研究了纳米SiO2水溶胶的固液二相流成膜特性.结果表明,水溶胶中的Si02固体颗粒的粒径及质量分数对粘度的影响较小,对成膜能力和承载能力的影响较大;在薄膜润滑阶段,固体颗粒的粒径和质量分数对润滑状态的稳定性具有一定的影响,随着速度的增加,液体膜厚度逐渐增大,固体颗粒对液体润滑膜稳定性及性能的影响逐渐减弱;在弹流润滑阶段,固体颗粒的影响很小。  相似文献

The contact problem for two elastic plates aligned at a prescribed angle to each other is considered. The set of contact points is assumed to be unknown in advance and to be determined only after the problem is solved. Various formulations of the problem are given, and their equivalence is proved. A complete set of boundary conditions fulfilled on the contact domain is found, and the character of satisfaction of these conditions is described. In this study, a high-performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) method by two step gradient elution with two mobile phases was developed for the simultaneous analysis of seven constituents in Ophiopogonis Radix. The chromatography was performed on silica gel 60 F254 plate with dichloromethane-methanol-ethyl acetate-water (70:25:12:3, v/v/v/v) and dichloromethane-methanol (300:1, v/v) as the mobile phase for two step gradient elution. Then, the HPTLC profiles were observed after derivatization with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol solution. The obtained HPTLC images were further analyzed by chemometric approaches and the samples could be clustered based on regions and/or growth years, which were two important factors affecting the constituents in Ophiopogonis Radix. Furthermore, five compounds including ophiopogonin D, ophiopojaponin C, ophiopogonin D’, ophiopogonin C’ and methylophiopogonanone B were screened as potential lipase inhibitors from Ophiopogonis Radix by the HPTLC-bioautographic method. The binding modes and interactions between the five compounds and lipase were further explored by molecular docking analysis. The developed HPTLC method could be used for quality control of Ophiopogonis Radix and screening of the potential lipase inhibitors.  相似文献

Abstract

The structure, morphology and optical transmittance spectra of pentacene films on the (glass/ITO) surface were studied. The films were grown by two methods - the thermal vacuum deposition (TVD) and pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The electron diffraction pattern from thermally deposited pentacene films confirms their polycrystalline structure while the diffraction pattern of PLD-coated layers has a diffusion character. The results obtained showed that layers deposited by the TVD method has an optical spectrum that is characteristic for the pentacene film in contrary to the layers deposited by the PLD method. It is found a sensitivity of the optical transmittance of pentacene films to the ammonia action, which may be used for development the optical gas sensor.  相似文献

介绍了多通道表面放电光泵浦源的设计,理论分析了触发电压幅值及上升时间、绝缘基板厚度等参数对所设计光泵浦源触发特性的影响。分析表明:在触发电压作用下,通道两电极处电场出现强烈畸变,而通道中间电场基本为零。采用高速相机拍摄泵浦源的放电图像以及电流线圈测量各通道的放电电流这两种方法实验研究了泵浦源的同步性及放电均匀性。当氮氩混合气体总气压为0.1 MPa (氮氩体积比为3∶7),充电电压20 kV,触发电压30 kV,前沿约10 ns时,成功实现了10通道均匀放电,抖动约20 ns。实验结果表明:在保证放电装置绝缘良好的情况下,若充电电压和触发电压越高,触发电压上升时间越短,触发电极至通道的有效距离越短,则多通道放电的抖动就越小,放电均匀性越好。  相似文献

An optical receiver having a high linearity is used for multilevel communication over standard step plastic optical fiber. A large-diameter photodiode with an antireflection coating optimized for red light was integrated. These features enable the used optical receiver to be a promising plastic optical fiber receiver. An error free (< 10−8) 170 Mb/s data rate over 115 m standard PMMA step-index plastic optical fiber is achieved with four-level and eight-level pulse amplitude modulation.  相似文献

Characterizing interfacial reactions is a crucial part of understanding the behavior of nanoparticles in nature and for unlocking their functional potential. Here, an advanced nanostructure characterization approach to study the corrosion processes of silver nanoparticles (Ag‐Nps), currently the most highly produced nanoparticle for nanotechnology, is presented. Corrosion of Ag‐Nps under aqueous conditions, in particular in the presence of organic matter and halide species common to many natural environments, is of particular importance because the release of toxic Ag+ from oxidation/dissolution of Ag‐Nps may strongly impact ecosystems. In this context, Ag‐Nps capped with polyvinolpyrrolidone (PVP) in contact with a simple proxy of organic matter in natural waters [polyacrylic acid (PAA) and Cl? in solution] has been investigated. A combination of synchrotron‐based X‐ray standing‐wave fluorescence yield‐ and X‐ray diffraction‐based experiments on a sample consisting of an approximately single‐particle layer of Ag‐Nps deposited on a silicon substrate and coated by a thin film of PAA containing Cl revealed the formation of a stable AgCl corrosion product despite the presence of potential surface stabilizers (PVP and PAA). Diffusion and precipitation processes at the Ag‐Nps–PAA interface were characterized with a high spatial resolution using this new approach.  相似文献

仿真和实验研究了一种控制Nd:YAG脉冲激光能量通断的光纤直接连接型光开关。建立光纤耦合模型,分析了光纤对准误差中对耦合效率的影响,其中横向偏移的影响最显著。采用微机电系统V型槽固定光纤,微小型凸轮作为制动器,步进电机驱动凸轮旋转,微小型凸轮与移动光纤相切,带动光纤移动,实现两光纤的错开和对准。制造了这种高功率直接连接型光纤光开关原理样机,并进行了主要性能测试。测试结果表明,这种光开关能够满足激光点火系统的大容量、高隔离度的要求。  相似文献
