A Self-Calibrated Pipeline ADC with 200 MHz IF-Sampling Frontend

A 13-bit, 50-MS/s pipeline ADC with IF-sampling capability is presented. A high sampling linearity is obtained through the use of bootstrapped switches. A digital self-calibration algorithm with modified capacitor measurement scheme is employed to improve the accuracy of the first two pipeline stages. The prototype, implemented with a 0.35-m BiCMOS (SiGe) technology, shows a 76.5-dB SFDR at a 194.2-MHz signal frequency and dissipates 715 mW power from a 2.9-V supply.     

Low Voltage Class AB Output Stage for CMOS Op-Amps Using Multiple Input Floating Gate Transistors

A new class AB output stage for CMOS op-amps is proposed with simple and accurate quiescent current control using floating gate transistors. The proposed stage can be operated with a supply voltage close to a transistor's threshold voltage. Experimental results are provided showing a 15 MHz gain-bandwidth product when it is used as the second stage of an op-amp with 1.5 V supply voltage in a standard 0.8 m CMOS technology.

v—SVC算法是一种新的支持向量机分类算法，该算法根据给定的参数v自动调整ε，来控制支持向量数目和算法误差。本文应用v—SVC算法建立了飞机作战效能分类评估模型，并对几种飞机的作战效能进行了分类评估。评估结果与实际相符，表明v—SVC算法的飞机作战效能分类评估有较高的分类精度。

介绍了一种用于12bit,100MS/s流水线模数转换器前端的采样/保持电路的设计.该电路在3V电源电压100MHz采样频率时,输入直到奈奎斯特频率仍能够达到108dB的无杂散动态范围(SFDR)和77dB的信躁比(SNR).论文建立了考虑开关之后的采样保持电路的分析模型,并详细研究了电路中开关组合对电路性能的影响,同时发现了传统的栅源自举开关(bootstrapped switch)中存在的漏电现象并对其进行了改进,极大地减小了漏电并提高了电路的线性性能.     

水声高频微弱信号的程控测量

叙述了大动态弱信号测量的实现方法，程控放大器由低噪声电流反馈虎放大器构成，扩展了的频带，通过计算机对接收机增益进行智能化控制，既避免了放大器饱和，又使得采样的量化误差最小。由软件控制选择滤波器，这样可以在工的频带获得低噪声的信号。     

利用最小调整法求解特殊的二维0-1规划

具有特殊约束的二维0-1规划的实际应用广泛,在解法中多是应用传统算法,或是在它基础上进行改进,但是此类解法计算繁琐不易推广.针对这种情形,本文引入最小调整法处理此类问题,并将其与传统算法进行对比,充分展示了该方法的优越性,呈现出灵活、方便、简单、易行的特点.通过举例验证了方法的有效性.
