We report synthesis of ZnS quantum dots by chemical method at room temperature. In this technique, ZnS quantum dots are produced by simple chemical reactions where zeolite, acts as matrix, plays the key role in controlling particle growth during synthesis. Quantum dots exhibit luminescence properties such as Zn2+ related emission, efficient low voltage electroluminescence, and super linear voltage-brightness EL characteristics. This study demonstrates the technological importance of semiconductor nanosystems prepared by low cost chemical route.  相似文献

The bifurcated σ-hole···σ-hole stacking interactions between organosulfur molecules, which are key components of organic optical and electronic materials, were investigated by using a combined method of the Cambridge Structural Database search and quantum chemical calculation. Due to the geometric constraints, the binding energy of one bifurcated σ-hole···σ-hole stacking interaction is in general smaller than the sum of the binding energies of two free monofurcated σ-hole···σ-hole stacking interactions. The bifurcated σ-hole···σ-hole stacking interactions are still of the dispersion-dominated noncovalent interactions. However, in contrast to the linear monofurcated σ-hole···σ-hole stacking interaction, the contribution of the electrostatic energy to the total attractive interaction energy increases significantly and the dispersion component of the total attractive interaction energy decreases significantly for the bifurcated σ-hole···σ-hole stacking interaction. Another important finding of this study is that the low-cost spin-component scaled zeroth-order symmetry-adapted perturbation theory performs perfectly in the study of the bifurcated σ-hole···σ-hole stacking interactions. This work will provide valuable information for the design and synthesis of novel organic optical and electronic materials.  相似文献

Obtaining the total wavefunction evolution of interacting quantum systems provides access to important properties, such as entanglement, shedding light on fundamental aspects, e.g., quantum energetics and thermodynamics, and guiding towards possible application in the fields of quantum computation and communication. We consider a two-level atom (qubit) coupled to the continuum of travelling modes of a field confined in a one-dimensional chiral waveguide. Originally, we treated the light-matter ensemble as a closed, isolated system. We solve its dynamics using a collision model where individual temporal modes of the field locally interact with the qubit in a sequential fashion. This approach allows us to obtain the total wavefunction of the qubit-field system, at any time, when the field starts in a coherent or a single-photon state. Our method is general and can be applied to other initial field states.  相似文献

Shinagawa and Iwata are considered quantum security for the sum of Even–Mansour (SoEM) construction and provided quantum key recovery attacks by Simon’s algorithm and Grover’s algorithm. Furthermore, quantum key recovery attacks are also presented for natural generalizations of SoEM. For some variants of SoEM, they found that their quantum attacks are not obvious and left it as an open problem to discuss the security of such constructions. This paper focuses on this open problem and presents a positive response. We provide quantum key recovery attacks against such constructions by quantum algorithms. For natural generalizations of SoEM with linear key schedules, we also present similar quantum key recovery attacks by quantum algorithms (Simon’s algorithm, Grover’s algorithm, and Grover-meet-Simon algorithm).  相似文献

Free-space quantum key distribution (QKD) has attracted considerable attention due to its lower channel loss and link flexibility. It allows two participants share theoretical unconditional secure keys, and can potentially be applied to air-to-ground quantum communication to establish a global quantum network. Free-space QKD using modulating retro-reflectors (MRR-QKD) significantly reduces the pointing requirement and simplifies the structure of the mobile terminal, therefore making it suitable for lightweight aircraft such as unmanned aerial vehicle and Cubesat, etc. Based on intensity modulation of two non-orthogonal states and the B92 protocol, we proposed a scheme to improve the previous work (Optics Express 2018, 26, 11331). Our scheme simplifies the optical structure and shows more robustness in equipment imperfection. The analysis and simulation show that the number of multiple quantum well modulators needed in our scheme decreases from eight to three with similar performance. Additionally, while the previous scheme cannot work due to low modulator extinction ratio or high optical misalignment, our scheme can still operate.  相似文献

Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya(DM)相互作用驱动的矢量自旋手征态,能和声子发生耦合,具备非常丰富的物理现象.本论文以一维反铁磁链中自旋手征-声子耦合模型为基础,研究不同声子环境下,耦合强度对自旋手征动力学演化过程的影响规律.结果表明,对自旋S=1/2的系统,在不同的声子浴(sub-Ohmic(0 1))中,均会在非相干到相干自旋涨落过程中产生无能隙一级相变,其来源是自旋手征束缚态的形成.相变发生的临界自旋-声子耦合强度正比于自旋涨落大小,反比于系统德拜频率.当自旋-声子耦合强度超过其临界值时,自旋手征束缚态的产生将极大地抑制非相干自旋涨落.  相似文献

研究了热平衡温度,自旋交换相互作用,Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya(DM)相互作用及外加非一致性磁场对两比特海森堡XYZ自旋链量子系统的热纠缠与局域量子不确定度的影响,对比分析了并发度量子纠缠与局域量子不确定度描述自旋链系统量子关联的差别.结果表明自旋链系统的量子纠缠在热平衡温度,DM相互作用及外加磁场的非一致性参数的变化情况下均会出现纠缠突然死亡的再生现象,而自旋链系统的局域量子不确定度随着这些参数呈连续变化现象.并且,自旋交换相互作用,DM相互作用及外加横向磁场作用强度较小时,他们的变化对自旋链系统的量子纠缠与局域量子不确定度的影响有着明显的差别.  相似文献

A witness of non-Markovianity based on the Hilbert–Schmidt speed (HSS), a special type of quantum statistical speed, has been recently introduced for low-dimensional quantum systems. Such a non-Markovianity witness is particularly useful, being easily computable since no diagonalization of the system density matrix is required. We investigate the sensitivity of this HSS-based witness to detect non-Markovianity in various high-dimensional and multipartite open quantum systems with finite Hilbert spaces. We find that the time behaviors of the HSS-based witness are always in agreement with those of quantum negativity or quantum correlation measure. These results show that the HSS-based witness is a faithful identifier of the memory effects appearing in the quantum evolution of a high-dimensional system with a finite Hilbert space.  相似文献
