由于石油测井仪器拆卸困难,采用传统的JTAG仿真器对仪器进行升级和维护将给现场作业带来不少的麻烦。针对这一缺点,本文提出了一种在不改变原有电路结构的情况下,利用现有的测井总线对石油测井仪器进行远程实时升级的方法。本方法将烧写文件通过现有的测井总线传输至井下主控电路板,主控电路板上的FPGA首先对串行数据进行曼彻斯特解码,然后借助DSP处理器内部的烧写软件完成对DSP处理器的片上FLASH的程序烧写功能,从而达到远程升级的目的。本方法提高了石油测井仪器的灵活性和扩展性,同时由于借助现有的远程通信机制,升级过程稳定可靠,大大提高了仪器的现场维护能力。 相似文献

Ochratoxin A (OTA) is a secondary fungal metabolite produced by several moulds, mainly by Aspergillus ochraceus and by Penicillium verrucosum, that occurs in meat products. The aim of this work was to optimize an efficient extraction procedure for the determination
of OTA in muscle tissue in order to assess its occurrence in meat samples. Three different apparatus, a Waring blender, a
switching apparatus, and an ultrasonic processor, were evaluated to verify the efficiency of extraction. The analytical methods
proposed involve the extraction with chloroform-orthophosphoric acid, cleanup through an immunoaffinity column, high-performance
liquid chromatography/fluorescence detection for separation and identification of OTA, and confirmation with liquid chromatography/FD
after methylation of OTA in muscle tissue. The limit of quantification of the proposed method was 0.04 μg kg−1. Recoveries of OTA, using switching apparatus, ranged from 90.3 to 103.2% for chicken muscle spiked at 2.4 and 0.48 μg kg−1, respectively, with a within-day relative standard deviation of 17 and 15.3%. The proposed method was applied to 38 chicken,
swine, and turkey muscle samples and the presence of OTA was confirmed in five samples. Finally, the estimated daily intake
of OTA in this study was between 23 pg kg−1 body weight per day for swine samples and 18 pg kg−1 body weight per day for turkey samples. 相似文献

A new algorithm for parallel calculation of the second derivatives (Hessian) of the conformational energy function of biomolecules in internal coordinates is proposed. The basic scheme of this algorithm is the division of the entire calculation of the Hessian matrix (called "task") into subtasks and the optimization of the assignment of processors to each subtask by considering both the load balancing and reduction of the communication cost. A genetic algorithm is used for this optimization considering the dependencies between subtasks. We applied this method to a glutaminyl transfer RNA (Gln-tRNA) molecule for which the scalability of our previously developed parallel algorithm was significantly decreased when the large number of processors was used. The speedup for the calculation was 32.6 times with 60 processors, which is considerably better than the speedup for our previously reported parallel algorithm. The elapsed time for the calculation of subtasks, data sending, and data receiving was analyzed, and the effect of the optimization using the genetic algorithm is discussed. 相似文献

In recent years several implementations of molecular dynamics (MD) codes have been reported on multiple instruction multiple data (MIMD) machines. However, very few implementations of MD codes on single instruction multiple data (SIMD) machines have been reported. The difficulty in using pair lists of nonbonded interactions is the major problem with MD codes for SIMD machines, such that, generally, the full connectivity computation has been used. We present an algorithm, the global cut-off algorithm (GCA), which permits the use of pair lists on SIMD machines. GCA is based on a probabilistic approach and requires the cut-off condition to be simultaneously verified on all nodes of the machine. The MD code used was taken from the GROMOS package; only the routines involved in the pair lists and in the computation of nonbonded interactions were rewritten for a parallel architecture. The remaining calculations were performed on the host computer. The algorithm has been tested on Quadrics computers for configurations of 32, 128, and 512 processors and for systems of 4000, 8000, 15,000, and 30,000 particles.
