为了实现三维光信息存储的实用化, 在三维光盘存储实验系统的基础上, 改进、设计出了一种可用于三维数据存储的单侧读写光学头。对光学头进行了光学和控制系统的设计, 利用专门设计的耦合分光棱镜进行光束耦合和分离; 采用双音圈电机控制透镜的方式实现数据的选层; 进行了聚焦伺服系统的建模和仿真。结果表明双光束焦点同步误差保持在±3μm之内。 相似文献

The self‐assembly into supramolecular polymers is a process driven by reversible non‐covalent interactions between monomers, and gives access to materials applications incorporating mechanical, biological, optical or electronic functionalities. Compared to the achievements in precision polymer synthesis via living and controlled covalent polymerization processes, supramolecular chemists have only just learned how to developed strategies that allow similar control over polymer length, (co)monomer sequence and morphology (random, alternating or blocked ordering). This highlight article discusses the unique opportunities that arise when coassembling multicomponent supramolecular polymers, and focusses on four strategies in order to control the polymer architecture, size, stability and its stimuli‐responsive properties: (1) end‐capping of supramolecular polymers, (2) biomimetic templated polymerization, (3) controlled selectivity and reactivity in supramolecular copolymerization, and (4) living supramolecular polymerization. A novel, compact and two degree-of-freedoms (DOF) submicrometer positioner with a large moving range is presented in this paper. The design of the positioner utilizes a monolithic parallel flexure mechanism with built-in electromagnetic actuators and eddy current sensors to achieve the precision 2-DOF motion. The travel range of the positioner is 1000 μm/5 mrad and which depend on the eddy current sensor’s range of measurement (ROM) and electromagnetic actuator’s effective length. The analytical model and its dynamics were analyzed and derived. The whole control architecture takes the measured configuration parameters and endeavors to control the positioner motion by regulating the currents in the electromagnetic actuators. To increase the compactness and stability of the positioner, a self-tuning adaptive (STA) controller was analyzed and proposed. From the experimental results, satisfactory performances of the system, including stiffness and precision, have been successfully demonstrated. 相似文献

As the first step of DRAM manufacture, preanneal process plays an important role in determining the threshold voltage variation. It is found that the higher trans-1,2-dichloroethene flow in pad oxide growth and the higher nitrogen flow in high-temperature annealing step would respectively engender a lower boron segregation coefficient and higher nitridation of the oxide, both modify the boron distribution in the substrate and consequently the behavior of the threshold voltage. As the feature size of DRAM devices enter nanometer regime, besides gate oxidation, ion implantation and related thermal processes, the impact of preanneal process condition should be prudentially taken into consideration for rigorous control of the threshold voltage in the advanced DRAM production. 相似文献

A new structure of a cross-coupling position command shaping controller (CPCSC) for precise tracking in multi-axis motion control is proposed in this paper. This controller feedforwards the cross-coupling terms, based on the geometrical relationship between the tracking and contouring errors, to compensate for the contouring error in real-time. Compared with the conventional multi-axis cross-coupling control (CCC) system, this new structure has the advantage that its compensators in CCC have a simpler design process than conventional ones, as does its stability analysis. The proposed controller is evaluated and compared experimentally with a traditional uncoupled and a conventional CCC controller on a multi-axis positioning system controlled by microcomputer. The experimental results show that the new structure remarkably reduces contour error. In addition, this new controller can be implemented easily on most current systems by reprogramming the reference position command subroutine. 相似文献
