“突跳”现象严重影响着原子力显微镜(AFM)的性能。根据W igner-Seitz模型微观连续介质理论,建立了AFM针尖同试样面接触力包含斥力的数学模型;由分析力学的稳定平衡条件,发现了引起AFM“突跳”的本质是不稳定平衡点的存在;通过增加AFM悬臂梁刚度,提出了一种避免AFM“突跳”现象发生的方法,并给出仿真结果。  相似文献

Complex Mo,V‐based mixed oxides that crystallize in the orthorhombic M1‐type structure are promising candidates for the selective oxidation of small alkanes. The oxygen sublattice of such a complex oxide has been studied by annular bright field scanning transmission electron microscopy. The recorded micrographs directly display the local distortion in the metal oxygen octahedra. From the degree of distortion we are able to draw conclusions on the distribution of oxidation states in the cation columns at different sites. The results are supported by X‐ray diffraction and electron paramagnetic resonance measurements that provide integral details about the crystal structure and spin coupling, respectively.  相似文献

Using spinel‐type Li(Mn1.5Ni0.5)O4 with two different cations, Mn and Ni, in the oxygen octahedra as a model system, we show that a cation ordering transition takes place through the formation of Frenkel‐type point defects. A series of experimental results based on atomic‐scale observations and in situ powder diffractions along with ab initio calculations consistently support such defect‐mediated transition behavior. In addition to providing a precise suggestion of the intermediate transient states and the resulting kinetic pathway during the transition between two phases, our findings emphasize the significant role of point defects in ordering transformation of complex oxides.  相似文献

High electrochemical reactivity is required for various energy and sensing applications of graphene grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Herein, we report that heterogeneous electron transfer can be remarkably fast at CVD‐grown graphene electrodes that are fabricated without using the conventional poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) for graphene transfer from a growth substrate. We use nanogap voltammetry based on scanning electrochemical microscopy to obtain very high standard rate constants k0≥25 cm s?1 for ferrocenemethanol oxidation at polystyrene‐supported graphene. The rate constants are at least 2–3 orders of magnitude higher than those at PMMA‐transferred graphene, which demonstrates an anomalously weak dependence of electron‐transfer rates on the potential. Slow kinetics at PMMA‐transferred graphene is attributed to the presence of residual PMMA. This unprecedentedly high reactivity of PMMA‐free CVD‐grown graphene electrodes is fundamentally and practically important.  相似文献

Membrane receptors control fundamental cellular processes. Binding of a specific ligand to a receptor initiates communication through the membrane and activation of signaling cascades. This activation process often leads to a spatial rearrangement of receptors in the membrane at the molecular level. Single‐molecule techniques contributed significantly to the understanding of receptor organization and rearrangement in membranes. Here, we review four prominent single‐molecule techniques that have been applied to membrane receptors, namely, stepwise photobleaching, Förster resonance energy transfer, sub‐diffraction localization microscopy and co‐tracking. We discuss the requirements, benefits and limitations of each technique, discuss target labeling, present a selection of applications and results and compare the different methodologies.  相似文献

Tetranuclear Co‐grid complexes incorporating bis‐tridentate ligands, namely 4,6‐bis(2,2′‐bipyrid‐6‐yl)‐2‐phenylpyrimidine, were electrosprayed onto a Au(111) substrate under an ultrahigh vacuum. Fragmentation occurs leaving the ligands in four different conformations. Most ligands are found to form H‐bonded dimers. The most abundant conformer of the ligand on the Au surface is an asymmetric form, which has not been observed before. The present results indicate that the fragmentation of coordination compounds during the deposition process, in principle, allows for surface trapping, identification, and investigation of high energy, out‐of‐equilibrium conformations of the ligand molecules at low temperatures, which otherwise would not be observable.  相似文献

We investigate the degradation path of MAPbI3 (MA=methylammonium) films over flat TiO2 substrates at room temperature by means of X‐ray diffraction, spectroscopic ellipsometry, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy. The degradation dynamics is found to be similar in air and under vacuum conditions, which leads to the conclusion that the occurrence of intrinsic thermodynamic mechanisms is not necessarily linked to humidity. The process has an early stage, which drives the starting tetragonal lattice in the direction of a cubic atomic arrangement. This early stage is followed by a phase change towards PbI2. We describe how this degradation product is structurally coupled with the original MAPbI3 lattice through the orientation of its constituent PbI6 octahedra. Our results suggest a slight octahedral rearrangement after volatilization of HI+CH3NH2 or MAI, with a relatively low energy cost. Our experiments also clarify why reducing the interfaces and internal defects in the perovskite lattice enhances the stability of the material.  相似文献

Patterning of glassy carbon surfaces grafted with a layer of nitrophenyl moieties was achieved by using the direct mode of scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) to locally reduce the nitro groups to hydroxylamine and amino functionalities. SECM and atomic force microscopy (AFM) revealed that potentiostatic pulses applied to the working electrode lead to local destruction of the glassy carbon surface, most likely caused by etchants generated at the positioned SECM tip used as the counter electrode. By applying galvanostatic pulses, and thus, limiting the current during structuring, corrosion of the carbon surface was substantially suppressed. After galvanostatic patterning, unambiguous proof of the formation of the anticipated amino moieties was possible by modulation of the pH value during the feedback mode of SECM imaging. This patterning strategy is suitable for the further bio‐modification of microstructured surfaces. Alkaline phosphatase, as a model enzyme, was locally bound to the modified areas, thus showing that the technique can be used for the development of protein microarrays.  相似文献

The present work describes the development of a selective, sensitive and stable sensing microsensor for scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) to measure H2O2 during electrochemical reduction of oxygen. The microsensor is based on graphene and Poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) composite as support to iron (III) hexacyanoferrate (II) (PEDOT/graphene/FeIII4[FeII(CN)6]3 microsensor). The electrochemical properties of the PEDOT/graphene/FeIII4[FeII(CN)6]3 microsensor were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM). The PEDOT/graphene/FeIII4[FeII(CN)6]3 microsensor showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity toward hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) reduction with a diminution of the overpotential of about 500 mV in comparison to the process at a bare gold microelectrode. The microsensor presented excellent performance for two dimensional mapping of H2O2 by SECM in 0.1 mol L?1 phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0). Under optimized conditions, a linear response range from 1 up to 1000 µmol L?1 was obtained with a sensitivity of 0.08 nA L µmol?1 and limit of detection of 0.5 µmol L?1.  相似文献
