针对5G毫米波通信,研制了一种双极化有源相控阵天线模组。厚度为2 mm的多层PCB正面印制阵列天线,在其背面集成多通道波束成形芯片,通过中间层实现天线与芯片的互连以及供电、控制等。测试结果表明,研制的板状4×4双极化相控阵模组在E面和H面均实现了不小于±40度的波束扫描范围(不大于3 dB的电平下降)和低于-18 dB的归一化交叉极化电平,在24~27.5 GHz的频率范围内实现了V极化和H极化分别为42.6~45.7 dBm和43.5~46.1 dBm的等效全向辐射功率(EIRP)。  相似文献

Uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) have become a vital element in nonterrestrial networks, especially with respect to 5G communication systems and beyond. The use of UAVs in support of 4G/5G base station (uncrewed aerial vehicle base station [UAV-BS]) has proven to be a practical solution for extending cellular network services to areas where conventional infrastructures are unavailable. In this study, we introduce a UAV-BS system that utilizes a high-capacity wireless backhaul operating in millimeter-wave frequency bands. This system can achieve a maximum throughput of 1.3 Gbps while delivering data at a rate of 300 Mbps, even at distances of 10 km. We also present the details of our testbed implementation alongside the performance results obtained from field tests.  相似文献

毫米波雷达的安装角度校准是雷达正常使用并与摄像头进行数据融合的重要前提,雷达安装角度偏 转过大会导致雷达数据与摄像头数据融合失败,影响高级驾驶辅助系统(Advanced Driving Assistance System,ADAS) 的正常使用。文中提出一种基于曲线拟合的毫米波雷达安装角度校准方法,当车辆在道路上行驶时辅以车辆输入 的车速和偏航角信息,通过2000 个静止点进行曲线拟合得到雷达需要补偿的角度。相较于选择有护栏的道路进行 绕行和在标定场地部署角反射器进行安装角度校准的方法,这种方法适用的场景种类更多并且校准时间从15 分钟 以上缩短为5 分钟以下。经过实验验证,在花费更短时间完成校准后,校准精度与其它自校准方法相同为±5°。  相似文献

Experimental investigations of superconductivity effects in single-phase and multiphase Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 single-crystals have been carried out at 142 GHz frequency by means of the standing wave profile method [1]. Josephson harmonic generation has been observed to be responsible for the appearence of additional peaks on the standing wave profile of the open dielectric resonator loaded with a properly orientated multiphase high-Tc superconductor specimen. This leads to the conclusion that most of the Josephson junctions in multiphase crystals are located in certain crystallographic planes. The investigations of temperature dependencies showed that sharp resonant peaks of conductivity observed earlier [2] at 60 GHz could also be observed at 142 GHz.  相似文献

In this short note we present results on the existence of several classes of travelling, non-periodic solutions of the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation. First we give a very short introduction to the G-L equation and show its importance in nonlinear stability theory. We then study the G-L equation with complex coefficients and establish the existence of a 2-parameter family of quasi-periodic solutions and two different types of one-parameter families of heteroclinic orbits; all members of these families travel with a well-defined wave-speed. The heteroclinic solutions correspond to (travelling) soliton-like localized structures which connect different (stable) periodic patterns. Mathematically, these families of travelling solutions (quasi-periodic and heteroclinic) are continuations into the complex case of the stationary solutions of the real G-L equation.  相似文献

The dynamics of the Josephson tunnel junction is approximately described by a perturbed sine-Gordon equation. The Josephson tunnel junction is thus a convenient experimental solid state device for the study of solitons and solitonlike phenomena. The physical manifestation of the soliton is a propagating magnetic flux quantum ( 0=h/2e=2.064×10–15 V sec). Basic properties of the soliton and its relation to observable experimental quantities (zero field steps, microwave radiation, etc.) are reviewed. Recent direct measurements of the actual soliton profile are also mentioned.  相似文献

We report the refractive indices and absorption coefficients for four beryllia (BeO) ceramic samples. These dielectric properties have been measured over the range from 4 to 18 cm–1 by use of a Michelson interferometer. The index n, follows the linear relationship n=0.6517 cm3/g×+0.7130 with density, , over the range 2.8<<3.0 g/cm3.  相似文献

The absorption of millimeter electromagnetic radiation (v=1.4, 1.71, and 5 cm−1) by aqueous solutions of glycine (pH 6.1–6.2) in the concentration range of 0.5–2.5 mol L−1 was measured. It was found that the absorbing ability of the water present in the solutions, is higher than that of pure water. This phenomenon is explained by the presence of a center of negative hydration in the structure of the glycine zwitterion, which results in an increase in the rotational mobility of water molecules immobilized in the hydrate shell of the glycine zwitterion. A history of the shock-wave equation-of-state (EOS) studies at Los Alamos is given. Particular emphasis is placed on the pioneering research in the 1950s where many of the experimental techniques and methods of analysis were developed, which we now take for granted. A brief review of shock-wave physics is given, which illustrates important hydrodynamic and thermodynamic concepts. Recent studies on the EOS of Ti are presented with emphasis on the-to- phase transition. VISAR wave profiles for polycrystalline Ni and singlecrystal Ni are presented to determine the strengths of these materials under pressure. Low-density polystyrene foam Hugoniot experiments are described and results analyzed.This article was processed using Springer-Verlag TEX Shock Waves macro package 1990.  相似文献
