超高灵敏度的信号探测在石油勘探、地震预报和安全监测等领域都具有重要的应用价值.近年来出现了一种以分布反馈(DFB)光纤激光器为传感元件的新一代光纤传感器,它具有尺寸小、输出激光信号极窄的光谱线宽和极低的噪声等优势,与高分辨率波长解调技术结合可以达到极高的探测灵敏度.介绍了在光纤激光传感技术及其应用技术方面的研究进展,包括线宽仅为3 kHz、尺寸仅为3.6 cm的窄线宽低噪声DFB光纤激光器的研制及其测试,波长分辨率达3.5×10~(-7) pm/Hz~(1/2)的超高分辨率波长解调系统,基于密集波分复用的光纤激光传感网络,以及相关技术在水声和地震波探测中的应用研究. 相似文献

Hypochlorite (ClO?) as a highly reactive oxygen species not only acts as a powerful “guarder” in innate host defense but also regulates inflammation‐related pathological conditions. Despite the availability of fluorescence probes for detection of ClO? in cells, most of them can only detect ClO? in single cellular organelle, limiting the capability to fully elucidate the synergistic effect of different organelles on the generation of ClO?. This study proposes a nanoprobe cocktail approach for multicolor and multiorganelle imaging of ClO? in cells. Two semiconducting oligomers with different π‐conjugation length are synthesized, both of which contain phenothiazine to specifically react with ClO? but show different fluorescent color responses. These sensing components are self‐assembled into the nanoprobes with the ability to target cellular lysosome and mitochondria, respectively. The mixture of these nanoprobes forms a nano‐cocktail that allows for simultaneous imaging of elevated level of ClO? in lysosome and mitochondria according to fluorescence color variations under selective excitation of each nanoprobe. This work reports the study of the effect of chemical functionalization of carbon nanotubes on their dispersion in poly(lactic acid). The nanotubes were functionalized by the 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reaction, generating pyrrolidine groups at the nanotube surface. Further reaction of the pyrrolidine groups with poly(lactic acid) was studied in solution and in the polymer melt. The former involved refluxing the nanotubes in a dimethylformamide/polymer solution; the latter was carried out by direct melt mixing in a microcompounder. The carbon nanotubes collected after each process were characterized by thermogravimetry and by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, showing evidence of polymer bonded to the nanotube surface only when the reaction was carried out in the polymer melt. The composites with polymer modified nanotubes present smaller average agglomerate area and a narrower agglomerate area distribution. In this paper, a new high-speed current mode comparator based on inherent current conveyor and positive feedback properties is presented. This novel approach has resulted in major reduction of the response time and hence a wide band application of the circuit. Simulation results using HSPICE and 0.18 μm CMOS technology with 1.8 V supply confirms a propagation delay of less than 0.4 ns in the high frequency range of 700 MHz with 158 μw power dissipation. Under the above conditions, the accuracy of the input current is as low as 50 nA. 相似文献

The purpose of this work is to describe an original process that has been designed for the fabrication of a microfluidic converter. The fabrication is based on deep reactive ion etching of silicon and low temperature full wafer adhesive bonding. The technology development includes an improvement of the bonding process in order to produce an adaptive strength of SU-8 bond which not only ensures absence of debonding failures during the silicon deep etching procedure and the subsequent dicing procedure, but also avoids the potential SU-8 overflow leakage into channels due to the bonding step. Besides, the originality of the work is not only in the process but also in the design of the device. Common actuation method for microfluidic system is either based on closed-channel continuous-flow microfluidic (CMF) or droplet-based microfluidic (DMF). Both of them have advantages and disadvantages, and their integration on a single system is in dire need. In this paper, we briefly discuss the concept of microfluidic converter, integrating CMF with DMF, which can: (i) continuously preload reagents, (ii) independently manipulate several droplets, (iii) recombine and export samples into closed-channel continuous flow, making it ideal for interfacing to liquid-handling instruments and micro-analytical instruments. 相似文献

声波、血流环境及流动微泡群的稳定性都会影响焦区内瞬态空化强度(ICI)在超声作用时间内的分布,从而影响基于瞬态空化的治疗效率和生物安全性。本文在搭建仿体中流动微泡群瞬态空化发生和实时测量系统的基础上,设计了基于LabView FPGA的比例反馈控制器,在保持脉冲重复频率和脉冲长度不变的条件下,通过选择适当的比例系数,依据当前周期的声波激励下实时测量的ICI,实时调节下一周期声波信号的峰值负压,以调控ICI在时间上的分布。研究表明,在最优比例系数(1 × 107)下,和开环系统相比,ICI的稳定率提升~2.31 倍,ICI的时域下降速率减小~94.41%;在超声作用时间内总ICI也基本达到期望水平。这些结果表明该比例反馈控制器在调控脉冲超声激励下流动微泡群ICI时域分布的有效性,有望改进瞬态空化在相关疾病治疗中的效率和安全性。 相似文献
