Metal halide perovskite single crystals are promising for diverse optoelectronic applications due to their outstanding properties. In comparison to the bulk, the crystal surface suffers from high defect density and is moisture sensitive; however, surface modification strategies of perovskite single crystals are relatively deficient. Herein, solar cells based on methylammonium lead triiodide (MAPbI3) thin single crystals are selected as a prototype to improve single-crystal perovskite devices by surface modification. The surface trap passivation and protection against moisture of MAPbI3 thin single crystals are achieved by one bifunctional molecule 3-mercaptopropyl(dimethoxy)methylsilane (MDMS). The sulfur atom of MDMS can coordinate with bare Pb2+ of MAPbI3 single crystals to reduce surface defect density and nonradiative recombination. As a result, the modified devices show a remarkable efficiency of 22.2%, which is the highest value for single-crystal MAPbI3 solar cells. Moreover, MDMS modification mitigates surface ion migration, leading to enhanced reverse-bias stability. Finally, the cross-link of silane molecules forms a protective layer on the crystal surface, which results in enhanced moisture stability of both materials and devices. Stretchable ultra-narrow (e.g., 10 µm in width) microelectrodes are crucial for the electrophysiological monitoring of single cells providing the fundamental understanding to the working mechanism of neuro network or other electrically functional cells. Current fabrication strategies either focus on the preparation of normal stretchable electrodes with hundreds of micrometers or millimeters in width by using inorganic conductive materials or develop conductive organic polymer gel for ultra-narrow electrodes which suffer from low stretchability and instability for long-term implantation, therefore, it is still highly desirable to explore bio-interfacial ultra-narrow stretchable inorganic electrodes. Herein, a hybrid strategy is reported to prepare ultra-narrow multi-channel stretchable microelectrodes without using photolithography or laser-assisting etching. A 10 µm × 10 µm monitoring window is fabricated with enhanced interfacial impedance by the special rough surface. The stretchability achieves to 120% for this 10 µm-width stretchable electrode. Supported by these superior properties, it is demonstrated that the stretchable microelectrodes can detect electrophysiological signals of single cells in vitro and collect electrophysiological signals more precisely in vivo. The reported strategy will open up the accessible preparation of the fine-size stretchable microelectrode. In this study, a series of donor–acceptor–donor (D-A-D) type small molecules based on the fluorene and diphenylethenyl enamine units, which are distinguished by different acceptors, as holetransporting materials (HTMs) for perovskite solar cells is presented. The incorporation of the malononitrile acceptor units is found to be beneficial for not only carrier transportation but also defects passivation via Pb–N interactions. The highest power conversion efficiency of over 22% is achieved on cells based on V1359, which is higher than that of spiro-OMeTAD under identical conditions. This st shows that HTMs prepared via simplified synthetic routes are not only a low-cost alternative to spiro-OMeTAD but also outperform in efficiency and stability state-of-art materials obtained via expensive cross-coupling methods. 相似文献

Herein, a trimetallic Ni–Co–Zn perovskite fluoride (ABF3) (denoted as KNCZF) electrode material is explored for advanced aqueous supercabatteries (ASCBs), with KNCZF and activated carbon–FeBiCu@reduced graphene oxides (AC–FeBiCu@rGO) as cathode and anode, respectively, which outperform aqueous supercapacitors (ASCs) and batteries (ABs) with AC and FeBiCu@rGO anodes because of the synergistic effect of pseudocapacitive (KNCZF), capacitive (AC), and faradaic (FeBiCu@rGO) responses. One of the important findings is that the KNCZF shows a typical bulk phase conversion mechanism for charge storage in the alkaline media with the transition of ABF3 perovskite nanocrystals into amorphous metal oxides/(oxy)hydroxides nanosheets, showing the redox-active and redox-inert roles for the Ni/Co and Zn species, respectively, which can be deduced by various ex-situ techniques. Another interesting finding is that the redox-inert Zn species largely enhance the activity of Ni/Co redox-active species in the ABF3 materials, mainly owing to the promotion of surface electroactive sites, adsorption of OH?, and charge transfer of surface Ni/Co atoms by Zn-doping, which can be proved by ex-situ characterizations and theoretical calculations. Overall, this study reveals the structure–activity relationship and charge storage mechanisms of Zn-doping ABF3 materials for advanced ASCBs, showing a great impact on developing advanced electrochemical energy storage. 相似文献

Various types of UV-curable organically modified siloxanes have been synthesized by the sol-gel method with the aim of fabricating chemically sensitive coatings for silica optical fibers. The refractive index of the coating material can be tailored in the range from 1.46 to 1.56 and sensitivity towards CO2 is achieved by incorporation of amino groups. The interaction of the cured layers with CO2 or with hydrocarbons has been studied in immersion experiments. Both the reaction of CO2 with incorporated amino groups and the penetration of hydrocarbons into the layer induce changes of the light absorption coefficient and the refractive index of the coating which are detected by measuring the output light intensity from the fiber. 相似文献

以Ce ZrO2为基体,通过复合不同加入量的第二相CePO4颗粒,研究了陶瓷材料力学性能的变化,并借助加载能谱仪(EDS)的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料弯曲断口及压痕裂纹扩展方式进行分析。当CePO4加入量为25%时,虽然材料力学性能有一定下降,但已经能用WC刀具进行加工。材料的弯曲断口显示,CePO4在两相体系中的断裂呈层片状形式;加入CePO4后,由于两相之间弱结合界面的存在,压痕裂纹扩展形式发生明显变化,由连续扩展机制过渡为不连续扩展。由这两种机制形成的材料断裂过程是阶段性的,在实际中可以用作材料最终破坏前的预报。 相似文献

Inorganic-organic hybrids have been synthesized by incorporation of the inorganic component of Ti(OC2H5)4 into the organic polymer of ethyl cellulose. The inorganic-organic hybrids did not dissolve in toluene used as a solvent for the starting materials. The ethanol was formed as a by-product of the alcoholysis condensation reaction between Ti(OC2H5)4 and ethyl cellulose. These results suggest that ethoxy groups of Ti(OC2H5)4 react with hydroxy groups of ethyl cellulose to form cross-linking bonds of –O–Ti–O–. The reaction of Ti(OC2H5)4 with ethyl cellulose was further investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. The FT-IR spectroscopic experiments revealed that the Ti–O bond state of Ti(OC2H5)4 was changed by refluxing a toluene solution of Ti(OC2H5)4 with ethyl cellulose. The inorganic-organic hybrids have an interesting dielectric property; their dielectric constant is higher than that of ethyl cellulose and that of a simple mixture of TiO2 and ethyl cellulose. 相似文献
