We have measured, by means of NMR titrations, the binding constants for the complexes between hosts N,N′-bis(6-methylpyridin-2-yl)-1,3-benzenedicarboxamide (7) and 4-chloro-N,N′-bis(6-methylpyridin-2-yl)-2,6-pyridinedicarboxamide (8, hydrated) with biotin methyl ester (1), N,N′-dimethylurea (2), 2-imidazolidone (3), N,N′-trimethylenurea (4), barbital (5) and tolbutamide (6) as guests. Molecular Mechanics calculations (Monte Carlo Conformational Search, AMBER and OPLS force fields, MacroModel v.8.1) on the complexes formed between the foregoing guests and hosts 7 and 8, comparatively with 4-oxo-N,N′-bis(6-methylpyridin-2-yl)-1,4-dihydro-2,6-pyridinedicarboxamide (9a) have been carried out in order to determine the correlation between experimental and theoretical results and to understand the behaviour of the designed new hosts. Finally we have performed single point DFT [B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)] calculations on the optimised Molecular Mechanics geometries for the complexes between hosts 7-9 and water.  相似文献

A pyrene-functional fluoroionophore, 1 was used to construct a supramolecular 1/γ-CD complex for Cu2+ recognition in water. In aqueous γ-CD solution, 1 exhibits pyrene monomer fluorescence emission at 378 nm and 397 nm, while in the presence of Cu2+, it shows a pyrene excimer emission at 452 nm with a decrease in the monomer fluorescence due to the formation of a 1:2 metal-liganded complex. Based on the response characteristics of the supramolecular complex, a fluorescent ratiometric method was performed for the determination of Cu2+ concentration in water. With the optimum conditions described, Cu2+ in aqueous solution can be determined from 1.2 × 10−6 to 4.5 × 10−4 M. The Cu2+ selectivity of the complex is excellent, and the excimer fluorescence enhancements are very smaller induced by other heavy metal and transition metal ions.  相似文献

We describe the electrochemically controlled hydrogen bonding interactions between the isobutyl flavin/2,6-diferrocenylamidopyridine (2·5) and 9,10-phenanthrenequinone/1-ferrocenyl-3-hexylurea (4·6) dyads. Cyclic and square wave voltammetry studies have shown that the binding efficiencies between these moieties can be electrochemically actuated in non-polar (CH2Cl2 for 2·5) or polar (DMF for 4·6) organic solvents between three distinct states.  相似文献

The lower rim functionalized hexahomotrioxacalix[3]arene triamide 4 with cone-conformation was synthesized from triol 1 by a stepwise reaction. The different extractability for alkali metal ions, transition metal ions, and alkyl ammonium ions from water into dichloromethane is discussed. Due to the strong intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the neighboring NH and CO groups in triamide 4, its affinity to metal cations was weakened. Triamide 4 shows a single selectivity to n-BuNH3+. The anion complexation of triamide 4 was also studied by 1H NMR titration experiments. Triamide 4 binds halides through the intermolecular hydrogen bonding among the NH hydrogens of amide in a 1:1 fashion in CDCl3. The association constants calculated from these changes in chemical shifts of the amide protons are Ka = 223 M−1 for Cl and Ka = 71.7 M−1 for Br. Triamide 4 shows a preference for Cl complexation than Br complexation.  相似文献

A simple aliphatic dipeptide, l-leucyl-l-alanine (Leu-Ala), includes several alkyl methyl sulfoxides enantioselectively to form inclusion crystals. From single-crystal X-ray analyses of three inclusion compounds of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), isobutyl methyl sulfoxide, and benzyl methyl sulfoxide, it was elucidated that Leu-Ala molecules self-assemble to form layer structures and the sulfoxides are included via hydrogen bonding in a cavity between these layers. The inclusion cavity has methyl group and isobutyl group at its each side, and the guest sulfoxide is placed in such a manner that its methyl group faces toward the methyl of the Leu-Ala cavity. When the alkyl group of the sulfoxide is comparably large, it is located in the residual space of the cavity to attain effective crystal packing. Thus, the sulfoxides having a comparably large group such as isobutyl, butyl, and benzyl are included with a high (R)-enantioselectivity in Leu-Ala crystals.  相似文献

