High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) enantioseparation of terazosin (TER) was accomplished on the immobilised-type Chiralpak IC chiral stationary phase (CSP) under both polar organic and reversed-phase modes. A simple analytical method was validated using a mixture of methanol–water–DEA 95:5:0.1 (v/v/v) as a mobile phase. Under reversed-phase conditions good linearities were obtained over the concentration range 8.76–26.28 μg mL−1 for both enantiomers. The limits of detection and quantification were 10 and 30 ng mL−1, respectively. The intra- and inter-day assay precision was less than 1.66% (RSD%). The optimised conditions also allowed to resolve chiral and achiral impurities from the enantiomers of TER. The proposed HPLC method supports pharmacological studies on the biological effects of the both forms of TER and analytical investigations of potential drug formulations based on a single enantiomer. At the semipreparative scale, 5.3 mg of racemic sample were resolved with elution times less than 12 min using a mobile phase consisting of methanol–DEA 100:0.1 (v/v) and both enantiomers were isolated with a purity of ≥99% enantiomeric excess (ee). The absolute configuration of TER enantiomers was assigned by comparison of the measured specific rotations with those reported in the literature.  相似文献

选用柱容量较高、亲水性较强的阴离子分析柱IonPac AS18,以30mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,等度淋洗分析了高浓度柠檬酸中的痕量无机阴离子。选用柱容量较高的阳离子分析柱IonPac CS12A,以H2SO4作淋洗液分析了柠檬酸试剂中的痕量阳离子。在所选色谱条件下,无需样品前处理,直接进样,电导检测,高浓度柠檬酸不影响痕量阴离子或阳离子的测定。方法具有良好的线性(r=0.9941~1.000),样品中所测离子峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)均在9.0%以下(n=7),回收率在82.7%~110%之间,检出限低于3.7μg/L。  相似文献

The placement of substrate contacts in epi and non-epi technologies is analyzed in order to control and reduce the substrate noise amplitude and spreading. The choice of small or large substrate contacts or rings for each of the two major technologies is highlighted. Two alternative BIST schemes are proposed for structural testing of pipelined Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC). They are oriented to fault detection in the converter stages rather than to measure the whole ADC electrical performance parameters. The operational principle of both strategies relies on testing every ADC stage reconfigured as an A/D-D/A block and applying as input a simple DC stimuli set which is easily obtained, without strong precision requirements, by a resistive network. The main differences between both strategies relate to the way the output response is evaluated. In the BIST#1 scheme, analog and digital outputs are compared with reference levels generated with a reference D/A converter and a counter. In the BIST#2 strategy, only digital outputs are available and they are compared with fault-free values previously stored in an on-chip register. The new techniques are intended to be used in pipelined converters of an arbitrary number of conversion stages and with a digital self-correction mechanism.  相似文献

Ramosetron is an enantiopure active pharmaceutical ingredient marketed in Japan since 1996 and later in a few Southeast Asian countries predominantly as an antiemetic for patients receiving chemotherapy. In this study, a simple and rapid high‐performance liquid chromoatography method for the separation of ramosetron and its related enantiomeric impurity by using hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography mode is presented. Chiral resolution was performed on an analytical column (100 mm × 4.6 mm id) packed with 3 μm particles of cellulose‐based Chiralpak IC‐3 chiral stationary phase. Using a mobile phase containing acetonitrile–water–diethylamine (100:10:0.1, v/v/v) and setting the column temperature at 35°C, the resolution value was 7.35. At a flow rate of 1 mL/min, the enantioseparation was completed within 5 min. The proposed method was partially validated and it has proven to be sensitive with limit of detection and limit of quantitation of the (S)‐enantiomer impurity of 44.5 and 133.6 ng/mL.  相似文献

Measurement selection for parametric IC fault diagnosis   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This article presents experimental results which show feedforward neural networks are well-suited for analog IC fault diagnosis. Boundary band data (BBD) measurement selection is used to reduce the computational overhead of the FFN training phase. We compare the diagnostic accuracy between traditional statistical classifiers and feedforward neural networks trained with various measurement selection criteria. The feedforward networks consistently perform as well as or better than the other classifiers in term of accuracy. Training using BBD consistently reduces the FFN training efforts without degrading the performance. Experimental results suggest that feedforward networks provide a cost efficient method for IC fault diagnosis in a large scale production testing environment.This work is supported by NSF-IUC CDADIC, Project 90-1.  相似文献
