The anti-friction and wear-resistant performances of bonded MoS2 solid lubricating films filled with nano-LaF3 filler were investigated under in drying wear conditions, the corrosion-resistant performances of bonded lubricating films was evaluated according to ASTM-B117, and the characteristics of the bonded lubricating films were examined by TEM and elemental x-ray map. The wear-resistant performance of the bonded lubricating films filled with nano-LaF3 filler increases with increasing content of nano-LaF3 filler within a content range between 0 and 5 wt%, whereas the bonded lubricating films filled with 0.5–1 wt% micro-LaF3 filler exhibit the better wear-resistant performances. The incorporation of both nano-LaF3 and micro-LaF3 filler leads the increase of the coefficient of friction of the bonded lubricating films. The LaF3 filler can improve the corrosion-resistant performance of the bonded MoS2 solid lubricating films, whereas the incorporation of nano-LaF3 filler is more effective to improve the corrosion-resistant performance of the bonded lubricating films than micro-LaF3 filler. The improvement in the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant performances of the bonded lubricating films by the incorporation of the nano-LaF3 filler is attributed to the strengthened interfacial bonding among the nano-LaF3 and the MoS2 lubricant and the polymeric matrix. However, a too high mass fraction of the nano-LaF3 filler in the bonded lubricating films will increase surface and interface defects, and lead the worsening of corrosion-resistant performance of the bonded lubricating films. 相似文献

The crystal structure of methyl α‐d‐mannofuranoside was determined by X‐ray crystallography. The C‐1–C‐2, C‐2–C‐3, C‐3–C‐4, C‐4–O and O‐4–C‐1 distances within the furanoside ring are 1.513(2), 1.523(2), 1.516(2), 1.445(2) and 1.422(2) Å, respectively. The hydrogen bonding consists of O–H–O interactions which include the anomeric oxygen but exclude the ring oxygen atom. The two hydroxyls OH‐6 and OH‐2 are H‐bond acceptors and donors with H···O distances of 1.92–1.93 Å, whereas the OH‐3 and OH‐5 are only H‐bond donor [H···O distance of 2.04(2) Å]. Additionally, OH‐6 participates in a weak hydrogen bond to the anomeric oxygen [H···O distance of 2.19(3) Å]. The crystalline methyl α‐d‐mannofuranoside adopts an 3 E ring conformation. The analysis of 13C CPMAS NMR chemical shifts for solid methyl α‐d‐mannofuranoside confirm such H‐bonding pattern. 相似文献

A novel scheme to multiply the repetition rate of a monolithic self‐mode‐locked laser for generating sub‐terahertz pulse sources is successfully demonstrated. A coated Yb:KGW crystal is designed to achieve a self‐mode‐locked operation at a repetition rate of 24 GHz with an average output power exceeding 1.0 W at a pump power of 4.8 W. A partially reflective mirror is utilized to combine with the output surface of the gain medium to constitute an external Fabry‐Perot cavity. It is theoretically and experimentally verified that adjusting the external cavity length to satisfy the commensurate condition can lead to the frequency spacing to be various order harmonics of the mode spacing of the monolithic cavity. The maximum pulse repetition rate of the laser output can be up to 216 GHz and the pulse duration is as short as 330 fs. More importantly, the overall characteristics of the first‐order temporal autocorrelation traces obtained by sequentially scanning the external cavity.length display an intriguing phenomenon of temporally fractional revivals, similar to the feature of spatial Talbot revivals.

Amorphous solid dispersion drug delivery systems (ASD DDS) were proved to be efficient for the enhancement of solubility and bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs. One of the major keys for successful preparation of ASD is the selection of appropriate excipients, mostly polymers, which have a crucial role in improving drug solubility and its physical stability. Even though, excipients should be chemically inert, there is some evidence that polymers can affect the thermal stability of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). The thermal stability of a drug is closely related to the shelf-life of pharmaceutical products and therefore it is a matter of high pharmaceutical relevance. An overview of thermal stability of amorphous solids is provided in this paper. Evaluation of thermal stability of amorphous solid dispersion is perceived from the physicochemical perspective, from a kinetic (motions) and thermodynamic (energy) point of view, focusing on activation energy and fragility, as well all other relevant parameters for ASD design, with a glance on computational kinetic analysis of solid-state decomposition. 相似文献
