Cloud Based Software Computing as a Service in Hybrid Evolution Algorithm with Feedback Assistance

This paper develops cloud based software computing as a service (SCaaS) in the hybrid evolution algorithm with feedback assistance to solve the data optimal NP-complete problems such as travel salesman problems and job shop scheduling problems. Suitable steps, methods, or procedures of the genetic algorithm can be adopted from various evolution procedures or methods of the genetic algorithms based on the fitness evaluation results and survival ratio of different crossover methods in the current generation. The proposed system can dynamically emphasize the corresponding methods or procedures for the better performance in optimal solution searching. In addition, according to the proposed XML format, system users can upload only the coding of chromosomes without implementing the genetic algorithm program. Furthermore, by using the feedback assistance, the convergence time of the optimal solution can be enhanced.     

Flexible composition and execution of large scale applications on distributed e-infrastructures

Computer simulation is finding a role in an increasing number of scientific disciplines, concomitant with the rise in available computing power. Marshalling this power facilitates new, more effective and different research than has been hitherto possible. Realizing this inevitably requires access to computational power beyond the desktop, making use of clusters, supercomputers, data repositories, networks and distributed aggregations of these resources. The use of diverse e-infrastructure brings with it the ability to perform distributed multiscale simulations. Accessing one such resource entails a number of usability and security problems; when multiple geographically distributed resources are involved, the difficulty is compounded. In this paper we present a solution, the Application Hosting Environment,³ which provides a Software as a Service layer on top of distributed e-infrastructure resources. We describe the performance and usability enhancements present in AHE version 3, and show how these have led to a high performance, easy to use gateway for computational scientists working in diverse application domains, from computational physics and chemistry, materials science to biology and biomedicine.     

ECC fault attack algorithm based on Grover's quantum search algorithm with 0.1π phase rotation

The Grover's a1gorithm was used for fau1t attack against the pub1ic key cryptography.A fixed phase rotation based Grover's a1gorithm was proposed，and the probabi1ity of success achieved 99.23% with 0.1π phase rotation.Combined with the fau1t attack further，ECC（e11iptic curve cryptography）vo1tage burr attack a1gorithm based on Grover a1gorithm with 0.1π phase rotation was proposed.Then a safety Kob1itz curve，K-163，pub1ished successfu11y attacked by NIST on binary domain in simu1ation and the success rate was 100%.The comp1exity of the attack great1y reduces on the exponentia1.It was a new effective way，except the Shor's a1gorithm，to attack pub1ic key cryptography by quantum computing，and it contributed to extend the attack ways to the other pub1ic key cryptography.

不确定环境下基于时间、费用及鲁棒性权衡的多目标项目调度优化

项目调度中的时间和费用是两个重要的指标,而在不确定环境下进度计划的鲁棒性则是保证项目平稳实施的关键。本文研究不确定环境下的多目标项目调度优化问题,以优化项目的工期、鲁棒值和成本为目标安排各活动的开始时间。基于此,作者构建多目标项目调度优化模型,将模型分解为三个子模型分析目标间的权衡关系,然后设计非劣排序遗传算法进行求解,应用精英保留策略和基于子模型权衡关系的优化策略优化算法,进行算法测试和算例参数敏感性分析。最后,应用上述方法研究一个项目实例,计算得到非劣解集,实例的敏感性分析结果进一步验证了三个目标间的权衡关系,据此提出资源的有效利用策略。本文的研究可以为多目标项目调度制定进度计划提供定量化决策支持。     

Probing molecular environments with a fictitious isotopic dipole

A HD-like (HD: mono-deuterated hydrogen molecule) isotopic dipole moment is proposed as a sensible probe for molecular environments, in particular for electrostatic fields and polarizable (reactive) sites of molecules. Fictitious nuclear masses are chosen in order to yield a rigid dipole with a small appropriate magnitude. Upon subtracting the Born-Oppenheimer energy, the interaction is reduced to field-dipole-like and dipole-polarizability-like terms, the last one being particularly informative since connected to potentially reactive sites. Possible asymmetries of this term appear as signatures of charged sites in the molecule. The field strength and orientation are easily obtained by identifying the minimum field-dipole energy configuration and flipping the dipole from it. Tests with hydrogen, water, benzene, and chlorobenzene molecules confirm the good performance of the method. In an application to test the present models for hydrogen activation by a frustrated Lewis pair, the full potential of the method is assessed.
