通过Zeta电位及粒径分析考察发现随着体系中辛基葡萄糖多苷表面活性剂质量 农度的增加,DNA分子在溶液中的构趋于缩拢。通过DNA-C_8APG复合物的UV吸收及 CD谱图进一步考察了DNA二级结构变化。随后的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)照片也证实 DNA分子在水溶液中的构象缩拢。通过表面张力UV图谱分析,推测非离子糖基表面 活性剂与DNA分子复合物结合的可能结构是表面活性剂与DNA之间的疏水作用及 多羟基的糖类的亲水头基结构与DNA带负电的核酸磷酸骨架以氢健的方式结合。  相似文献

Three nonionic surfactants, S1, S2, and S3 and their acrylates, AS1, AS2, and AS3, were synthesized with poly(ethylene oxide) and diols such as glycol, 1,6‐hexanediol, and 1,10‐decanediol as the main starting materials. Their chemical structures were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and 1H NMR. The surface activity and surface tension (γ) of S1, S2, and S3 were evaluated by a drop weight method. The surface tension was found to decrease with the length of the lipophilic spacer in the molecular chains (γS1 < γS2 < γS3). AS1, AS2, and AS3 were adopted as functionalizing monomers and grafted onto linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with a melt reactive extrusion procedure. The graft degrees of LLDPE were determined by FTIR. Three grafted LLDPE samples with grafting degrees of 1.16% (AS1), 0.82% (AS2), and 0.71% (AS3) were prepared. Thermal and rheological properties of grafted LLDPE samples were studied with differential scanning calorimetry and a rotational rheometer. Crystallization rates of grafted LLDPE were faster than that of plain LLDPE at a given crystallization temperature because graft chains could act as nucleating agents. The isothermal crystallization behavior of grafted LLDPE was in accordance with the Avrami model only in the first stage, and deviated from the model with an increase in the crystallization time. Shear thinning at high shear rates and shear thickening at low shear rates were observed for the grafted LLDPE. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The influence of nonionic surface active agents, a series of polyoxyethylene glycol monoethers ofn-hexadecanol, on the stability of dispersions of 2m diameter polystyrene latices has been investigated.Adsorption and microelectrophoretic studies showed the presence of looped monolayers of surface active agent at plateau adsorption.Examination of sedimentation volumes and redispersibility, correlated with potential energy calculations, showed that the stability of the dispersions depended on the characteristics of the adsorbed layer and on added electrolyte.  相似文献

The dynamic interfacial tensions (IFTs) of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) surfactant/polymer systems against n-decane have been investigated using a spinning drop interfacial tensiometer in this paper. Two anionic–nonionic surfactants with different hydrophilic groups, C8PO6EO3S (6-3) and C8PO6EO6S (6-6), were selected as model surfactants. Partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) and hydrophobically modified polyacrylamide (HMPAM) were employed. The influences of surfactant concentration, temperature, polymer concentration, and oleic acid in the oil on IFTs have been studied. The experimental results show that anionic–nonionic surfactants can form compact adsorption films and reach ultralow IFT (10?3 mN/m) under optimum conditions. The addition of polymer has great influence on dynamic IFTs between surfactant solutions and n-decane mainly by the formation of looser mixed films resulting from the penetration of polymer chains into the interface. The compact surfactant film will also be weakened by the competitive adsorption of oleic acid, which results in the increase of IFT. Moreover, the penetration of polymer chains will be further destroyed surfactant/polymer mixed layer and lead to the obvious increase of IFT. On the other hand, polymers show little effect on the IFTs of 6-6 systems than those of 6-3 because of the hindrance of longer EO chain of 6-6 at the interface.  相似文献

The cleaning of copper interconnects after chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process is a critical step in integrated circuits (ICs) fabrication. Benzotriazole (BTA), which is used as corrosion inhibitor in the copper CMP slurry, is the primary source for the formation of organic contaminants. The presence of BTA can degrade the electrical properties and reliability of ICs which needs to be removed by using an effective cleaning solution. In this paper, an alkaline cleaning solution was proposed. The alkaline cleaning solution studied in this work consists of a chelating agent and a nonionic surfactant. The removal of BTA was characterized by contact angle measurements and potentiodynamic polarization studies. The cleaning properties of the proposed cleaning solution on a 300 mm copper patterned wafer were also quantified, total defect counts after cleaning was studied, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) review was used to identify types of BTA to confirm the ability of cleaning solution for BTA removal. All the results reveal that the chelating agent can effectively remove the BTA residual, nonionic surfactant can further improve the performance.  相似文献

A liquid membrane nonionic surfactant sensitive electrode has been prepared, based on a new barium pseudocationic complex of a highly ethoxylated fatty alcohol polyglycol ether and tetraphenylborate as sensing material. The complex has been incorporated into the plasticized PVC-membrane and used as sensing material.The electrode exhibited positive linear non-Nernstian response toward different nonionic surfactants and sub-Nernstian response toward tetraphenylborate with the lower detection limit of 3.3 × 10−7 mol dm−3 in barium chloride solution.The interfering effect of some alkaline, alkaline earth, and heavy metal cations, has been demonstrated by displaying their calibration curves compared with that of Triton X-100.The electrode has been used as an end-point indicator for potentiometric titration of analytical and technical grade polyethoxylated nonionic surfactants, modelled detergent products, and commercial detergents.  相似文献

由甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯醇和不同分子量的聚乙烯醇合成了3种可聚合非离子表面活性剂(Ⅱ-PEG400、Ⅱ-PEG1000和Ⅱ-PEG2000),用FT-IR对分子结构进行了表征。 结果表明,随聚乙烯醇分子量的增加,非离子表面活性剂的电导率显著增加、表面张力由36.28 mN/m降低至31.30 mN/m、浊点由39.6 ℃增加至58.9 ℃,对丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)的乳化能力均优于常用乳化剂OP-10,以AIBN作引发剂在70 ℃下既能均聚又可与丙烯酸酯进行共聚反应。  相似文献

本文研究了表面活性剂对不同电子结构的三种金属离子(Zn~(2+),Cu~(2+),Pd~(2+))与两种分子结构类似但反应官能团不同的吡啶偶氮染料(PAR和5-Cl-PADAB)间的显色反应的作用。试验证明:(1)表面活性剂对显色反应增敏作用的产生,最根本的是由于金属离子的电子结构和试剂的反应官能团的不同,以及由此引起所成显色络合物的结构的不同。(2)表面活性剂对显色络合物的增敏效应,与单个表面活性剂分子对有色络合物的作用有关,更重要的是形成胶束,改变反应微环境。(3)离子型-非离子型混合表面活性剂对显色反应是否产生协同增敏效应和协同增敏效应的大小,决定于两者形成混合胶束的难易。如果显色络合物的结构有利于此两种表面活性剂同时对它起协同作用,则协同增敏效应可进一步提高。  相似文献
