从Ling和Atabek提出的``局部流'理论出发,提出一种利用测量血液黏度、管轴上 的血流速度、压力和管径波形计算均匀动脉管壁切应力的非线性方法. 将这种方法与柳兆荣 等提出的利用测量血液黏度、管轴上的血流速度和平均管径计算切应力的线性方法比较,结 果表明,当管壁脉动幅度较小时,两种方法计算的压力梯度、流速剖面和管壁切应力差别较 小;而当管壁脉动幅度增大时,两种方法计算的压力梯度、流速剖面和管壁切应力差别增大. 对于小幅脉动均匀动脉,用线性方法计算管壁切应力有较高的精度;而对于大变形 均匀动脉,则需要考虑非线性因素对管壁切应力的影响. 由于作为输入量的血液黏度、轴心 血流速度、压力波形和管径波形可在活体上通过无损伤或微损伤的检测方法得到, 所提出的计算切应力的方法为在体或离体研究切应力与动脉重建的关系提供了方法学基础.  相似文献

The magnitude of spectral change in blood glucose measurements with diffuse reflectance spectroscopy is investigated. Spectral change is estimated by simulation of light propagation in skin tissue and measurements of absorbance spectra of aqueous glucose solution. Required sensitivity of spectrophotometers for monitoring change in the blood glucose concentration as small as 10 mg/dL has been obtained using the estimated change in the absorbance spectrum and mean pathlength of light in tissue.  相似文献

血氧饱和度的无创检测已在临床医学中得到广泛应用.目前的测量方法主要基于人手指的双波长光度分析原理,存在测量重复性差、检测速率低和误差大等缺陷,而且由于它完全忽略光散射的影响,理论上有不合理性.为了改进现有技术,分析了光散 射对手指组织吸光度的影响,并根据动脉血液在红外及近红外区域(600nm~1000nm)吸光度的时变特性,引入了时变差分光谱的概念;提出了利用时变差分光谱实现血氧饱和度测量的方法,并首次推导出包含光散射因子的血氧饱和度计算公式.与现有技术的对比表明,该测量方法具有测量准确、检测速率高、抗干扰性强和方便实现的特点,在理论上更严谨、更科学.  相似文献

A low-field nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer for non-invasive monitoring of human finger blood glucose fluctuations was developed. Saline solution and blood serum samples with different glucose concentrations were first detected by the spectrometer and it has been found that there was a high-linear correlation between the glucose concentration and the transverse relaxation time. Then, the spectrometer was employed to noninvasively measure a finger from each of the several volunteers. The experiment results showed that the transverse relaxation time of the human finger increases with human blood glucose concentration. In conclusion, the human finger nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer could be a potential tool to noninvasive monitoring of human body’s blood glucose fluctuations in the future.  相似文献

皮肤胆固醇含量可以作为评价动脉粥样硬化的重要指标之一,现有的皮肤胆固醇含量检测主要基于实验室活检进行,缺少快速无创的检测技术和装备。针对以皮肤胆固醇含量为评价指标的动脉粥样硬化的早期快速筛查需求,本文提出了基于荧光光谱法的皮肤胆固醇快速无创检测方法,研发了一种皮肤胆固醇无创检测系统。为了提高测量的准确性和稳定性,该系统对温度引起的检测试剂荧光效率的波动进行了修正。本文结合气相色谱法对测量结果的准确性进行了验证,并通过检测正常人群和动脉粥样硬化高风险人群的皮肤胆固醇含量,明确了该系统的临床应用价值。本文的研究结果表明,462~520 nm波段内的平均荧光强度与温度的相关系数为-0.995(p<0.0001),可据此建立温度校准曲线对由温度差异引起的荧光波动进行修正。校正后,系统测量的皮肤胆固醇含量与气相色谱测量值的相关性显著,相关系数为0.905(p<0.0001)。在动脉粥样硬化高风险人群的筛查实验中,动脉粥样硬化高风险人群和正常人群的皮肤胆固醇检测结果具有显著差异(P=0.0004)。与现有技术相比,基于荧光光谱法的皮肤胆固醇检测技术具有测量快速无创等优势,为大规模开展动脉粥样硬化的早期风险筛查提供了先进技术手段。  相似文献

This research represents a novel detection method of acetone level in the exhaled breath samples (RH=88 %) based on polypyrrole/tungsten oxide (PPy/WO3) nanocomposite sensor. The PPy/WO3 sensor was fabricated by the deposition of nanocomposite on/between interdigitated electrodes (IDEs) through electrospray coating and was then characterized by FE-SEM imaging. In this detection method, the coulometric signal of the sensor was calculated using Fast Fourier Continuous Cyclic Voltammetry (FFTCCV), where cyclic voltammetry (CV) was applied to the sensor in the defined potential rang and then charge changes of the sensor was obtained by integration of the current in all scanned potential ranges. FFTCCV method enhances the sensitivity of the sensor when exposed to the gas mixtures containing acetone. In addition to its fast coulometric response time (≤5 s) in the two linear ranges of 0.7–2.8 ppm and 2.8–28.2 ppm (R2=0.99), FFTCCV method provides the low detection limit of 70 ppb, and high sensitivity toward acetone at the optimum values of the parameters. The fabricated sensor showed great selectivity toward acetone when exposed to humid air and some exhaled gas like carbon dioxide, ammonia, methanol, ethanol and alkyl amines. The results were very satisfying as the sensor was capable to detect different acetone levels in human exhaled breath as non-invasive diagnosis of diabetes with a good correlation (R2≃0.9) to the routine blood sugar test taken by different commercial glucometers results.  相似文献

Quality control methods of current traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparation is time-consuming and difficult to assess in terms of overall efficiency of the drug. A non-destructive rapid near-infrared spectroscopy detection system for key chemical components and biological activity of Lanqin oral solution (LOS), one of the best-selling TCM formulations, was established for comprehensive quality evaluation. Near infrared spectral scanning was carried out on 101 batches of commercial LOS under the penetrated vial state and traditional state. RAW 264.7 cells were cultured to detect the anti-inflammatory ability of LOS, and the reference concentrations of epigoitrin, geniposide, and baicalin were obtained by HPLC. The quantitative models were optimized by three kinds of variable selection methods. The correlation coefficients of prediction value of the models were greater than 0.94. The system also passed the external validation. The performance of the non-invasive models was similar to the traditional models. The established non-destructive system can be applied to the rapid quality inspection of LOS to avoid unqualified drugs from entering the market and ensure drug effectiveness. The biological activity index of LOS was introduced and predicted by NIRs for the first time, which provides a new idea about the quality control of TCM formulations.  相似文献
