基于霍尼韦尔WEBs的智能照明监控实训系统设计与实现

从建筑智能化专业楼宇自控系统工程技术课程的实训教学实际需要出发,以模拟实际智能建筑现场为背景,开发了智能照明监控实训系统。该系统使用霍尼韦尔WEBs为系统软件平台,应用霍尼韦尔Spyder DDC控制器PUB6438S作为系统的控制核心,利用人体红外感应、定时时间和光照度感应等方法进行实时控制。学生利用该实训教学系统可以更加深刻理解楼控系统软硬件开发的整个生命周期,对楼控项目设计和编程调试等应用技术进行系统学习和实训,从而提升职业院校学生的工程实践能力。     

Preparation and characterisation of thermoresponsive poly[(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylamide-co-(hydroxyethyl acrylate)] microspheres as a matrix for the pulsed release of drugs

Despite the large number of publications and patents concerning pH/thermoresponsive polymers, few data are available concerning the preparation of thermoresponsive cross-linked microspheres from preformed polymers. Therefore, N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylamide-co-(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate) copolymers were obtained as a new thermoresponsive material with a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) around 36 degrees C, in phosphate buffer at pH 7.4, and with a cross-linkable OH group in their structure. The LCST value was determined both by UV spectroscopy and microcalorimetric analysis. These copolymers were solubilised in acidified aqueous solution below their LCST, dispersed in mineral oil, and transformed into stable microspheres by cross-linking with glutaraldehyde. The thermoresponsive microspheres were characterised by optical and scanning electron microscopy, degree of swelling, and water retention. The pore dimensions of the microspheres and the retention volumes of some drugs and typical compounds were evaluated at different temperatures by liquid chromatography. Indomethacin, as a model drug, was included in the microspheres by the solvent evaporation method. Finally, the influence of temperature and of temperature cycling on drug release was investigated.     

基于智能网的变声彩话业务的设计与实现

彩话业务(CTS)是继彩铃业务之后电信运营商推出的又一语音增值业务,包括普通彩话业务(oCTS)和变声彩话业务(dCTS)两种.本文首先简要介绍了dCTS的概念及业务属性,然后从系统架构和业务流程两个方面介绍了基于智能网的dCTS的设计和实现方案,最后对本业务的商用前景及局限性进行了讨论.     

Infrared-Visible Image Fusion Based on Semantic Guidance and Visual Perception

Infrared-visible fusion has great potential in night-vision enhancement for intelligent vehicles. The fusion performance depends on fusion rules that balance target saliency and visual perception. However, most existing methods do not have explicit and effective rules, which leads to the poor contrast and saliency of the target. In this paper, we propose the SGVPGAN, an adversarial framework for high-quality infrared-visible image fusion, which consists of an infrared-visible image fusion network based on Adversarial Semantic Guidance (ASG) and Adversarial Visual Perception (AVP) modules. Specifically, the ASG module transfers the semantics of the target and background to the fusion process for target highlighting. The AVP module analyzes the visual features from the global structure and local details of the visible and fusion images and then guides the fusion network to adaptively generate a weight map of signal completion so that the resulting fusion images possess a natural and visible appearance. We construct a joint distribution function between the fusion images and the corresponding semantics and use the discriminator to improve the fusion performance in terms of natural appearance and target saliency. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed ASG and AVP modules can effectively guide the image-fusion process by selectively preserving the details in visible images and the salient information of targets in infrared images. The SGVPGAN exhibits significant improvements over other fusion methods.

Intelligent Fault Diagnosis of Industrial Robot Based on Multiclass Mahalanobis-Taguchi System for Imbalanced Data

One of the biggest challenges for the fault diagnosis research of industrial robots is that the normal data is far more than the fault data; that is, the data is imbalanced. The traditional diagnosis approaches of industrial robots are more biased toward the majority categories, which makes the diagnosis accuracy of the minority categories decrease. To solve the imbalanced problem, the traditional algorithm is improved by using cost-sensitive learning, single-class learning and other approaches. However, these algorithms also have a series of problems. For instance, it is difficult to estimate the true misclassification cost, overfitting, and long computation time. Therefore, a fault diagnosis approach for industrial robots, based on the Multiclass Mahalanobis-Taguchi system (MMTS), is proposed in this article. It can be classified the categories by measuring the deviation degree from the sample to the reference space, which is more suitable for classifying imbalanced data. The accuracy, G-mean and F-measure are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach on an industrial robot platform. The experimental results show that the proposed approach’s accuracy, F-measure and G-mean improves by an average of 20.74%, 12.85% and 21.68%, compared with the other five traditional approaches when the imbalance ratio is 9. With the increase in the imbalance ratio, the proposed approach has better stability than the traditional algorithms.     

Facile Fabrication of 1-Methylimidazole/Cu Nanozyme with Enhanced Laccase Activity for Fast Degradation and Sensitive Detection of Phenol Compounds

Facile construction of functional nanomaterials with laccase-like activity is important in sustainable chemistry since laccase is featured as an efficient and promising catalyst especially for phenolic degradation but still has the challenges of high cost, low activity, poor stability and unsatisfied recyclability. In this paper, we report a simple method to synthesize nanozymes with enhanced laccase-like activity by the self-assembly of copper ions with various imidazole derivatives. In the case of 1-methylimidazole as the ligand, the as-synthesized nanozyme (denoted as Cu-MIM) has the highest yield and best activity among the nanozymes prepared. Compared to laccase, the K_m of Cu-MIM nanozyme to phenol is much lower, and the v_max is 6.8 times higher. In addition, Cu-MIM maintains excellent stability in a variety of harsh environments, such as high pH, high temperature, high salt concentration, organic solvents and long-term storage. Based on the Cu-MIM nanozyme, we established a method for quantitatively detecting phenol concentration through a smartphone, which is believed to have important applications in environmental protection, pollutant detection and other fields.
