一种基于二进制搜索每级输出2位的6-bit 230-MS/s单通道异步逐次逼近模数转换器

This paper proposes a single channel, 6-bit 230-MS/s asynchronous successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter （ADC） in an SMIC 65 nm CMOS technology. Through adopting the modified 2 bits/stage asynchronous control logic, the presented ADC actualizes a peak 40.90-dB spurious-free dynamic range and 29.05-dB signal-to-noise and distortion ratio at 230-MS/s sampling rate. Utilizing the dynamic comparator without the preamplifier, this work attains low-power design with only 0.93 mW power consumption and accomplishes a figure of merit of 174.67 fJ/step at 1 V supply voltage.     

微型嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈开发

嵌入式设备网络化开发具有广阔的应用前景,是网络化发展的一个重要方向,而具有TCP/IP协议栈是嵌入式设备网络化的必要条件。针对大量存在的8/16位机,本文开发了一种微型TCP/IP协议栈。并对ARP协议、IP协议、UDP协议,ICMP协议以及TCP协议的开发进行讨论。通过在Silicon Labs公司的C8051F340微控制器和CP2200以太网卡的平台上构建Web服务器进行测试,证明嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈运行良好。     

L^P BOUNDS FOR SINGULAR INTEGRALS ASSOCIATED TO SURFACES OF REVOLUTION ON PRODUCT DOMAINS

In this paper, the authors establish Lp boundedness for several classes of multiple singular integrals along surfaces of revolution with kernels satisfying rather weak size condition. The results of the corresponding maximal truncated singular integrals are also obtained. The main results essentially improve and extend some known results.     

探讨大学物理实验教学中物理常量的使用和测量结果的表示

指出并探讨当前大学物理实验教学尚存部分内容陈旧落后、与科学技术发展脱节以及是否采用国际、国家通用标准等问题.通过介绍基本物理常量的研究进展,建议在教学中采用国际科学技术数据委员会2006年推荐的基本物理常量;根据国内外学术惯例及国家标准,提出测量结果不确定度的表示方法;为避免有效数字缺乏统一的定义或引起误解,建议在实验教学中用修约间隔规定后的修约值来代替有效位数的概念,同时要引入修约间隔的概念;最后,给出了微小标准差的可忽略准则.     

测试高分辨率ADC有效位数的HHT方法

 提出一种新颖的正弦拟合法,它基于希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)以及遍历法,从A/D转换器(ADC)输出数据中求出拟合正弦曲线的各个波形参数.和传统3参数和4参数正弦拟合法不同,它省去了严格选取参数初值的步骤,避免了求解非线性方程组.利用该方法,在信号源分辨率仅有7位以及含有谐波失真和噪声失真的情况下,实现了对14位ADC有效位数(ENOBs)的精确评价.     

量子密码协议的错误序列模型分析

量子密码协议具有无条件安全特性,其安全性通过窃听检测来保证.为了提高信息序列错误率的估计值精确度,提出了一种错误序列模型分析方法,通过构造法得到错误序列的二阶统计特性,从而通过经典方法对信息序列中错误序列进行预测,最后得到信息序列的错误率.在单次运行协议情况下,提高了窃听检测的精度,适用于其他量子密码协议. 关键词： 量子密码 最佳预测 窃听检测 序列重构     

Dynamical Suppression of Nonlocal Decoherence in Two-State Quantum Systems

Nonlocal decoherence of two qubits due to Pure phase damping has been investigated. We have proposed a scheme to keep the entanglement of two qubits from nonlocal decoherence. By applying a series of ±π pulses, nonlocal decoherence can be thoroughly suppressed.     

The absolute retention index in chromatography. Part 1

A definition for an absolute retention index is given. This index is independent of whether the process is isothermal or temperature programmed. The relation between this index and Kovats's index is discussed. General equations are derived for the retention times of homologous series, from which the position of the air peak or missing members can be determined. Methods used in the literature for air peak determination are improved and extended to other cases of interest. The retention index in temperature programmed chromatography is reexamined in the light of recent publications on temperature programming.

基才一种QPSO算法的阵列天线方向图综合

方向图综合技术是智能天线中的一项关键技术。由于采用普通粒子群算法存在着易于早熟和局部寻优能力不足等缺点．为此本文提出一种基于量子位概率幅编码QPSO算法的阵列天线方向图综合技术,即在方向图综合中,QPSO算法采用量子位对粒子当前位置进行编码,用量子旋转门实现对粒子最优位置的搜索,用量子非门实现粒子位置的变异以避免早熟。实际应用表明基于量子位概率福编码QPSO的方向图综合技术是切实可行的,在多零点和低旁瓣约束情况下均可以取得良好的优化效果,具有很好的推广能力。
