According to the analysis of X-ray diffraction and the investigation under electron microscope (SEM, TEM) of clay minerals, the transformation of clay minerals in Triassic mudstone during burial metamorphism has been studied in detail. Berthierine, the mixed layer of illite and chlorite, and the changeable texture from berthierine to chlorite have been first discovered in the paper; and then it is considered that the transformation of clay minerals during burial metamorphism is shown in the following reaction: Smectite+ Kaolinite + K~+ = lllite + Chlorite + Quartz. The metamorphic temperature of the above reaction is about 160—220℃, according to the calculation of oxygen isotope geothermometry of illite and quartz. The study of crystallinity and polytype of illite and chlorite shows that the different indexes have varied in regular way, and have certain functional relationship between them.  相似文献

本文用透射电子显微镜方法研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与其它聚烯烃[包括线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、等规聚丙烯(iPP)、聚丁烯-1(PB-1)等]共混物高取向薄膜的结晶结构,其中聚烯烃组分含量为10%。在共混物熔体拉伸薄膜中,HDPE以高取向的片晶形式存在,片晶的生长方向垂直于拉伸方向。共混物中LLDPE、LDPE与HDPE形成共晶。与HDPE不相容的iPP、PB-1在共混体系中未观察到明显的相区存在。聚烯烃组分的加入,不仅影响HDPE的片晶尺寸,同时影响结构的对称性,即由纯HDPE的非对称“近单晶”结构变为对称的纤维结构。  相似文献

The adsorption of chlorobenzene on Si(111)7 × 7 at room temperature was studied by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). Selective chemisorption was observed at different adatom sites. It was found that the center adatoms were more reactive than the corner adatoms, and the faulted half of the unit cell was more reactive than the unfaulted. The mechanism is discussed in terms of the electronic and atomic structures in Si(111)7 × 7. Both preferences indicate that chlorobenzene was present initially in a mobile precursor state.  相似文献

The AFM-tip-induced crystallization of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) melt droplets was studied. The melt droplets with a height of 50–100 nm and a lateral size of 2–3 μm were obtained by melting the PEO ultra-thin films on a mica surface. For the PEO samples with average molecular weights (M n) ranging from 1.0 × 103 g/mol to 1.0 × 104 g/mol, the lateral perturbation from the AFM tip in the hard-tapping or nanoscratch modes could not induce the growth of the flat-on lamellae. In contrast, under AFM nanoindentation mode, the tip-induced crystallization occurred when a sufficiently high vertical tip force was applied to the melt droplets of PEO with M n ⩾ 1.0 × 104 g/mol. Moreover, the experimental results indicated that the AFM-tip-induced crystallization of PEO in the nanoindentation process had molecular weight dependence. Non-contact atomic force microscopy has been used to investigate the surface pore structure of Cyclopore and Anopore microfiltration membranes in air. Three Cyclopore membranes and three Anopore membranes of different pore sizes were studied. Excellent high resolution images were obtained. Analysis of the images gave quantitative information on the surface pore structure, in particular the pore size distribution. Non-contact AFM is an excellent means of obtaining such information for microfiltration membranes.  相似文献

Using Hefei Synchrotron radiation as X-ray source and photoresist PMMA as recording medium, soft X-ray contact microscopic imaging experiment on hydrated leaf epidermal cells of a kind of dicotyledon is performed and its latent image is read out by a light microscope. Molecular excitation by the simultaneous absorption of two photons provides intrinsic three-dimensional resolution in laser scanning fluorescence microscopy. Thus induced two-photon absorption and the accompanied multi-photon absorption/ionization not only cause photo-bleaching but also cell damage in the vicinity of the focal point. In this paper, we study the wavelength dependent cell damage induced by high intensity femtosecond near infrared lasers. The study was performed with a Ti:sapphire laser and a Cr:forsterite laser. With a longer output wavelength from a Cr:forsterite laser, multi-photon absorption and auto-fluorescence were found to be significantly suppressed and the destructive plasma formation was found to be greatly reduced. Sustained multi-photon spectra can be observed in most plant specimens with a tightly focused Cr:forsterite laser beam under long term irradiation with more than 100 mW laser average power. In contrast, multi-photon absorption induced destructive plasma formation were frequently observed with a tightly focused Ti:sapphire laser beam within seconds with more than 10 mW laser average power.  相似文献

Thin films of the rare-earth metal Dy were grown on W(1 1 2) at room temperature and 570 K. Then the resultant film morphologies were characterised by LEED and STM. A series of novel film morphologies, including c(4 × 6), c(5 × 12) and (5 × 8) structures, were found that are unique among the rare-earth metals. High thermal stability was found for the Dy films (up to 1650 K, close to the melting point at 1685 K) such that the Dy atoms preserved an ordered structure and the Dy volatility was less than would be expected from its vapour pressure. This is an indication of strong electronic interactions between the Dy atoms and the W(1 1 2) substrate.  相似文献
