Linaclotide and its D-enantiomer were obtained through Fmoc solid phase peptide synthesis method and co-crystalized through racemic crystallization. The crystal structure showed that linaclotide has a tight, three-beta turns structure immobilized by three pairs of disulfide bonds.  相似文献

Simultaneous preconcentration and determination of auramine o (AO) and crystal violet (CV) dyes from aqueous solution was conducted by ultrasound assisted (dispersive) solid phase microextraction (UASPME) based on SnO2/SnS composite loaded activated carbon (SnO2/SnS‐NCs‐AC). The prepared of SnO2/SnS‐NCs‐AC was characterized by FESEM and XRD analysis. Main and interaction influences of operational parameters such as pH, sonication time, amounts of sorbent, and type of eluent on extraction efficiency were investigated by central composite design and optimized with desirability function approach (DFA). ANOVA was conducted and shows that optimized values were found at 15.33 min sonication time, 0.019 g SnO2/SnS‐NCs‐AC mass, pH 5.46 and among different solvents, dimethyl formamide was selected as an efficient eluent. Under this conditions recoverees percentage were obtained 82.85% and 86.70% for AO and CV, respectively. Based on F‐test under ANOVA all main effect and interaction effect of understudy parameters has the significant effect on the responses. At optimum conditions, limit of detection (0.0015 and 0.001 mg/l), limit of quantitation (0.4 and 0.4 mg/l), limit of linearity (9.0 and 9.0 mg/l), enrichment factor (33.48 and 83.71) and percent relative standard deviation (3.44 and 4.20) were found to be for auramine o and crystal violet dyes, respectively. Finally, the method was successfully applied for the preconcentration and determination of AO and CV in water samples and ER% of 89.0‐97.0 and 96.2–98.0% as acceptable range were found to be for AO and CV samples, respectively.  相似文献

Pincer complexes featuring readily tunable tridentate ligand frameworks comprise one of the most actively studied classes of organometallic and metal–organic compounds and find extensive use in catalysis, organic synthesis, materials science, and other fields of chemistry and allied disciplines. Currently growing attention is devoted to non‐classical ligand scaffolds, such as functionalized carboxamides, which offer multiple options for directed structural modifications. In this study, the reactions of (methylsulfanyl)acetyl and propanoyl chlorides with 2‐(aminomethyl)pyridine, 2‐(2‐aminoethyl)pyridine, 8‐aminoquinoline and 2‐(diphenylthiophosphoryl)aniline afford a series of new pincer‐type ligands based on functionalized carboxamides. The ligands obtained readily undergo direct cyclopalladation under the action of PdCl2(NCPh)2 in dichloromethane at room temperature, resulting in Pd(II) pincer complexes with N,N,S‐ and S,N,S‐donor sets. Importantly, some of the cyclopalladated derivatives can also be produced efficiently under solvent‐free conditions according to the approach recently developed by our group. The complexes obtained have been tested for cytotoxicity against several human cancer cell lines and catalytic activity in the model Suzuki reaction. The results have been compared to those for the related Pd(II) pincer complexes to define the main structure–activity relationships and to outline the most promising structures for further investigations.  相似文献

A blue phase liquid crystal (BPLC) lens with multifunction using multi-electrode structure and a dielectric layer with high dielectric constant is proposed. The refractive index of the BPLC can be changed flexibly in different regions. Some functional or technical requirements such as switch between positive and negative lenses can be achieved. The lens reveals a good parabolic refractive index distribution and focus adjustment capacity simultaneously. The applied voltage on the electrodes is regular and computable. To decrease the applied voltage of the proposed lens with a large diameter, a drive-type adopted Fresnel lens is introduced.  相似文献

Several binary systems made from two laterally substituted azo/ester isomers, namely 2?- (and 3?-) methyl-4-substituted phenyl 4?-(4?-alkoxyphenylazo) benzoates, where the length of the terminal alkoxy group = 8 and 16 carbons, while the other terminal substituent, X, varies between CH3O, CH3, H, Br and CN groups, were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and phases identified by polarised light microscope (PLM). For the sake of comparison, two another binary systems made from 2?- (or 3?-) methyl-4-substituted phenyl 4?-(4?-alkoxyphenylazo) benzoates (n = 8 and X = CH3) each was mixed with its laterally neat analogue and similarly investigated. Results were discussed on the basis of constructed phase diagrams whereby various mesomorphic properties were observed dependent on X, n, and position of the lateral methyl group. In most of the cases, the mixtures exhibited eutectic compositions, while linear or nearly linear nematic and smectic A-composition temperature dependence were observed.  相似文献

Twist bend nematic (NTB)-forming 9OCCHP5 and 11OCCHP5 dimers were synthesised by one-step condensation of 4-(4-pentylcyclohexyl) benzoic acid and alkyl diol with yields as high as 80%. Although each dimer formed the NTB phase only during the cooling process in a narrow temperature width as large as 4°C, their equiweight mixture formed an NTB phase during both the heating and cooling processes, displaying elliptical polygonal domains and rope-like optical texture. The NTB temperature range became wider by 29–38°C and reduced the orientational order parameter significantly from 0.39 to 0.29 with decreasing temperature.  相似文献

We briefly report experimental observations of striped patterns in the menisci of free-standing smectic C films. The results were obtained with a mesogenic compound that transits directly from the nematic phase to the smectic C phase, without an intermediate smectic A phase. In this case, it is shown that stripes do not correspond to undulations of the smectic free surface and smectic layers, as was indeed evidenced in previous studies with other compounds and different phase sequences. Hence, our results show that the nature of striped patterns in free-standing films depends on the phase sequence of the considered materials. Further experimental and theoretical works are still required to fully elucidate the physical mechanisms that drive the onset of patterns in such systems.  相似文献

In order to lower the saturation voltage and enhance the transmittance of in-plane switching blue-phase liquid crystal display (IPS-BPLCD), IPS-BPLCD with insulating protrusion is proposed. The single-protrusion (only set on the top of pixel electrode) and double-protrusion (set on the top of pixel and common electrodes) structures are investigated in this work. The potential distribution changes when the protrusion is used. There is a thicker transverse electric field in BPLC range, because the stronger electric field at the edges of the electrodes is decentralised into BPLC range. As a result, the saturation voltage is reduced from 36.3 V to 28.9 V when the double-protrusion structure is used, and transmittance is increased by ~20%. The contrast ratio is larger than 1000:1 in 60° viewing cone using a half-wave biaxial film. Both single-protrusion and double-protrusion structures have the uniform gamma curves at large oblique viewing angles. Moreover, the off-axis image distortion index is 0.1590 at 60º polar angle when zigzag electrodes are used.  相似文献

Cesium‐lead halide perovskites (e.g. CsPbBr3) have gained attention because of their rich physical properties, but their bulk ferroelectricity remains unexplored. Herein, by alloying flexible organic cations into the cubic CsPbBr3, we design the first cesium‐based two‐dimensional (2D) perovskite ferroelectric material with both inorganic alkali metal and organic cations, (C4H9NH3)2CsPb2Br7 ( 1 ). Strikingly, 1 shows a high Curie temperature (Tc=412 K) above that of BaTiO3 (ca. 393 K) and notable spontaneous polarization (ca. 4.2 μC cm?2), triggered by not only the ordering of organic cations but also atomic displacement of inorganic Cs+ ions. To our knowledge, such a 2D bilayered Cs+‐based metal–halide perovskite ferroelectric material with inorganic and organic cations is unprecedented. 1 also shows photoelectric semiconducting behavior with large “on/off” ratios of photoconductivity (>103).  相似文献
