By analysing the behaviour of a neutral particle with permanent magnetic dipole moment confined to a quantum dot in the presence of a radial electric field, Coulomb-type and linear confining potentials, then, an Aharonov–Bohm-type effect for bound states and a dependence of the angular frequency of the system on the Aharonov–Casher geometric phase and the quantum numbers associated with the radial modes, the angular momentum and the spin are obtained. This paper presents a novel block-adaptive quantization scheme for efficient bit allocation without side information in depth map coding. Since the type of distortion in a depth map causes different effects in terms of the visual artifacts in a synthesized view, the proposed method adaptively assigns the number of bits according to the characteristics of the corresponding texture block. I have studied the details of the depth map and its rendered view distortion, modeled these analytically, and then proposed a new rate and distortion model for depth map coding. Finally, I derived a simple closed-form solution based on my proposed rate and distortion model, which determines the block-adaptive quantization parameter without any side information. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can achieve coding gains of more than 0.6% and 1.4% for quarter- and full-resolution depth maps, respectively, in a multi-view-plus-depth 3D system. 相似文献

As the upcoming 3D video coding standard, high efficiency video coding (HEVC) based 3D video coding (3D-HEVC) has been drafted. In 3D-HEVC, the computational complexity of mode decision process is significantly high due to exhaustive modes’ checks for coding units (CU) derived from recursive quad-tree partitioning. In this paper, we propose an early merge mode decision method for complexity reduction of dependent texture views. First, inter-view correlation and hierarchical depth correlation of coding modes are separately analyzed for B frame and P frame. Then, conditions to early determine merge mode coded CUs are derived based on the correlations. All of the early determined CUs only check merge modes in the mode decision process, which brings considerable complexity reduction. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve average 20.4% of encoding time saving for dependent texture views with negligible rate distortion performance loss. 相似文献

The principle to suppress multiple access interference (MAI) using double chip waveforms (DCW) in asynchronous DS-CDMA systems is analyzed in the paper. Based on the principle, a new method adopting optimized combinations of chip waveforms (CCW) to reduce MAI is proposed. The energy spectrum extension factor (ESEF) of equivalent chip waveform is introduced to optimally select CCW to reduce MAI, improve the signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) and bite error rate (BER) performance of asynchronous DS-CDMA users. The general closed form expression of SINR for asynchronous DS-CDMA users with CCW is obtained. The BER is also derived by improved Gaussian approximation (IGA). The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results show that the optimized CCW using ESEF can effectively suppress MAI better, achieve higher SINR and BER performance compared with DCW. Moreover, the overlap between the simulation and IGA BER curves verifies the theoretical derivation. 相似文献

The authors analyse two‐component electroneutral systems of classical macroions of finite size and point‐like oppositely charged microions. This article deals with the modification of the Debye–Hückel plus hole approximation when a non‐linear screening effect is taken into account in a complex plasma. Parameters of non‐linear screening of the macroions by surrounding microions are calculated within the framework of the Poisson–Boltzmann approximation. Two effects are found as a result of such calculations: (a) subdivision of all microions into two subclasses, free microions and bound microions and (b) a significant reduction of an effective charge Z* of the macroion in comparison with its true value Z due to the non‐linear screening by a thin high‐density envelope of the bound microions. We show that the value of a non‐ideal portion of an internal energy differs considerably in the case when the non‐linear screening effect is taken into account in the vicinity of the macroion. 相似文献

Conversion of direct, diffuse, and albedo irradiance into electricity is demonstrated with a new kind of hybrid bifacial high‐concentration photovoltaic module named bifacial EyeCon. It consists of Fresnel lenses that concentrate the direct sunlight 321x onto III‐V triple‐junction solar cells that are mounted on the front surface of p‐PERC bifacial c‐Si cells. Thus, the Si absorbs the front and rear diffuse irradiance. Because III‐V and Si cells are electrically isolated (hence a 4‐terminal device) but thermally coupled by a dielectric adhesive, Si also acts as a heat distributing substrate. To accommodate the concentrator cells, we adapted the metallization layout and also optimized it for low intensity, ie, 200 W/m2 on the front and 100 W/m2 on the rear, using finite element network simulation. Additionally, when the concentrator cells are mounted on a bifacial Si cell instead of a metal heat distributor, their operating temperature is 16 K higher. However, we demonstrate with outdoor measurements that the power output of the bifacial EyeCon module reaches up to 326 W/m2 when the direct to global irradiance ratio is 92%. 本文引入团簇加连接原子模型来解析硅酸盐玻璃相关氧化物的结构,并给出了这些氧化物的最小结构单元——类分子结构单元.参与网络形成体的氧化物主要以三角形或者四面体的配位体形式存在,构建玻璃的三维网络状骨架.如基础的网络形成体SiO2,其类分子结构单元团簇式是为[Si-O4]Si,含有的价电子数为32,形成四面体网络.中间体以同时形成八面体和四面体为特征,网络外体则以立方体和八面体为主.经证实,这些类分子结构单元无一例外,均满足八电子规则(即每个结构单元所含的价电子总数为8的整数倍),具有分子的属性.玻璃中氧化物类分子结构单元概念的提出,将为后续的玻璃成分设计工作打下基础. 相似文献
