推导了光聚物全息存储布拉格偏移与记录角度的关系公式,数值计算的结果与实验符合很好。结果表明,光聚物全息存储的布拉格偏移与记录角度有比较大的关系,对于倾斜光栅,记录过程中参物光夹角越小,布拉格偏移越大。该结果对光聚物高密度全息存储器光路的设计有参考意义。  相似文献

Because our earlier work indicated a strong correlation between specific antibody productivity and cell density in perfusion culture, we conducted experiments to determine the optimum means of increasing cell density while mainitaining high antibody productivity. The rates of medium supply and waste removal were varied to determine whether cell density was limited or inhibited, and whether a diffusable substance could be responsible for the correlation between antibody productivity and cell density. Nutrient supply was found to be a stronger determinant of cell density than waste removal; however, the rate of waste removal had a greater effect on cell growth at lower cell densities. Even at noninhibitory levels of ammonia and lactate, cellular metabolism was regulated to minimize their concentrations at lowered rates of waste removal. Separate step changes in glucose and glutamine resulted in increased cell density and antibody concentration. Specific antibody productivity increased following the step in glutamine, but not glucose. Both steps caused changes in cellular metabolism that prevented the levels of lactate and ammonia from reaching toxic levels.  相似文献

In recent years there has been a strong trend and movement towards digitalism and high memory capacity in the multi-media field including digital movies. It is expected that new kinds of high density data storage to match this environment will be developed. The optical disk system using near-field optics and technology is considered to be a strong candidate for ultra-high density optical memory. In order to realize a new optical recording system we have focused on the writing head with high optical efficiency and resolution. We evaluated the properties of pyramidal probe heads using the FDTD (finite difference time domain) method and obtained simulation results in order to find the best structure and design for new near-field optical probes. From these results, we understood that a novel probe structure having metal layers on just 3 side planes (scoop type) shows the best performance in optical power density and beam size. We believe that optical enhancement and beam confinement arise from the effect of surface plasmon on a metal layer and the beam blocking of metal, respectively. Using this scoop-type probe having a tip size of 55 nm, we can get a very small spot size of 33 #x00D7; 60 nm2 in FWHM (full with half maximum), which allows us to realize the recording density of 300 Gb/in2.  相似文献

A high-performance, corrosion-resistant biplastic pipe for high-pressure oil pipeline systems is presented. The pipe combines an outer load-carrying layer formed from unidirectionally glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) sublayers by wet multi-circuit winding and an inner sealing layer of high-density polyethylene. Both demountable and permanent joints, tees, and other parts are constructed for these pipes. The biplastic pipes ensure reliable operation of oil pipeline systems under a pressure of up to 200 bar. The experimental results and calculated estimates of the strength of biplastic pipes are presented. The results of using these pipes in oil pipeline systems in the Perm’ region are discussed. α-synuclein (α-syn) is a major culprit of Parkinson’s disease (PD), although lipoprotein metabolism is very important in the pathogenesis of PD. α-syn was expressed and purified using the pET30a expression vector from an E. coli expression system to elucidate the physiological effects of α-syn on lipoprotein metabolism. The human α-syn protein (140 amino acids) with His-tag (8 amino acids) was expressed and purified to at least 95% purity. Isoelectric focusing gel electrophoresis showed that the isoelectric point (pI) of α-syn and apoA-I were pI = 4.5 and pI = 6.4, respectively. The lipid-free α-syn showed almost no phospholipid-binding ability, while apoA-I showed rapid binding ability with a half-time (T1/2) = 8 ± 0.7 min. The α-syn and apoA-I could be incorporated into the reconstituted HDL (rHDL, molar ratio 95:5:1:1, palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (POPC):cholesterol:apoA-I:α-syn with the production of larger particles (92 Å) than apoA-I-rHDL (86 and 78 Å) and α-syn-rHDL (65 Å). An rHDL containing both apoA-I and α-syn showed lower α-helicity around 45% with a red shift of the Trp wavelength maximum fluorescence (WMF) from 339 nm, while apoA-I-HDL showed 76% α-helicity and 337 nm of WMF. The denaturation by urea addition showed that the incorporation of α-syn in rHDL caused a larger increase in the WMF than apoA-I-rHDL, suggesting that the destabilization of the secondary structure of apoA-I by the addition of α-syn. On the other hand, the addition of α-syn induced two-times higher resistance to rHDL glycation at apoA-I:α-syn molar ratios of 1:1 and 1:2. Interestingly, low α-syn in rHDL concentrations, molar ratio of 1:0.5 (apoA-I:α-syn), did not prevent glycation with more multimerization of apoA-I. In the lipid-free and lipid-bound state, α-syn showed more potent antioxidant activity than apoA-I against cupric ion-mediated LDL oxidation. On the other hand, microinjection of α-syn (final 2 μM) resulted in 10% less survival of zebrafish embryos than apoA-I. A subcutaneous injection of α-syn (final 34 μM) resulted in less tail fin regeneration than apoA-I. Interestingly, incorporation of α-syn at a low molar ratio (apoA-I:α-syn, 1:0.5) in rHDL resulted destabilization of the secondary structure and impairment of apoA-I functionality via more oxidation and glycation. However, at a higher molar ratio of α-syn in rHDL (apoA-I:α-syn = 1:1 or 1:2) exhibited potent antioxidant and anti-glycation activity without aggregation. In conclusion, there might be a critical concentration of α-syn and apoA-I in HDL-like complex to prevent the aggregation of apoA-I via structural and functional enhancement.  相似文献

The research of purely organic room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) materials with stimulus response characteristic has drawn increasing attention for their broad application prospects. However, these kinds of materials are really scarce now, especially for those with efficient RTP emissions, which have largely limited their practical applications. Here, an all-around-type player in the field of photoinduced phosphorescence material appears, whose RTP efficiency can increase from near 0 to 22% after continuous UV irradiation. Correspondingly, the UV-written patterns based on them can be clearly observed by the naked eye in daytime or even under sunlight. Moreover, these materials are found to show excellent photostability, and the strong RTP emission can still be observed after repeated activation for more than 50 times. The high RTP efficiency and good photostability make these photoinduced RTP materials exhibit an attractive prospect for potential applications in many fields, including leak test, microcrack detection, programmable information storage, and encryption.  相似文献

In this paper, the blend fibers of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) were prepared by solution blending and gel spinning process. The uniformity of the blend fibers has been confirmed by rheological data and thermodynamic unimodal curve. They were further characterized by single fiber strength test, scanning electron microscopy, wide-angle X-ray diffraction, small-angle X-ray scattering, and so forth, to explore the structural evolution mechanism with the change of UHMWPE content. The results showed that when the molar content of UHMWPE was only 2.9 mol%, entanglement appeared in the structure of shish-kebab, and when the proportion reached 20 mol%, an interlocking structure could be observed. With the increase of UHMWPE content, kebab began to be networked, and when the content reached 33 mol%, kebab's orientation reached its peak. After that, the interlocking network structure gradually improved. When the content reached 50 mol%, the shish's orientation reached saturation, and the shish-kebab network became perfect. In addition, with the increase of UHMWPE content, stress-induced recrystallization occurred on the wafer, some kebab would be converted into shish crystals, and when the content exceeded 50 mol%, the microfibers began to merge, and the wafer became denser, but still had entanglements. Our work has proposed a quantitative explanation for the evolution of hierarchical crystal structure of HDPE/UHMWPE blend fibers.  相似文献
