简便快速的硫化氢测定法

本文提出了有一种简易快速测定剂来测定水样中的硫化氢的方法。该法的检出限为０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ，对１．０１ｍｇ／Ｌ的Ｈ２Ｓ样品７次测定的相对标准偏差＜４．１％，１ｈ能测定１２个样品。用本测定了几种水样中的Ｈ２Ｓ含量，回收率为８４％－１０５％。应用它可上标准法的４ｈ左右缩短到５ｍｉｎ；使分析成本降低９／１０；不需配制一系列分析试剂和仪器，只需一支小型塑料管和几片药片，便于渔业水质和环境水质的野外现场监测。     

Re-Evaluation of the Activity Coefficients of Aqueous Hydrochloric Acid Solutions up to a Molality of 2.0 Using Two-Parameter Hückel and Pitzer Equations. Part I. Results at 25°C

Simple two-parameter Hückel and Pitzer equations were used for the calculation of the activity coefficients of aqueous hydrochloric acid at 25°C up to a molality of 2.0 mol-kg^–1. The data obtained by Harned and Ehlers^(12,13) from galvanic cells without liquid junction were used in the analysis and the parameters obtained were compared to those obtained from all reliable data presented in the literature for HCl at this temperature. A good agreement between the parameters was always observed. The activity coefficients obtained by the new equations were compared to those suggested by Robinson and Stokes,⁽⁸⁾ Hamer and Wu,⁽¹⁾ and Pitzer and Mayorga,⁽⁹⁾ and good agreement was also found. The data from the most important literature data sets for HCl were also predicted using the new activity coefficient equations, and the magnitude of the resulting errors was close to the precision of the measurements, the errors forming an almost random pattern for all data sets.     

司帕沙星软膏的制备与质量控制

为研制司帕沙星软膏，建立其含量测定方法。用差示紫外分光光度法在306nm外测定司帕沙星的含量。平均回收率为99．98％，RSD为0．72％，线性范围15．62－40．14μg/ml。该法简便、准确、快捷。     

中药配方颗粒红外光谱法的快速鉴别

采用红外光谱法对中药配方颗粒及其辅料进行了鉴别研究。结果表明：不同生产厂商的配方颗粒中所添加的辅料类型及用量有较大差别；不同种的配方颗粒在辅料含量较低的情况下有较明显的指纹性，而辅料含量较高时，采用差谱技术可以提高谱图的指纹性，达到中药配方颗粒--鉴别的目的。该法简便、快速、可靠，是中药配方颗粒宏观质控的一个强有力的手段。     

土壤中总汞测量不确定度的评定

依据JJF1059-1999,对GB/T17136-1997冷原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤中总汞含量进行了不确定度评定。建立了数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行分析和量化。计算出土壤中总汞含量测量结果的相对合成标准不确定度为0.0215,扩展不确定度为0.163mg/kg。在土壤总汞含量测量过程中,求试液中汞含量贡献的不确定度最大。     

Proficiency testing programmes as a tool in food quality assurance: Overview of Italian experiences

Proficiency testing involves the performance of test procedures on routine samples by a number of laboratories. Interlaboratory proficiency testings provide multiple benefits to participants since they play a key-role in the total quality control of laboratory activities. They serve as a means of self-improving, as a mechanism of continuing education and as a source of information for accreditation agencies. This review highlights basic principles, benefits, criteria and capabilities of a proficiency testing programme for food analysis laboratories as well as their role in the implementation of rapidly developing food control legislation.     

二元酸茄呢醇乳糖和麦芽糖酯合成及生是活性测试研究

七个二元酸茄呢基单酯分别与溴代乙酰乳糖和溴代乙酰麦芽糖在四丁基溴化铵 催化下反应生成对应的糖酯，制得的十四个化合物均为新化合物，其结构经过了元 素分析、IR，~1H NMR和MS确证。并对六个化合物做了KB（人口腔上皮癌细胞）、 Bel-7402（人肝癌细胞）、HCT-8（人结肠癌细胞）三种癌细胞初步生理活性测试。     

Some Reactions of 5-(3 or 4-Pyridyl)-1,3,4-Oxadiazoles with Amines and Hydrazines

2-Amino-and 2-hydrazino-5-(3 or 4-pyridyl)-1, 3, 4-oxadiazoles [II_i-k] have been prepared by racting 2-chloro derivatives with the corresponding amines or hydrazines, the 2-hydrazino (II_i-k) compounds that obtained were heated with carbon disulphide and alcoholic potassium hydroxide where 5-(3 or 4-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazolo (2,3-C)-1,2,4-triazole 5-thione (III_a-c) were obtained, the given structures were biologically screened.     

Rasch模型在“化学键”概念教学评价中的应用研究

运用Rasch模型探查高二学生对"化学键"概念的认知情况，运用Conquest软件和Winsteps软件对测试结果进行分析。结果表明：基于Rasch模型编制的测试卷能客观有效地检测学生对"化学键"概念的理解，为一线教师的有效教学提供学情基础。     

Simple and rapid micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of four antiepileptics in human serum

A very rapid and simple MEKC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of four antiepileptic drugs, ethosuximide (Etho), primidone (Pri), phenytoin (Pht) and carbamazepine (Cbz) in human serum. Sample analysis required only 100 microL of human serum which only needed to be centrifuged, decanted and combined with the running buffer [5.3 mM Na(2)HPO(4)/3.2 mM borax buffer (pH 9.5) containing 55 mM SDS and 3.5% (v/v) acetone]. The analysis was performed in only 10 min into fused-silica capillaries (57 cm total length with 50 microm i.d. and 50 cm to the detector) using the MEKC methodology with diode-array detection at 220 nm. The calibration graphs were established for ethoximide, primidone, phenytoin and carbamazepine between 0 and 20 mg/L. Recoveries were between 85 and 87%. The simplicity of the proposed methodology makes it suitable for routine clinical use, especially for epileptic patients on polytherapy.