Chiral recognition is an attractive subject in the area of host-guest chemistry. Conformation study is performed to understand chiral recognition of zinc(Ⅱ) porphyrin with imidazole derivatives on a molecular level. The molecular recognition of three novel chiral zinc porphyrin(1-3) with four types of imidazole derivatives was studied. The conformation searching of this host-guest system was studied by using simulated annealing method on the basis of Tripos force field. The different minimal energy conformation of imidazole combind with porphyrin was studied. The quantum chemistry calculation was performed to calculate the single-point energies of the host-guest system. The minimal energy conformation of ZnT(o-BocAla)APP (3)-Im showed that Im attaching from the single-side chain of the host had the reasonable configuration than that from the three-side chain. The former also had the lower energy than the latter. And the quantum chemistry calculation results of orbital energy, ΔEL-H, and atomic net charge revealed the same way. The results illumate that combination oriention of the host-guest system is the single chain of the hosts.  相似文献

用CoMFA和HQSAR两种QSAR方法研究了50个乙内酰脲类分子的定量构效关系.本研究从构象搜索所得的低能结构出发构建化合物分子的构象, 建立CoMFA模型,并进行了全空间搜索. HQSAR本质上是一种二维的QSAR方法,与CoMFA方法相比,该方法在数据处理方面,比CoMFA方法快捷,并且可重复性好.两种方法均得到了较好分析结果, CoMFA的交叉验证相关系数q2 值为0.815, HQSAR的q2值为0.893.这些方程有力地说明了该类分子在(R,R)-N-3,5-dinitrobenzoyl-1,2-diamine型手性固定相上拆分过程中的影响因素,对今后类似拆分的实验研究提供了理论支持.  相似文献

A microorganism Agrobacterium tumefacients as an immobilized cell on a solid support was presented as a new biosorbent for the enrichment of Fe(III), Co(II), Mn(II) and Cr(III) prior to flame atomic absorption spectrometric analysis. Amberlite XAD-4 was used as a support material for column preconcentration. Various parameters such as pH, amount of adsorbent, eluent type and volume, flow rate of sample solution, volume of sample solution and matrix interference effect on the retention of the metal ions have been studied. The optimum pH for the sorption of above mentioned metal ions were about 6, 8, 8 and 6, respectively. The loading capacity of adsorbent for Co(II) and Mn(II) were found to be 29 and 22 μmol g−1, respectively. The recoveries of Fe(III), Co(II), Mn(II) and Cr(III), under the optimum conditions were found to be 99 ± 3, 99 ± 2, 98 ± 3 and 98 ± 3%, respectively, at the 95% confidence level. The limit of detection was 3.6, 3.0, 2.8 and 3.6 ng ml−1 for Fe(III), Co(II), Mn(II) and Cr (III), respectively, by applying a preconcentration factor of 25. The proposed enrichment method was applied for metal ion determination from water samples, alloy samples, infant foods and certified samples such as whey powder (IAEA-155) and aluminum alloy (NBS SRM 85b). The analytes were determined with a relative error lower than 10% in all samples.  相似文献

Chiral crown ethers 1 and 5 are useful enantiomeric discriminating agents in 1H NMR spectroscopy for neutral and protonated primary amines, amino acids, and amino alcohols. The presence of the carboxylic acid groups in 1 and 5 provide sites at which ytterbium(III) can bind. Adding ytterbium(III) nitrate to crown–substrate mixtures in methanol-d4 causes shifts in the spectra of substrates and often enhances the chiral discrimination in the 1H NMR spectrum. The enhancement in enantiomeric discrimination that occurs in the presence of ytterbium(III) allows lower concentrations of the crown ether to be used in chiral recognition studies. Several amide derivatives of 1 were prepared and evaluated as chiral NMR discriminating agents, although except for 1e, these were less effective than 1.  相似文献
