介绍了一种乘积码迭代译码器的硬件设计方案。基于软判决译码规则,使用VHDL硬件描述语言,提出了基于Modelsim6.Oa仿真平台的两维乘积码的EDA实现方法,给出了仿真波形,迭代次数为四次时最大译码速率可达到50Mbit/s,并通过了在Xilinx公司的FPGA芯片XC2S200上的综合验证实验。该译码器的功能仿真和硬件实现都证明了这种方案的可行性和正确性。  相似文献

Self-healing polymer composites possess the inherent ability to heal the damage event autonomically or non-autonomically with external intervention. These advanced materials can be commercialized if the challenges and limitations of different self-healing mechanisms are well known and considered. These include capsule-based healing systems, vascular healing systems, and intrinsic healing systems. To date, most of the reviews have studied and reported on different self-healing mechanisms including their response to impact, fatigue, and corrosion tests. This review focuses mostly on extrinsic and intrinsic self-healing polymer composites which have been reported during the past five years by comparing their healing efficiency, advantages, and challenges in the prospect of their future development as well as their possible applications across various industries such as aerospace, automobile, coating, electronics, energy, etc.  相似文献

The relaxation of the extrinsic grain boundary dislocation (EGBD) stresses, created by interaction of lattice dislocations with grain boundaries (GBs), is a phenomenon which plays an important role in recrystallization and high temperature deformation of materials. The kinetics of this phenomenon, controlled by GB diffusion, are relatively well established. On the contrary, the processes which operate in order the GBs return to equilibrium are still controversed in vicinal and general GBs.The decomposition in discrete products and the rapid motion of the glissile components observed by High Resolution Electron Microscopy (HREM) in symmetrical tilt GBs support the recent incorporation model of EGBD accommodation. But, until now, these observations and this model are restricted to GBs described by the Structural Unit/Grain Boundary Dislocation (SU/GBD) model. Otherwise, the Spreading phenomenon generally observed by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) in vicinal and general GBs is not clearly understood.This paper is an attempt to review the different EGBD accommodation models and to raise up the question of their relevance to account for the stress relaxation in any grain boundary.  相似文献

Four coordination compounds [Zn3(CH3COO)6(H2O)2](TT)2 [Cd(H2O)6](ClO4)2(TT)2, [Cd(H2O)6](BF4)2(TT)2, [Zn(H2O)6](BF4)2(TT)2 ( 1 – 4 ) accommodating the crystallization induced emissive triimidazo[1,2‐a:1′,2′‐c:1′′,2′′‐e][1,3,5]triazine ( TT ) as a guest in their crystal lattice are isolated and fully photophysically and structurally characterized. Their emission properties are compared with those of afterglow TT and interpreted taking into account the heavy atom effect and crystal packing similarities and differences. In the case of 1 , due to the closeness of the TT H‐aggregates arrangement with that of the phosphor's pure phase, the observed intensification of the phosphorescent emission at the expense of the prompt one is attributed to the extrinsic heavy atom effect of Zn. In 2 and 3 , the heavier Cd atom is responsible for a decrease in the lifetimes of the afterglow emission, despite the presence of tightly overlapped H‐dimers in the crystal structure. Finally, for 4 , isostructural with 3 , the Zn atom reveals in RTUP lifetime comparable with that of 1 .  相似文献

An extrinsic self‐healing coating system containing tetraphenylethylene (TPE) in microcapsules was monitored by measuring aggregation‐induced emission (AIE). The core healing agent comprised of methacryloxypropyl‐terminated polydimethylsiloxane, styrene, benzoin isobutyl ether, and TPE was encapsulated in a urea‐formaldehyde shell. The photoluminescence of the healing agent in the microcapsules was measured that the blue emission intensity dramatically increased and the storage modulus also increased up to 105 Pa after the photocuring. These results suggested that this formulation might be useful as a self‐healing material and as an indicator of the self‐healing process due to the dramatic change in fluorescence during photocuring. To examine the ability of the healing agent to repair damage to a coating, a self‐healing coating containing embedded microcapsules was scribed with a razor. As the healing process proceeded, blue light fluorescence emission was observed at the scribed regions. This observation suggested that self‐healing could be monitored using the AIE fluorescence.

