1.5μm波导声光可调滤光器研究

对１．５μｍ波导型声光ＴＥ－ＴＭ模式转换光滤波器进行了研究。采用了可降低驱动功率的表面声波导结构。在１．５￣１．６μｍ波段实现了可调滤光，通带宽度小于２ｎｍ，达到９７￥以上转换率所需的射频驱动功率约８０ｍＷ（１９ｄＢｍ），器件总插入损耗约９ｄＢ。     

Design of CMOS VHF/RF Biquadratic Filters

In this paper, a class of CMOS biquadratic filter suitable to work at VHF/RF frequency range is presented. The proposed circuit has a simple structure which is analyzed and designed according to a universal G _m-C biquad filter. Simulation and experimental results show that these filters can work in GHz range and have wide tuning range.

通过对通用数字滤波器公式的细致分析，建立了一种最为精简实用的滤波器模块单元，给出了模拟结果，进而提出了编程滤波器阵列单元的概念，提供了在实用数字滤波的具体实现中比数字信号处理（ＤＳＰ）更直接，更高效的途径。     

Phonon dispersion in aluminium arsenide and antimonide

The phonon dispersion curves for aluminium arsenide and antimonide have been investigated by using a deformation bond approximation model. The results obtained from this model are compared with the experimental values wherever it is available. Since there is no complete experimental phonon dispersion curves for AlAs, we could not compare our calculated results, but the results of AlSb have been compared with the inelastic neutron scattering measurements at 15 K. However, we compare the phonon frequencies of AlAs and AlSb at critical points of the Brillouin zone obtained by our calculations and Raman spectroscopy measurements. This model predicts the phonon modes satisfactorily in all the symmetry directions of the Brillouin zone (BZ). The spectrum has similar features as observed in other III–V compound semiconductors.

Rotators,periodicity, and absence of diffusion in cyclic cellular automata

Cyclic cellular automata are two-dimensional cellular automata which generalize lattice versions of the Lorentz gas and certain biochemistry models of artificial life. We show that rotators and time reversibility play a special role in the creation of closed orbits in cyclic cellular automata. We also prove that almost every orbit is closed (periodic) and the absence of diffusion for the flipping rotator model (also known as the ant).

Nuclear Spin–Lattice Relaxation of Single Crystal Sr14Cu24O41

Nuclear spin–lattice relaxation rate T ₁ ⁻¹ has been measured for the ladder sites of two single crystals Sr₁₄Cu₂₄O₄₁ (Sr14-A,B) by ⁶³Cu NMR/NQR. The hole localization around 100 K appears as a peak in the T variation of T ₁ ⁻¹(NQR). On the other hand, it is suppressed in the T ₁ ⁻¹ (NMR) data under the magnetic field H ∼ 11 T, and a new peak appears around 20 K. T ₁ ⁻¹(NMR) around the peak is more enlarged for Sr14-B than for Sr14-A. Hence, holes on the ladders of Sr14-B tend to be more localized. This is considered to be an origin for the occurrence of the magnetic order in Sr14-B under H ∼ 11 T.     

有源电力滤波器新型神经网络控制方法

基于神经网络理论和瞬时无功功率理论，提出了一种新型有源电力滤波器控制方法，消除了电源电流在负载电流发生突变处产生的锯齿抖动。这种方法实时检测负载电流的二阶导数，判断负载电流是否发生突变。发生突变则采用基于神经网络理论的程序模块进行补偿电流控制。神经网络模块采用离线训练方法，应用误差反向传播(BP)算法，选择前向三层人工神经网络的模型得以实现。这种方法可以应用在单相、三相电力系统的滤波电路中。仿真结果证明了这种算法的有效性。
