Uniformly distributed point sets on the unit sphere with and without symmetry constraints have been found useful in many scientific and engineering applications. Here, a novel variant of the Thomson problem is proposed and formulated as an unconstrained optimization problem. While the goal of the Thomson problem is to find the minimum energy configuration of N electrons constrained on the surface of the unit sphere, this novel variant imposes a new symmetry constraint – mirror reflection symmetry with the xy plane as the plane of symmetry. Qualitative features of the two-dimensional projection of the optimal configurations are briefly mentioned and compared to the ground-state configurations of the two dimensional system of charged particles laterally confined by a parabolic potential well.  相似文献

A multi‐analyte screening method for the quantification of 50 acidic/neutral drugs in human plasma based on on‐line solid‐phase extraction (SPE)–HPLC with photodiode array detection (DAD) was developed, validated and applied for clinical investigation. Acetone and methanol for protein precipitation, three different SPE materials (two electro‐neutral, one strong anion‐exchange, one weak cation‐exchange) for on‐line extraction, five HPLC‐columns [one C18 (GeminiNX), two phenyl‐hexyl (Gemini C6‐Phenyl, Kinetex Phenyl‐Hexyl) and two pentafluorophenyl (LunaPFP(2), KinetexPFP)] for analytical separation were tested. For sample pre‐treatment, acetone in the ratio 1:2 (plasma:acetone) showed a better baseline and fewer matrix peaks in the chromatogram than methanol. Only the strong anion‐exchanger SPE cartridge (StrataX‐A, pH 6) allowed the extraction of salicylic acid. Analytical separation was carried out on a Gemini C6‐Phenyl column (150 × 4.6 mm, 3 µm) using gradient elution with acetonitrile–water 90:10 (v/v) and phosphate buffer (pH 2.3). Linear calibration curves with correlation coefficients r ≥ 0.9950/0.9910 were obtained for 46/four analytes. Additionally, this method allows the quantification of 23 analytes for therapeutic drug monitoring. Limits of quantitation ranged from 0.1 (amobarbital) to 23 mg/L (salicylic acid). Inter‐/intra‐day precisions of quality control samples (low/high) were better than 13% and accuracy (bias) ranged from ?14 to 10%. A computer‐assisted database was created for automated detection of 223 analytes of toxicological interests. Four cases of multi‐drug intoxications are presented. Abstract

Two imino(bismethylene)phosphat-ions can be synthesized via reaction of phenylamino- and α-naphthylaminobismethylenephosphorane with n-butyllithium in tetrahydrofuran. Anions containing [sgrave]3λ6-bounded phosphorus are stabilized in the crystal with THF-solvated lithium-kations.

Zwei Imino(bismethylen)phosphat-ionen werden durch Umsetzung des Phenylamino- und des α-Naphthylaminobismethylenphosphorans mit n-Butyllithium in Tetrahydrofuran erhalten. For organic photodetectors (OPDs), in order to realize high incident-photon-to-current conversion efficiency (IPCE) and high on/off ratio, the characteristics of hole-only devices and polymer photodetectors with indium–tin-oxide (ITO) modified by phosphonic acid-based self-assembled monolayer treatment in a short time are investigated. 1H,1H,2H,2H-Perfluorooctanephosphonic acid (FOPA) treatment results not only in lowering of the injection barrier at the ITO/organic layer interface but also in the lowering of the contact resistance between ITO and the organic layer. An OPD based on a blend of a donor, poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-bithiophene) (F8T2), and an acceptor, fullerene derivative [6-6]phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) with FOPA treatment exhibits blue-light sensitivity and IPCE of approximately 75% at −4 V. For the F8T2:PCBM device with FOPA, the IPCE is improved, and the dark current hardly increases. F8T2:PCBM device with FOPA treatment exhibits high on/off ratio, wide detector dynamic range and cut-off frequency of more than 10 MHz under reverse voltage.  相似文献

The synthesis of alkyne functionalized bipyridine ruthenium complexes are reported. The improved synthetic approach through application of stable protecting groups prevents formation of possible side products while facilitating purification. By applying copper-catalysed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAC) pyrene units with flexible alkyl linkers are introduced at the periphery of the complex, opening up various applications including surface immobilization and DNA intercalation. All complexes are characterized structurally as well as photophysically, especially regarding the influence of the introduced alkyne and triazolyl substituents on their photophysical behavior.  相似文献

The article describes synthesis and thermally triggered self‐assembly of a Poly (ethylene oxide)‐block‐poly (N‐insopropylacrylamide) (PEO‐b‐PNIPAm) in aqueous medium. At rt, the polymer remains as unimer, however, at lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of PNIPAm (32 °C), it forms a rather large undefined aggregate which at slightly elevated temperature (~40 °C) converges to well defined polymersome structure (Critical aggregation concentration = 0.45 mg/mL) with hydrodynamic diameter of 40–50 nm. By lowering the temperature, initial swelling of the compact vesicle followed by reversible disassembly to unimer was noticed. The polymersome exhibits encapsulation ability to a hydrophilic dye Calcein which can be spontaneously released by lowering the temperature below cloud point. Likewise a hydrophobic dye namely 8‐Anilino‐1‐naphthalenesulfonic acid (ANS) can also be encapsulated and released by thermal trigger. Detail photoluminescence studies reveal ANS dye can be used as a generalized probe molecule for detecting LCST of a thermoresponsive polymer by “fluorescence on” above LCST even by cursory observation. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为解决无线基站宽带工作频带内电压驻波比(Voltage Standing Wave Ratio,VSWR)的实时测量,提出了一种采用信道估计法的测量方案。该方案实现简单,在基带处理单元高速率位置发送数据,依次抓取射频通道反馈和反射数据,分别求取信道响应序列,结合工厂装备测试数据,计算驻波反射系数和反射点位置。发送信号采用宽带正交频分复用信号,能检测到工作频段内任何频点处的驻波异常。有用信号前加循环前缀,并引入峰值抵消核,能正确检测到多个反射点驻波。仿真结果表明,该方案驻波测量精度和单回波点位置精度达到预期,多回波点测量能抓准外部主要故障点,在基站VSWR实时测量中具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

In this article, we will discuss the local ultraconvergence of high‐degree finite element method based on a rectangular partition for the second‐degree elliptic problem with constant coefficients in Ω ? ?2 , u( y ) = 0 on ?Ω . Based on suitable regularity, ultraconvergence of the displacement of the extrapolated kth (k ≥ 3) degree finite element solution has been obtained by an extrapolation technique. Finally, numerical experiments are applied to demonstrate our theoretical findings.  相似文献
