We studied the sharp asymmetric Fano line shape in fiber ring resonator systems and provided an explicit expression for asymmetry parameters using the physical parameters of the system. The fiber ring system was controllable and reconfigurable, allowing us to produce a variety of Fano line shapes in different configurations. Experimentally observed asymmetric spectral structures were fully reproduced using the complex-number asymmetry parameters, validating the approximations used to reduce the analytical expression for the line shape to the phenomenological Fano formula. The Fe3O4(111)/graphene/Ni(111) trilayer is proposed to be used as an ideal spin‐filtering sandwich where the half‐metallic properties of magnetite are used. Thin magnetite layers on graphene/Ni(111) were prepared via successive oxidation of a thin iron layer predeposited on graphene/Ni(111) and the formed system was investigated by means of low‐energy electron diffraction and photoelectron spectroscopy. The electronic structure and structural quality of the graphene film sandwiched between two ferromagnetic layers remain unchanged upon magnetite formation as confirmed by experimental data.
The effects of Fe substitution for Co on the structural stability and the site preference of intermetallics Nd 2 Co 7-x Fe x with a hexagonal Ce 2 Ni 7-type structure are studied by using a series of interatomic pair potentials.In Nd 2 Co 7-x Fe x,Fe atoms are substituted for Co atoms with a strong preference for the 6h sites and the order of site preference is 6h,4e,4f,2a,and 12k.Calculated lattice parameters are found to be consistent with the reported results in the literature.The variation behaviour of the Curie temperature of Nd 2 Co 7-x Fe x is explained qualitatively by the exchange interaction model.The properties related to lattice vibration,such as phonon density of states and Debye temperature,are first evaluated for the Nd 2 Co 7-x Fe x compounds. 相似文献
We measured the neutron beam polarization of the BL05/NOP (Neutron Optics and Physics) beamline at J-PARC with an accuracy of less than 10−3 using polarized 3He gas as a neutron spin analyzer. Precise polarimetry of the neutron beam is necessary to understand the beamline optics as well as for the asymmetry measurements of the neutron beta decay, which are planned in this beamline. 相似文献
We have begun the development of an in-situ spin-exchange optical pumping (SEOP) system aiming to use it as a neutron spin filter for incident beam polarization at the Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC). To use it, it is recommended that the optics be adjusted easily, have high stability, and have a small size. In this paper we improved our previous SEOP system aiming to use it in J-PARC and performed a neutron beam test at the JRR-3 NOP beamline to see the performance of the neutron spin filter (NSF). The polarization of the 3He gas reached 73%. This paper gives the present status of the development of in-situ SEOP system in J-PARC. 相似文献
In the present work, the interaction between electrons and long-wavelength transverse optical (TO) vibrations in a polar insulator is considered. The crystal model employed for the theoretical analysis includes classical potentials and electronic polarizabilities. A significant enhancement of the strength of the electron-TO-phonon interaction in ferroelectrics has been found. A microscopic justification of this effect is given. A bridge that relates the interaction of electrons with the polar long-wavelength TO modes of lattice vibrations to the long-range dipole-dipole interaction is established. As an application of our analysis, a novel method for quantitative predictions of the electron-TO-phonon interaction constants in polar crystals via the data of experimental studies is suggested. 相似文献