有机硅自修复材料在可穿戴装备、智能涂层等领域有广泛应用。本文分别从外援型和本征型两大类介绍了有机硅自修复材料的特点、修复机理和最新研究进展。在外援型有机硅自修复材料中,主要介绍了利用光引发自由基反应、缩合固化、硅氢加成等有机硅特异性反应实现自修复。在本征型有机硅自修复材料中介绍了利用Diels-Alder反应、酰腙键、酯键、Schiff base结构等可逆化学反应,金属-配体配位作用以及氢键、π-π堆叠作用等超分子作用,实现自修复功能的途径及特点;除此之外还介绍了最小化表面自由能、巯基与纳米银之间的键合作用和重构反应等有机硅自修复实例。最后,本文指出了有机硅自修复材料面临的问题并对今后的发展方向进行了展望。  相似文献

对以EB作为外源荧光探针测定脱氧核酶切割RNA反应的动力学参数的方法进行了改进。实验结果表明:对于目前应用最为广泛的10-23脱氧核酶和8-17脱氧核酶,在生理条件下(150mmol/L KCl,2mmol/L MgCL2,pH7.5,37℃)采用改进方法测得的反应动力学参数(kobs 10-23=0.12min^-1,kobs 8-17=0.08min^-1)与原方法相比更接近于放射性标记方法的测定结果(k2 10-23=0.13min^-1,k2 8-17=0.08min^-1)。  相似文献

In this work, the mechanochemical synthesis method was used for the first time to produce powders of the nanocrystalline Nd1.1Fe10CoTi compound from Nd2O3, Fe2O3, Co and TiO2. High-energy-milled powders were heat treated at 1000 °C for 10 min to obtain the ThMn12-type structure. Volume fraction of the 1:12 phase was found to be as high as 95.7% with 4.3% of a bcc phase also present. The nitrogenation process of the sample was carried out at 350 °C during 3, 6, 9 and 12 h using a static pressure of 80 kPa of N2. The magnetic properties Mr, µ0Hc, and (BH)max were enhanced after nitrogenation, despite finding some residual nitrogen-free 1:12 phase. The magnetic values of a nitrogenated sample after 3 h were Mr = 75 Am2 kg–1, µ0Hc = 0.500 T and (BH)max = 58 kJ·m–3. Samples were aligned under an applied field of 2 T after washing and were measured in a direction parallel to the applied field. The best value of (BH)max ~ 114 kJ·m–3 was obtained for 3 h and the highest µ0Hc = 0.518 T for 6 h nitrogenation. SEM characterization revealed that the particles have a mean particle size around 360 nm and a rounded shape.  相似文献

The mechanical stress effect on the crystallization behaviour of Ge2Sb2Te5(GST) thin films is carefully investigated by electrical resistance measurements. It is found that the crystallization temperature of GST films increases as external compressive stress is applied, while the crystallization temperature decreases under tensile stress. We also find that the uneven distribution of extrinsic stress can widen the span of transition temperature. These results clearly demonstrate that mechanical stress plays an important role during the crystallization process of GST films and may further influence the reliability and storage speed of relevant devices. 针对模型的姿态估计问题提出了一种基于点对的姿态估计和结构恢复方法.首先根据由3个模型点构成的3个点对独立地估计旋转矩阵,再据此计算平移向量和模型点的三维结构.该方法的特点在于单独估计旋转矩阵,且只需少数几个模型点就能获得好的估计结果;又能得到线性和非线性估计结果,且非线性估计的初始猜测由线性估计自动给出:即使旋转矩阵估计误差很大,结构恢复的结果仍然比较准确.模拟和实际试验结果均表明该方法的有效性.  相似文献
