We calculated frequency-dependent real n(ω) and imaginary k(ω) parts of the complex refractive index for adenine A, guanine G, cytosine C and thymine T in ultraviolet range using Kramers-Kroning analysis of their absorption spectra. The frequency-dependent real ε′(ω) and imaginary ε″(ω) parts of the dielectric function for the corresponding nucleotides were restored. We calculated also the dependence of the dielectric function on the imaginary frequency ε(iω) for the corresponding nucleotides.  相似文献

In this paper we show that the Cahn–Hilliard stochastic PDE has a function valued solution in dimension 4 and 5 when the perturbation is driven by a space-correlated Gaussian noise. We study the regularity of the trajectories of the solution and the absolute continuity of its law at some given time and position. This is done by showing a priori estimates which heavily depend on the specific equation, and by proving general results on stochastic and deterministic integrals involving general operators on smooth domains of d which are parabolic in the sense of Petrovskii, and do not necessarily define a semi-group of operators. Entangled states whose Wigner functions are non-negative may be viewed as being accounted for by local hidden variables (LHV). Recently, there were studies of Bell’s inequality violation (BIQV) for such states in conjunction with the well known theorem of Bell that precludes BIQV for theories that have LHV underpinning. We extend these studies to teleportation which is also based on entanglement. We investigate if, to what extent, and under what conditions may teleportation be accounted for via LHV theory. Our study allows us to expose the role of various quantum requirements. These are, e.g., the uncertainty relation among non-commuting operators, and the no-cloning theorem which forces the complete elimination of the teleported state at its initial port.  相似文献

A hybrid large-Eddy simulation/filtered-density function (LES–FDF) methodology is formulated for simulating variable density turbulent reactive flows. An indirect feedback mechanism coupled with a consistency measure based on redundant density fields contained in the different solvers is used to construct a robust algorithm. Using this novel scheme, a partially premixed methane/air flame is simulated. To describe transport in composition space, a 16-species reduced chemistry mechanism is used along with the interaction-by-exchange with the mean (IEM) model. For the micro-mixing model, typically a constant ratio of scalar to mechanical time-scale is assumed. This parameter can have substantial variations and can strongly influence the combustion process. Here, a dynamic time-scale model is used to prescribe the mixing time-scale, which eliminates the time-scale ratio as a model constant. Two different flame configurations, namely, Sandia flames D and E are studied. Comparison of simulated radial profiles with experimental data show good agreement for both flames. The LES–FDF simulations accurately predict the increased extinction near the inlet and re-ignition further downstream. The conditional mean profiles show good agreement with experimental data for both flames.  相似文献

It is shown theoretically and verified experimentally that by writing a low spatial frequency Ronchi grating by a computer and printing two copies of it on two transparencies by a printer, the modulation transfer function (MTF) of the printed image can be evaluated by measuring the transmittance of the superimposed gratings in a moiré fringe spacing. Application of the technique is quite simple and the results are reasonably reproducible. The technique does not require a high sensitive intensity detector and a very narrow slit for transmission scanning. Also, the presented technique can be applied to other imaging systems.  相似文献

Multivariate analysis within central composite design is applied to simplify an optimization procedure and explore the interactions among experimental parameters in analytical chemistry. In this study, central composite design was used to identify the optimal capillary electrophoresis conditions with electroosmotic flow modulation to determine seven exfoliating agents in cosmetics. The influence of phosphate concentration, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide concentration, and methanol percentage on the response was evaluated by the use of the chromatographic exponential function to simultaneously investigate the resolution and separation under sixteen sets of capillary electrophoresis conditions. The optimized conditions were 150 mM phosphate solution (pH = 7) containing 0.5 mM cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 3 mM γ-cyclodextrin, and 25% methanol as the running buffer. To shorten the analysis time, an electroosmotic flow modulating agent (cetyltrimethylammonium bromide) was added to the separation buffer. Calibration plots were linear (r ≧ 0.998) with high precision and accuracy in the homemade cosmetic matrix. The exfoliating agents in two commercial cosmetic products were determined using the optimized conditions, and the results correlated well with results obtained by high-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry.  相似文献

针对面粉加工业对小麦硬度精密检测的需要,提出了基于ARM的小麦硬度检测控制器的设计方案。为提高系统的实时性和控制精度,对小麦硬度检测的任务进行了合理分解。根据系统功能,对控制器的各个部分进行了模块化设计,分别介绍了功能模块的实现和各个模块的通信方式及伺服电机控制方法的实现。经测试小麦硬度检测控制器的成本低、携带方便、稳定性好,应用前景广阔。  相似文献
