 研制了基于SOS的胡杨200和胡杨700脉冲功率源。给出了胡杨200和胡杨700的电路原理、组成结构和实验波形。介绍了在SOS脉冲功率源上开展的高重复频率强流电子束产生、长寿命阴极实验、绝缘介质的高重复频率击穿实验和低引导磁场无箔二极管等实验研究进展。经测试,胡杨200在2 kHz重复频率、负载阻抗200 Ω下,输出电压200 kV,脉冲宽度约35 ns,平均输出功率大于10 kW;在300 Hz条件下可连续运行。胡杨700同样为全固态脉冲功率源,其设计指标:输出电压700 kV,电流5 kA,脉冲宽度约40 ns;经初步调试在150 Ω电阻负载上单脉冲输出指标达到660 kV,4.4 kA,脉宽约70 ns。  相似文献

固体激光器是一种具有重要应用背景的高功率激光器,对包括激光波长、光束发射口径、发射功率、光束质量等在内的激光器参数的选择进行了分析,研究了大气介质的光学性质、激光大气传输效应以及激光辐射与靶目标的耦合机制与耦合效率等因素的影响.相关结果表明100 kW的固体激光器的综合效能可与2~3倍平均输出功率的DF化学激光器相当,这说明高平均功率固体激光器是一种具有潜在优势和良好发展前景的高功率激光器.  相似文献

A cueing wideband digital Electronic Warfare (EW) receiver is presented. The proposed receiver, which is to measure the instantaneous frequency and bandwidth of the intercept short-duration pulse radar signals that cue and match the corresponding ones, meets the requirements of good sensitivity and dynamic range for EW and can save hardware resources greatly as well. In addition, real-time signal processing, which is the main bottleneck for covering a wide instantaneous frequency band for EW receiver, is better solved in the proposed design structure. The highly efficient implementation and good parameter estimation algorithms are proposed as welL Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this structure is feasible.  相似文献

针对强高斯白噪声背景下的DS/BPSK信号载频估计问题,在研究平方倍频法的基础上,借鉴相关积累思想,提出了一种互相关积累法。该方法利用余弦信号相关而噪声不相关的特性,在平方倍频处理后端加入了互相关积累手段与集平均技术,改善了处理的输出信噪比。计算机仿真表明,两次接收分段互相关积累法在成功地实现了比传统估计方法更低的信噪比容限的同时还有效地节省了系统设备量。  相似文献

In this work we present an integrated interface for wide range resistive gas sensors able to heat the sensor resistance through a constant power heater block at 0°C–350°C operating temperatures. The proposed temperature control system is formed by a sensor heater (which fixes the sensor temperature at about 200°C), a R/f (or R/T) converter, which converts the resistive value into a period (or frequency), and can be able to reveal about 6 decades variation (from 10 KΩ up to 10 GΩ), and a digital subsystem that control the whole systems loop. This interface allows high sensibility and precision and performs good stability in temperature and power supply drift and low power characteristics so it can be used also in portable applications. Test measurements, performed on the fabricated chip, have shown an excellent agreement between theoretical expectations and simulation results. Giuseppe Ferri is an associate professor in Electronics at the Department of Electrical Engineering of L’ Aquila University, Ital. In 1993 he has been a visiting researcher at SGS-Thomson Milano, working in bipolar low-voltage op-amp design. In 1994-95 he has been visiting researcher at KU Leuven working in low-voltage CMOS design in the group of Prof. Sansen. His research activity is actually centred on the analog design of integrated circuits for portable applications (e.g., sensors and biomedicals) and circuit theory. He is co-author of a book entitled “Low Voltage, Low Power CMOS Current Conveyors”, Kluwer ed. (2003) and four text-books in Italian on Analogue Microelectronics (2005, 2006). Moreover, he is author and co-author of 74 papers on international and Italian journals and 123 talks at national and international conferences. Vincenzo Stornelli was born in Avezzano (AQ), Italy, on May 31, 1980. He received the Electronics Engineering degree (cum laude) in July 2004. In October 2004 he joined the Department of Electronic Engineering, University of L’Aquila, where he is actually involved with problems concerning project and design of integrated circuits for RF and sensor applications, CAD modelling, characterization, and design analysis of active microwave components, circuits, and subsystems. The linear minimum mean-squared error (LMMSE) channel estimation for orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) systems requires a large number of complex multiplications. We evaluate a simplified LMMSE channel estimation algorithm in a transmit diversity environment by applying a significant weight catching (SWC) technique to the LMMSE fixed weighting matrix. The SWC technique itself is based on modifying the smoothing matrix by leaving the Γ largest values in each row and turning the rest to zeros. This allows the computational complexity of the full LMMSE processor to be reduced by more than 50%. In the well known LMMSE by singular value decomposition (SVD) technique the sparse approximation is accomplished by zeroing out all but the r largest singular values. LMMSE by SVD is the preferred approximation technique for low delay spread channels. However, in channels with large delay spreads, LMMSE by SWC is a better choice in terms of computational complexity and estimation accuracy Igor Tolochkoreceived his Dipl.-Eng. His current research interests include digital signal processing, indoor and outdoor wireless communications and error control coding. Michael Faulkner(M'84) received the B.Sc. (Eng) from Queen Mary College, London University, UK, in 1970, the M.E. degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1978, and the PhD from University of Technology Sydney in 1993. From 1972 to 1975 he was with STC (now Alcatel) Australia. From 1975 to 1977 he as with the University of New South Wales, and since then as a lecturer and now professor at Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia where he is director of the Telecommunications and Micro-electronics research centre. Between 1988 and 2000 he spent four periods at Lund University, Sweden. He was co-recipient of the IEE's 1997 IERE prize for a paper on amplifier linearisation. Many useful DSP algorithms have high dimensions and complex logic. Consequently, an efficient implementation of these algorithms on parallel processor arrays must involve a structured design methodology. Full-search block-matching motion estimation is one of those algorithms that can be developed using parallel processor arrays. In this paper, we present a hierarchical design methodology for the full-search block matching motion estimation. Our proposed methodology reduces the complexity of the algorithm into simpler steps and then explores the different possible design options at each step. Input data timing restrictions are taken into consideration as well as buffering requirements. A designer is able to modify system performance by selecting some of the algorithm variables for pipelining or broadcasting. Our proposed design strategy also allows the designer to study time and hardware complexities of computations at each level of the hierarchy. The resultant architecture allows easy modifications to the organization of data buffers and processing elements-their number, datapath pipelining, and complexity-to produce a system whose performance matches the video data sample rate requirements.  相似文献

光电式电流互感器已经成为国内外研究的热点,其中Rogowski线圈、高压侧电路的供电电源是目前研究工作的重点。在此介绍了有源光电式电流互感器基本原理,叙述了Rogowski线圈采样原理。Rogowski线圈的性能易受外界磁场和环境温度等因素的影响,对Rogowski线圈的制作提出了改进。有源光电式电流互感器高压侧供能问题仍未得到很好的解决,对母线电流取能、电容电流取能、激光供能、太阳能供电几种供能方式进行了研究分析。  相似文献
