手性3-溴-2(5H)-呋喃酮的合成及其串联的不对称Michael加成 反应的研究

研究了新的手性试剂,5-(l-孟氧基)-3-溴-呋喃酮(5a)的合成及其与亲核性醇发生的串联不对称双Michael加成/分子内亲取代反应。通过此反应,一举生成了四个新的手性中心,得到了一般方法难以合成的含有多个手性中心的丁内酯并螺－环丙烷类化合物8a～8d。详细报道了8a～8d的合成方法以及它们的[α]、IR、UV、^1^HNMR、^13^CNMR、MS、元素分析等结构分析数据。此不对称双Michael加成/分子内亲核取代反应可以为某些新的光学活性螺－环内丙烷类化合物以及某些复杂结构的分子提供合成策略。     

Novel Route for Preparation of 7‐Methyl‐camptothecin and Its Possible Mechanism

A novel route for preparation of 7‐methyl‐camptothecin is described. Its possible mechanism is discussed.     

The tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy group in the synthesis of 1,2,4-benzotriazin-3(4H)-one 1-oxides

Treatment of 2-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)anilines with phosgene at 20 °C was proposed as a novel route to 1,2,4-benzotriazin-3(4H )-one 1-oxides. This method involves a new reaction, viz., an intramolecular interaction of the tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy group with a C-electrophile (leading to the formation of the N(2)—C(3) bond of the triazine ring) followed by elimination of the tert-butyl group. Complete assignment of the signals in the ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectra of the compounds obtained was performed. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Manganese Coordination Polymer： 2,5-Bis（4-pyridyl）-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene

A new manganese coordination polymer 1, [Mn(H2O)4(L)]n(ClO4)2n·2nH2O·3nL (L = 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene), has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group Pn with a = 13.9176(8), b = 15.4754(9), c = 15.9670(9) , β = 99.5010(10)o, V = 3391.8(3) 3, Z = 2, C56H68Cl2MnN16O14 , Mr = 1315.10, Dc = 1.288 g/cm3, μ = 0.344 mm-1, F(000) = 1374, R = 0.0733 and wR = 0.2035. In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene and four oxygen atoms from water molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. The title complex exhibits a novel supramolecular layer architecture sustained by the concurrence of coordination bonds, hydrogen bonds, and π-π stacking interactions.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of N-Phenylbis（ferrocenecarboxyl）imide

The ferrocenyl compound,N-phenylbis(ferrocenecarboxyl)imide (C28H23NO2Fe2,Mr=517.17),was synthesized and structurally characterized by means of X-ray single-crystal dif-fraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=21.374(14),b=10.430(7),c= 10.741(7) ,β=114.184(8)°,V=2184(2) 3,Z=4,Dc=1.573 g/cm3,F(000)=1064,μ(MoKα)= 1.355 mm–1,T=291(2) K,the final R=0.0548 and wR=0.1437 for 1524 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In this compound,the nitrogen atom links two ferrocenyl groups and one phenyl group forming a novel imido derivative.     

A NOVEL ZWITTERIONIC SILANE COUPLING AGENT FOR NONTHROMBOGENIC BIOMATERIALS

A novel silane coupling agent bearing sulfobetaine group, N,N-diethyl-N-（3-sulfopropyl）-aminopropyl- trimethoxysilane （DESATS）, was first designed, synthesized and characterized. Its solution property was studied by means of dynamic light scattering. DESATS was successfully bonded onto the surface of the glass and proved by ESCA. Platelet adhesion assay in vitro indicated that the nonthrombogenicity of glass slide modified with DESATS is greatly improved.     

A New Saponin Transformed from Ginsenoside Rh1 by Bacillus subtilis

A novel saponin was isolated from the transformed products of ginsenoside Rh1 by Bacillus subtilis. It‘s structure was determined to be 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-20 (S)-protopanaxatriol on the basis of the spectral data.     

CROSS-LINKING OF AROMATIC POLY（THIOETHER）S

A novel cross-linking process using two high molecular weight aromatic poly(thioether)s,which were synthesized by the reactions of 4,4′-thiobisbenzenethiol with 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone and 4,4′-difluorodiphenylsulfone,respectively, and commercially available lower molecular weight poly(p-phenylene sulfide)was investigated.These reactions were carried out in bulk by the addition of silver tetrafluroborate andα,α′-dibromo-p-xylene at 190℃over a period of 45 min. Furthermore,the same procedure could be modified to cross-link compression-molded films of these three polymers.The thermal and solubility behaviors of these polymers before and after cross-linking reactions,are presented.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n

A novel coordination polymer [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n (hmbdc=5-hydroxy- isophthalic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a=9.599(3), b=18.699(5), c=7.557(2) (A), β= 108.198(4)°, V=1288.6(6) (A)3, Z=4, Mr=382.60, Dc=1.972 g/cm3, F(000)=760, μ=1.740, the final R=0.0555 and wR=0.0995 for 1732 observed reflections with Ⅰ ＞ 2σ(Ⅰ). The structural analysis shows that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions result in a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Bimetallic Porphyrin Complex Salt {[MnTPP(CH3OH)2]3Fe(CN)6}·13H2O

A novel bimetallic porphyrin complex salt, {[MnTPP(CH3OH)2]3Fe(CN)6}·13H2O (TPP = tetraphenylporphyrin), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of trigonal, space group R-3 with a = b = 31.0618(10), c = 11.8366(8) (A), Z = 3, V = 9890.3(8) (A)3, C144H134FeMn3N18O19, Mr = 2641.36, Dc = 1.330 g/cm3, μ(MoΚα) = 0.463 mm-1, F(000) = 4131, R = 0.0525 and wR = 0.1382 for 3045 observed reflections (I ＞ 2((I)). The title complex is composed of one [Fe(CN)6]3- anion, three [MnTPP(CH3OH)2] cations and thirteen water molecules, which are connected by multiform hydrogen bonds leading to a 3D supramolecular network structure.
