火工品可靠性试验数据的综合分析方法

升降法试验数据和固定刺激量下的成败型试验数据,是两种最常见的火工品可靠性试验数据．我们应用Markov链,研究了升降法试验数据下,感度分布参数的极大似然估计的特性．在此基础上,应用Bootstrap方法和Bayes方法,给出了综合分析两种试验数据的方法．最后,将该方法应用于520底火的可靠性鉴定,得出了有益的结论．

在简要回顾飞机操纵系统的发展历史的基础上,详细介绍了光传操纵系统的发展状况和应用前景。针对航空领域光纤传输的特点,对光传操纵系统中光电器件的选择及关键技术等进行了分析。     

电火花铣削钛合金电极损耗在线补偿研究

根据电火花铣削等损耗理论，对用电火花铣削钛合金的加工中电极损耗补偿作了分析阐述。并根据正交试验的数据对理论分析结果进行对比，同时给出了一定的结论和建议。     

智能组卷系统试题库结构的研究

在分析了传统的组卷系统的组卷算法及相应的试题库结构的基础上，基于遗传算法提出了一种新的试题库结构，并给定具体结构的确定方法。实践表明，这种结构下的试题库很好地配合遗传算法实现了智能组卷，并且系统效率更高，冗余度更小。     

Analyses of the practical adhesion strengths of the metal/polymer interfaces in electronic packaging

There is a plethora of techniques to measure the adhesion strength of metal/polymer interfaces. However, the practical adhesion strength, which is the work done in separating the film from the substrate (or one film from another), is very sensitive to the test methods and the mechanical effects, such as the residual stress, thickness and mechanical properties of the layers, strain rate, and phase angle. Deriving intrinsic-adhesion properties of the interfaces, which are independent of such parameters, from the practical adhesion-strength measurements is a formidable task. In the present work, data from the three commonly used adhesion tests; pull-out, 90°-peel, and T-peel tests are compared with the intrinsic-adhesion properties of the interface, such as the interface-fracture toughness or the interface-fracture energy, and their implications are discussed. Material systems analyzed were Cu-based lead frame/epoxy-molding compound (EMC) and Cu/Cr/polyimide.     

位相物体激光全息二次曝光法无损检测

为借助激光全息进行无损检测，获得位相物体的信息，对位相物体激光全息二次曝光法无损检测进行了研究，指出一般的二次曝光法测位相物体典型光路的缺点，提出了物光波2次通过样品的改进方案。利用此方案对一些位相物体(如普通玻璃和有机玻璃)作了无损检测实验，得到了较满意的实验结果。与普通检测方法相比，该方法具有精度高、结果直接可靠、不损伤物体等诸多优点。对改进方案稍作改动，即可用于塑料制品和玻璃制品生产线对加工产品进行在线产品质量监控。     

电火花铣削钛合金加工工艺研究

在全面试验的基础上，对电火花铣削钛合金进行了初步研究，给出了电火花铣削钛合金的影响因素及其指标的关系曲线。并对其进行了数据分析。试验表明，冲油电火花铣削是加工钛合金的有效方法。     

泛函梯度数值计算的一种新方法—正交试验法

本文研究并揭示了L_(2~a)(2~(2~a-1))型正交表行(列)间的递推规律,提出了一种泛函梯度数值计算的新方法——正交试验法,该方法在计算速度和精度上优于直接梯度法;在通用性及节省内存方面优于伴随算子法。     

Tests of ordered hypotheses in linkage in heredity

The asymptotic null distribution of the likelihood ratio test for two cases of ordered hypotheses in a particular genetic model is considered. A simple iterative process is proposed in order to get the restricted estimates. It is shown that both tests have asymptotically a chi-bar squared distribution and the same size. A simulation study is also conducted in order to compare the usual unrestricted test with the corresponding one of ordered hypotheses. Finally, the results are extended to some special cases.

本文简单地回顾了提高VLSI测试效率所采用的一些手段,讨论了在ASIC测试问题研究中出现的一些新观点、新方法、新动向,以及所取得的成果。在此基础上,文章阐明了ASIC测试技术的发展方向,并着重论述了可望在未来得到发展的,针对ASIC的功能测试方法。
