffer thickness (<5 nm) and increased conductivity with low boron doping significantly improves FF, consistent with simulation. However, this has only marginal effect on efficiency since JSC and VOC also decrease due to poor surface passivation. A narrow band gap a‐Si:H buffer layer improves cell efficiency to 13.5% with unoptimized passivation quality. These results demonstrate that tailoring the hetero‐interface band structure is critical for achieving high FF. Simulations predicts that efficiences >23% are possible on planar devices with optimized pitch dimensions and achievable surface passivation, and 26% with light trapping. In this work, a simple method, namely, tandem dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction, with a high sample clean‐up is applied for the rapid determination of the antidementia drugs rivastigmine and donepezil in wastewater and human plasma samples. This method, which is based on two consecutive dispersive microextractions, is performed in 7 min. In the method, using a fast back‐extraction step, the applicability of the dispersive microextraction methods in complicated matrixes is conveniently improved. This step can be performed in less than 2 min, and very simple tools are required for this purpose. To achieve the best extraction efficiency, optimization of the variables affecting the method was carried out. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the relative standard deviations for the method were in the range of 6.9–8.7%. The calibration curves were obtained in the range of 2–1100 ng/mL with good correlation coefficients, higher than 0.995, and the limits of detection ranged between 0.5 and 1.0 ng/mL.  相似文献

In safety‐critical scenarios, reliable reception of beacons transmitted by a subject vehicle is critical to avoid vehicle collision. According to the employed contention window sizes in IEEE 802.11p, beacons are transmitted with a small contention window size. As a result, multiple vehicles contend for the shared channel access by selecting the same back‐off slot. This is a perfect recipe for synchronous collisions wherein reliable beacon delivery cannot be guaranteed for any vehicle. We consider the problem of selecting the back‐off slots from the current contention window to provide reliable delivery of beacons transmitted by a subject vehicle to its neighbors. Given a safety scenario, we propose a Pseudo‐Random Number Generator (PRNG)‐inspired back‐off selection (PBS) technique. The proposed technique works on the hypothesis that synchronous collisions of beacons transmitted by a subject vehicle can be reduced if all its neighbors select different back‐off slots (ie, not the back‐off slot selected by the subject vehicle). The discrete‐event simulations demonstrate that PBS can increase the overall message reception from a subject vehicle, in comparison with the uniform random probability back‐off selection in IEEE 802.11p.  相似文献

The energy balance (EB) model of a primary side regulation (PSR) fly‐back converter in the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) is discussed in this paper. Based on this EB model, the stability of a PSR fly‐back converter in the pulse skipping mode (PSM) is analyzed, and a self‐adapting modulation factor control strategy is proposed. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that by saving an optocoupler and correlative circuits, which are necessary in traditional PSM fly‐back converters, the modulation factor tolerance controlled by this method is 1.26% on average, corresponding to the ideal value. Compared with traditional fly‐back PSM controllers, the power saved in the sampler/comparator modules is 87% on average for a load range of 1 Ω to 1 kΩ.  相似文献

IP packets back tracing is to find the source host hop by hop from the destination.The method found the forwarding path of target packets and source host by adding probe entry into flow tables on SDN switches and analyzing the effective back tracing Packet-in messages sent by related switches.The proposed scheme can provide convenience for debugging network problems ,so that the network administrator can obtain the forwarding paths of any data packets.Furthermore,it can help to solve the problem of IP spoofing.Experimental results prove that the traceability method can find the forwarding paths of target packets in a timely and accurate manner without affecting other traffic or significant system overhead.  相似文献

This study proposes a Vehicle ID‐based CAM Rate Adaptation (VI‐CRA) algorithm for beacon messages in the vehicular network. Foremost, an improved vehicle ID–based analytical model is proposed at the MAC layer of vehicular network. The model weighs the random back‐off number chosen by vehicles participating in the back‐off process, with the vehicle ID incorporated in their respective CAMs. This eventually leads to the selection of a vehicle ID–based random back‐off number, minimizing the probability of collision due to same back‐off number selection. It is worth noting that the improved analytical model outperforms the existing works in terms of average packet delay since only one fourth of the contention window size is used throughout the simulation. To enhance the performance of the analytical model, the paper incorporates a congestion control algorithm, by adapting the rate of CAM broadcast over the control channel. The algorithm is designed considering a wide range of scenarios, ranging from nonsaturated to extremely saturated network (in terms of collision probability) and sparsely distributed to teemed network (in terms of vehicular density). For better analyses of simulation results, the algorithm is applied over different vehicle ID–based back‐off numbers. Simulation results for all the back‐off numbers show that vehicle ID–based CAM rate adaptation algorithm performs better than the traditional fixed CAM rate IEEE 802.11p, even at high vehicular density.  相似文献

A modified solvent microextraction with back extraction method (SME/BE) combined with high performance liquid chromatography and fluorescence detection (HPLC-FD) was developed for the determination of citalopram in human plasma. Extraction process was performed in a home-made total glass vial without using a teflon ring, usually employed in SME/BE. Citalopram was first extracted from 0.5 mL of plasma, modified with sodium hydroxide, into hexane. Back extraction step was then performed into 5.2 μL of 45 mM ammonium formate solution (pH 4) using a GC microsyringe. The extract was subsequently transferred into a liner-like vial and then injected into the HPLC system. An enrichment factor of 150 along with a good sample clean-up was obtained. The calibration curve showed linearity in the range of 1.0–130.0 ng mL−1 with regression coefficient corresponding to 0.992. This range covers therapeutic window and even lower amounts which is important in pharmacokinetic studies. Limits of detection and quantification, based on a signal to noise ratio (S/N) of 3 and 10, were 0.3 and 0.8 ng mL−1, respectively. The method was also applied for the determination of citalopram in plasma samples after oral administration of 40 mg single dose of citalopram.  相似文献

针对Apriori类算法多次扫描数据库和FP-tree类算法需要构建大量条件模式树的问题,文中提出了挖掘最大频繁项集的GBMFI算法。采用垂直格式存储事务数据库,以枚举树为基础,利用子集非频繁性质和父子节点支持度信息在搜索过程中对枚举树进行剪枝,最终得到最大频繁项集。通过实验对比,结果证明了算法的有效性,尤其适用于稀疏数据集。  相似文献
