激光熔覆Ni基SiC合金涂层组织与性能的研究

利用5kWCO2连续波激光器在16Mn钢基材表面对含20%(体积比)SiC陶瓷粉末的镍基自熔性合金粉末进行激光熔覆得到Ni基SiC合金涂层(NiSiC)。研究了合金涂层的组织形貌及相结构,并用单纯的镍基合金涂层(Ni60)进行了显微硬度及滑动磨损性能的对比试验。结果表明,NiSiC合金涂层由γ枝晶及其间的共晶组织组成,主要组成相为γ-Ni,γ-(Ni,Fe)固溶体和(Cr,Fe)7C3,Cr23C6及(Cr,Si)3Ni3Si等化合物。添加SiC的镍基合金涂层NiSiC比单纯的镍基合金涂层Ni60具有较高的硬度和耐磨性。     

定向棱镜腔平顶高斯激光束特性的研究

在XeCl准分子激光器中,采用定向棱镜作为端反射镜与平面输出镜构成激光器谐振腔,获得了近场能量分布均匀、远场能量分布高度集中的相干平顶高斯激光束输出,并具有腔镜高抗失调能力,改善了激光束质量。     

两种波长激光血管内照射生物效应比较

目的：研究同等照射条件的低强度532nm与633nm激光血管内照射生物效应的特点。方法：用532nm和633nm激光对健康大耳白家兔血管内照射，平均照射功率均设定在5mW左右，照射总能量约12J。两组家兔均于照前及照后1d、4d、7d、11d采集外周血，检测血浆ET、NO、MDA含量和SOD活性。结果：两组家兔上述各指标随照后时间的变化规律相似，经方差分析组间各指标都没有显著性差异。结论：同等照射条件下，低强度532nm与633nm激光照射血液的生物效应相似。     

氦氖激光对人胚腱细胞生长分泌的影响

目的 阐明氦氖激光促进人胚腱细胞增殖及分泌胶原的机制。方法 将传代培养的人胚腱细胞分为对照组、照射1日组、照射3日组及照射5日组。在氦氖激光照射的不同时相点，分别测定细胞DNA含量，cAMP水平及胶原分泌量。结果 在氦氖激光作用早期（1－3日），细胞cAMP水平与DNA合成均呈明显升高（P＜0.05)，细胞内信使物质合成及细胞增殖加快，但胶原分泌无变化，而在氦氖激光作用晚期（3－5日），当cAMP水平及DNA合成都不再改变时，腱细胞分泌胶原量显著增加（P＜0.01)。结论 氦氖激光可能通过作用于cAMP蛋白激酶A信号转导系统，从而调控人胚腱细胞增殖及胶原分泌。提示临床应用氛氖激光促进肌腱愈合宜从早期开始，并且需要照射足够长的时间。

Effect of the Parameters of Three-Mirror Resonators on the Spectral Characteristics of Single-Pulse Laser Generation with Self-Injection of Priming Radiation

Based on a semiclassical theory, investigations were made of the dynamics and spectral composition of pulsed generation with self-injection of priming radiation from the active part of a three-mirror linear resonator, the passive part of which contains an active loss modulator and serves as the output reflector of the laser. It is shown that there exists a range of resonator parameters at which pulsed lasing has virtually a single frequency irrespective of the detuning of the frequencies of the priming radiation and of the nearest eigenmode of the composite resonator. Considering graphically the phase conditions of generation, it is established that among pulsed lasers with self-injection of priming radiation which are constructed on the basis of three-mirror linear and branched resonators, the most efficient for creating single-frequency generation are those in which the length of the main resonator, where generation of the pulse occurs, is larger than the length of the additional one intended for forming the priming radiation. With an inverse ratio of the lengths of the resonators, the conditions of single-frequency pulsed generation becomes dependent on the priming radiation frequency.     

SBIRS-HIGH对导弹上升段位置测量精度及中末段位置预报精度的分析

根据目前的技术水平分析了高空天基红外系统(SBIRS-HIGH)的技术参数;理论上计算了SBIRS-HIGH对导弹上升段的位置测量精度以及中末段任意时刻飞行位置的预报精度;研究了SBIRS-HIGH对中段和末端导弹拦截系统的导引能力。     

Novel model of FM-noise conversion in a UMZI using RF external phase modulation of lasers: Theoretical and experimental results

In this paper, we propose and demonstrate a new and original model for theoretical calculation and experimental measurement of the noise power spectral density (NPSD) in phase-modulated optical links. The phase modulation is operated in the RF frequency range by an external phase modulator. The NPSD is derived for the first time in interferometric systems, by considering all effects such as the 1/f FM noise of the laser and white noise applied to light from a 1550 nm DFB laser, with phase modulation. The results show for the first time the influence of the phase modulation index, modulation frequency and interferometric delay in the phase-to-intensity noise conversion. The experimental and simulation results of conversion of FM-noise to intensity noise in an optical link by considering the external RF phase modulation are shown with good agreement.     

在BEPC上建造γ束线站的分析

考虑电子的反冲并利用康普顿散射,研究了激光同步辐射光源(LSS)辐射的光子波长、光子能量。结果表明,对于不同的γ,LSS辐射的光子波长和能量有不同的近似公式。当γ<<λ1/4λe时,LSS辐射的光子波长λ2≈λ1/4γ2,能量(εc2≈4γ2εc1;当γ>>λ1/4λe时,LSS辐射的光子波长λ2≈λe/γ,能量cε2≈m0γc2;结果表明,LSS辐射的条件是种子激光的波长λ1大于电子的物质波波长λm;LSS辐射的极值波长是λ2m ax=h/m0γv,极值能量是cε2m ax=βeε;本文后半部分提出了利用北京正负电子对撞机的强流高亮度电子束与激光的康普顿背散射产生单色γ射线的建议。     

Diode-pumped 671 nm laser frequency doubled by CPM LBO

A design of diode-pumped high-efficiency Nd:YVO₄/LBO red laser is reported. Using critical phase-matching (CPM) LBO, 671 nm red laser was obtained from 1342 nm light by intracavity frequency doubling. With an incident pump laser of 800 mW, using type-I and type-II CPM LBO, 97 and 52 mWTEM₀₀ mode red laser outputs were obtained, with optical-to-optical conversion efficiencies of up to 12.1% and 6.5%, respectively.
