本文简要概述极值图论与度序列的最新研究进展，同时提出了一些有待进一步解决的问题和猜想．     

基于边缘吸引力场正则化的短程线主动轮廓模型

短程线主动轮廓模型是近几年提出的一种有效的多目标轮廓提取算法 .本文在详细分析其动力学过程的基础上 ,针对该模型中存在的局限性和不足 ,提出对边缘吸引力场进行正则化的方法 ,并采用多尺度模型 ,有效的改善了该模型不能对存在断裂轮廓的目标进行正确提取和凹边缘搜索能力弱的缺点 ,增强了抗噪声和虚假边缘干扰的能力 ,使该算法具有更好的鲁棒性和实用性 .     

红外加热节能技术的现状与发展前景

本文综述了国内外节能的现状与发展趋势,论述了远红外电加热领域的发展前景,强调了加强基础理论研究的重要性,介绍了我国红外加热应用的领域和国外新开发的红外产品。     

Corrected mirror systems with double reflection

We propose objectives consisting of two mirrors with central holes for passage of a light beam. The optical layout ensures multiple reflection of rays from both mirrors. We consider several approaches to calculating the design parameters for which three and four aberrations do not occur. La掺杂浓度对PLZT薄膜红外光学性质的影响

采用溶胶-凝胶法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备了不同La掺杂浓度PLZT(x/40/60)薄膜- x射线衍射分析表明制备的PLZT(x/40/60)薄膜是具有单一钙钛矿结构的多晶薄膜- 通过红外椭圆偏振光谱仪测量了波长为2-5—12-6μm范围内PLZT薄膜的椭偏光谱，采用经典色 散模型拟合获得PLZT薄膜的红外光学常数，同时也拟合获得PLZT薄膜的厚度- 随着La掺杂浓 度的增大，折射率逐渐减小- 而消光系数除PLZT(4/40/60)薄膜外，呈现逐渐增大的趋势- 分析表明这些差异主要与PLZ 关键词： PLZT薄膜 红外光学性质 红外椭圆偏振光谱     

High resolution staring arrays answering compact MW and LW applications

This paper overviews the electro-optical and thermal performances of different types of infrared detectors manufactured by Sofradir. The detector’s fabrication processes and detector’s performance are shortly described. New staring arrays are more compact and offer system solutions required by infrared market. Special attention is directed to some reliability advantages of new dewar design. Finally, the development trends for highest resolution infrared detector are discussed. A short proof of a theorem on degree sets of graphs

For a finite simple graph G, we denote the set of degrees of its vertices, known as its degree set, by D(G). Kapoor, Polimeni and Wall [Degree sets for graphs, Fund. Math. 95 (1977) 189-194] have determined the least number of vertices among graphs with a given degree set. We give a very short proof of this result.     

Electronic structure and vibrational spectra of cis-diammine(orotato)platinum(II), a potential cisplatin analogue: DFT and experimental study

Orotic acid (vitamin B₁₃) is a key intermediate in biosynthesis of the pyrimidine nucleotides in living organisms, moreover, it may serve as the biological carrier for some metal ions. cis-Diammine(orotato)platinum(II), cis-[Pt(C₅H₂N₂O₄)(NH₃)₂] can be considered as a new potential cisplatin analogue. The FT-Raman and FT-IR spectra of the title complex are reported, for the first time. The molecular structure, vibrational frequencies, and the theoretical infrared and Raman intensities have been calculated by the density functional mPW1PW91 method. The detailed vibrational assignment has been made on the basis of the calculated potential energy distribution. The theoretically predicted IR and Raman spectra show very good agreement with experiment. Natural bond orbital (NBO) analyses were performed for cisplatin, carboplatin and the title complex. The results provided new data on the nature of platinum–ligand bonding in these compounds. Strong intramolecular hydrogen bond between the orotate ligand and the coordinated ammonia group stabilizes the structure of the platinum(II) complex. Thus, it is suggested that the orotate ligand in the title complex is more inert to the substitution reactions than the chloride ligands in cisplatin.     

On the Weak Invariance Principle for Stationary Sequences under Projective Criteria

In this paper, we study the central limit theorem and its weak invariance principle for sums of a stationary sequence of random variables, via a martingale decomposition. Our conditions involve the conditional expectation of sums of random variables with respect to the distant past. The results contribute to the clarification of the central limit question for stationary sequences. 一种基于灰度变换的红外图像增强算法

针对红外图像，采用双门限分割法进行图像分割，然后采用分段灰度变换法进行图像增强。根据具体图像，通过人机交互的方式确定2个阈值，将图像分割为目标区、过渡区和背景区3部分；按照每一部分的特点，设计不同的灰度变换，对图像进行分段线性增强，得到感兴趣目标区的最佳视觉效果。通过对16位红外图像进行实验，得到了满意的结果。实验表明,该算法灵活便捷，在增加对比度和去除噪声的同时，还抑制了背景，达到了预期的效果。
