支持RSVP安全性的Policy系统的研究与实现

由于宽带和多媒体技术在不断发展，基于Policy系统实现对网络服务质量的监管，得到越来越多的研究与应用；但是它对服务质量的安全性的监管还不能令人满意，这也对其进一步应用与实施提出了严峻挑战。在支持RSVP的Policy系统基础上，本文提出通过增加支持RSVP安全性的规则实现其安全性，并且详细给出其设计原则以及这类规则的结构和内容，并论述了其在Policy系统中关键性设备－－PEP、PDP的具体实现。

Post-industrialism and Silicon Valley as models of industrial governance in Australian public policy

Since the 1970s, the Australian government has seen the information and communication technology industry as a viable industry for promotion and investment. This paper will argue that two recent important policy initiatives that concern the information and communication technology industry are influenced by the idea of an impending post-industrial economy and observations of the business environment of Silicon Valley. It will firstly discuss a policy initiative towards investment funding through the creation of ‘incubators’ that is informed by early-age liability theories of organisation. It will secondly discuss the policy initiative towards replicating the business environment of Silicon Valley through the creation of technology parks that is informed by the paradigm of locational economics. It will be shown that despite the positive contributions to the economy that policy interventions in the information and communication technology industry has had, the replication of the business environment of Silicon Valley in Australia should be attempted with caution.     

一个基于多策略的安全监视框架

当前的基于通用日志数据的安全监视手段存在日志数据冗余和异常检测时间延迟等问题。本文提出的基于多策略的安全监视框架(MP—SMF)，不但可以有效克服上述问题，而且还具有可配置的特性。并且通过把Bell—LaPadula机密性安全策略改写成为相应的关系模式，具体示例安全策略如何应用在MP—SMF中。     

基于移动代理网管平台的集成化系统模型研究

基于移动代理网管平台是一个重要的研究方向，针对该方向研究中出现的一些问题，本文提出一系列的解决方案。利用SNMP V3和移动代理的安全方案，提出了一个集成化的移动代理网管安全模型；引入JMX中间层作为标准化的平台接口：设计一个MIB接口解决网管和移动代理的互操作问题。最后将这个平台的结构进行了细化，并与原有管理模型进行了比较分析。     

一种新的选取最佳景象匹配区准则

文中将几种基准图选取准则与匹配性能评价指标相结合，依据匹配性能建立基准图选取控制策略．成功地运用这种方法完成了基于相关曲面特征的最佳景象匹配区选取；通过对基准图相关曲面特征与匹配性能参数之间的关系分析，建立了一种综合的评价准则，对不同的特征进行综合的评价。实验结果表明，这是一种十分有效的最佳景象匹配区选取方法。     

Queueing and Fluid Analysis of Partial Message Discarding Policy

We consider a stream of packets that arrive at a queue with a finite buffer. A group of consecutive packets constitutes a frame. We assume that when an arriving packet finds the queue full, not only is the packet lost but also the future packets that belong to the same frame will be rejected. The first part of the paper deals with a detailed packet level queueing model; we obtain exact expressions for the stationary queue length distribution and the goodput ratio (i.e. the fraction of arriving frames that experience no losses). The second part deals with a fluid model and the fluid analysis leads to simple closed form expressions for the stationary workload process and the fluid goodput ratio.     

状态离散的确定性多阶段群体决策的满意策略

为了求解状态离散的确定性多阶段群体决策问题,建立了多阶段群体决策模型,定义了群体Pareto最优策略、群体满意策略等概念,依据Bellman最优性原理,提出了多阶段群体决策问题的逆向递推算法,并通过引入偏好关系,得到了各阶段的子过程群体满意策略以及全过程群体满意策略,最后给出了一个计算实例．     

基于mobile agent的动态自适应网络安全模型的研究

计算机网络的迅速发展和广泛应用，对信息安全特别是网络安全带来了新的挑战。传统的安全模型和单一的安全手段，已不能适应复杂的网络结构、多变的入侵手段所带来的困扰。作者通过对多种典型的安全模型和技术分析后认为，网络安全是一种动态的安全。基于上述认识，本文提出了一种基于mobile agent的动态自适应安全模型，并详细介绍了该模型的基本结构、控制策略和原型的实现。     

主动网技术和策略相结合的网络管理模式

未来的网管系统应该是分布式、可编程的。论文首先分析了传统网管存在的弊端,然后在分析主动网技术和基于策略管理逻辑结构的基础上,提出了一种主动网技术和策略相结合的网管逻辑体系结构。该网管逻辑结构集中了主动网技术和策略管理的优点,同时克服了策略管理的缺点,可以实现高效的分布式网络管理。
