Syntheses of carbohydrate-functionalized platinum complexes resembling presently employed cytostatics were performed. Mono-allylated sugar substrates obtained in two steps from glucose and galactose were connected with 2-allyl diethyl malonate by cross-metathesis. Following hydrogenation and acidic cleavage of the ester and alkylidene functionalities gave dicarboxylated glycoconjugates, which were transformed into their diammine platinum complexes. The antitumor activities of these platinum complexes were checked by sensitivity testing with 11 lung cancer cell lines. The novel glucose-platinum complex proved to be comparable to the drug carboplatin.  相似文献

The necessity for inspection and assessment of glued laminated timber structures in service has raised interest in the evaluation of the glue lines. Glue line spectra were analysed and are discussed in detail with respect to spectral contributions from the adhesive, the hardener, the wood lamella below the adhesive, the curing temperature as well as ageing-related spectral changes. The combination of near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy and principal component analysis (PCA) allowed distinguishing between aged and non-aged samples and different copper azole preservative treatment levels of phenol-resorcinol-formaldehyde (PRF) glue lines. NIR-based partial least squares (PLS) regression modelling was performed for the glue line shear strength and for the curing temperature. These findings show that NIR spectroscopy is a fast and useful technique to evaluate the degradation on the PRF glue lines of untreated and copper azole treated laminated timber.  相似文献

A bicomponent coextrusion process is modelled using a 3-D finite element formulation. The layer uniformity problem in coextrusion is addressed by examining the effects of the polymer melt/polymer melt/die wall contact line boundary condition. It has been observed that the less viscous polymer layer will tend to displace the more viscous polymer layer near the die wall. The behaviour of the contact lisle is considered to be either a stick or slip boundary condition. In the stick boundary condition, the contact line does not move from its original position after the two polymer layers meet, A slip boundary condition allows the contact line to move along the die wall. The calculated interfaces which result from different contact line assumptions are determined. Results show that if a stick boundary condition is appropriate for a given fluid/fluid/solid contact line, then a very thin entrained layer of the more viscous polymer melt will be trapped between the less viscous polymer melt and the die wall. Slip boundary conditions would allow complete displacement of the contact line along the die wall. Both slip and stick boundary conditions produce similar interface profiles far away from the die wall for small viscosity ratios. In certain eases, the displacement of the more viscous material by the less viscous material will cease and a static interface structure is produced regardless of die length. 本文将以现代常微分方程求解器为支撑软件的线法推广应用于含时间变量的粘弹性力学问题。基基本思想是先用拦普拉斯积分变换把问题的控制偏微分方程组和定解条件进行交换,得到拉氏变换空间中的定常问题,然后用传统的线法借助于常微分方程求解器得到该变换空间中的数值解,再应用拉氏数值逆变换求得原时空域中的数值解。文中还给出方法的基本原理和实施过程。算例表明,采用拉普拉斯积分变换于线法分析结构粘弹性力学等含时间变量的  相似文献

A theory of atmospheric icing due to freezing rain on an overhead line conductor (OHLC) is developed. The rain falls vertically on a horizontal OHLC that is thermally insulated. It is assumed that the collection efficiency of the accretion surface is unity and that this surface is in thermodynamic equilibrium with the environment.

For air temperature TA 0°C and raindrop temperature TD 0°C, the freezing rain accretes as rime ice, provided that the temperature of the ice surface Tl < 0°C. The evolution equation governing the mass transfer at the accretion surface is solved analytically, yielding the shape of the rime-ice surface. Equations governing the thermal state of the rime-ice deposit are also given. These determine the onset of wet growth or glaze accretion at the upper stagnation line during suitable environmental conditions.

For environmental conditions producing an ice surface at temperature Tl = 0°gC, the freezing accretes as glaze. Equations governing the heat and mass transfer at the surface determine the shape of the glaze surface and the downward viscous motion of the unfrozen water. For TD < 0°C, glaze evolution equations are developed for TA 0°C and TA 0°C. Analytical solutions of these equations are obtained. In particular, when TD < −TA < 0°C, the evolution equation predicts a novel limiting growth that is triangular in shape. Further study of the mass and heat transfer conditions, in the neighborhood of this final stage of glaze accretion, shows that it is maintained in thermodynamic equilibrium with its warm air environment.  相似文献

Designing natural gas pipelines to safely and efficiently handle unsteady flows, requires knowledge of pressure drop, flowrate and temperature distribution throughout the system. The accurate prediction of these parameters is essential in order to achieve optimum cumulative deliverability, and safe and reliable operation. An Adaptive Method of Lines algorithm is formulated for the solution of Euler system of equations, which fully simulates slow and fast transients. Two test cases present the improvement of the numerical solution from grid adaptation. Good results are obtained both for slow and fast transients simulations proving that the suggested numerical procedure is appropriate for such predictions. To cite this article: E. Tentis et al., C. 在制成能力为70μm/70μm的设备上探索进行理论线间距为40μm/40μm的挠性板精细线路工艺研究过程中,用正交试验法的L9(34)正交表安排蚀刻速度、曝光能量和显影速度三因素试验。试验发现,显影速度对精细线路影响最大,其最佳工艺优化参数为A1B3C2,即蚀刻速度为5.5 m/min、显影速度为2.8 m/min和曝光能量为60 mj。  相似文献

To improve the performance of transmission by reducing the number of transmission and network overhead of wireless single-hop networks, this paper presents a high efficient multipacket decoding approach for network coding (EMDNC) in wireless networks according to the idea of encoding packets which cannot be decoded and are stored in buffer by receiving nodes, the lost packets can be recovered from these encoded packets. Compared with the network coding wireless broadcasting retransmission (NCWBR), EMDNC can improve the efficiency of decoding and reduce the number of retransmission and transmission delay. Simulation results reveal that EMDNC can effectively reduce the number of retransmission and network overhead.  相似文献
