The fluorescent properties, structure, and electronic structure of the ground and excited singlet and triplet electronic states of the cis and trans forms of 4,5-dihydro-2-(2-furyl)oxazole, 4,4-dihydro-2-(2-thienyl)oxazole, 2-(2-furyl)oxazole (FO), and 2-(2-thienyl)oxazole (TO) have been studied. The orbital nature of the lower excited singlet and triplet states has been studied by the semiempirical INDO/S (valence approximation) and PPP/S ( approximation) methods. It was shown that for FO and TO molecules the lower triplet state is of the * type, for which delocalization of the electronic excitation on atoms is characteristic. In the singlet excitation state inversion was observed of the energy levels of the delocalized * states and n* states localized over several bonds (for the free TO and FO molecules the lower excited singlet states S1* were assigned to * and n* types respectively). Owing to the low position of the T * and T n* levels relative to the singlet level of * type, the rate constant for intercombination conversion is greater than the rate constant for radiative decay. Consequently an efficient population of the triplet states of the molecules occurs under conditions of electronic-vibrational excitation. The direction of reactions during synthesis was compared with the localization indices in the ground state for electrophilic, nucleophilic, and radical substitution, and also with the excitation localization numbers L for a wide selection of electronically excited states. It was concluded that the change in the structure of the azole molecule on replacing an O atom by an S atom, or on changing from a partially hydrogenated to a heteroaromatic system, was the main reason for the change of all the spectral parameters characterizing the electronic-vibrational or the spin-orbital interaction of the most reactive groups of atoms in the molecular structure.  相似文献

以INDO/SCI方法为基础,按完全态求和(SOS)公式编制了计算分子二阶非线性光学系数β~i~j~k和β~μ的程序。研究了1,2-二氨基-4,5-二硝基苯1和其异构体1,3-二氨基-4,6-二硝基苯2的电子光谱和二阶非线性光学性质。计算表明分子1具有与分子2几乎相等的二阶非线性极化率。但由于分子1的偶极矩明显大于分子2的,故分子1的μβ值比分子2的μβ值大的多。在此基础上,研究了2,3-二(β-苯乙烯基)-5,6-二氰基吡嗪和2,3-二(β-噻吩乙烯基)-5,6-二氰基吡嗪和2,3-二(β-噻吩乙烯基)-5,6二氰基吡嗪衍生物的电子光谱和二阶非线性光学性质。结果表明,这些化合物均具有两个相距很近的强吸收峰,它们对β值的呈加和模式。由于这类化合物特征吸收峰均位于413nm以下且具有大的μβ值,所以,它们是一类很有前途的二阶非线性光学候选材料。  相似文献

The Ga‐ and In‐substituted bismuthides Ca11GaxBi10–x, Ca11InxBi10–x, Yb11GaxBi10–x, and Yb11InxBi10–x (x < 2) can be readily synthesized employing molten Ga or In metals as fluxes. They crystallize in the tetragonal space group I4/mmm and adopt the Ho11Ge10 structure type (Pearson code tI84; Wyckoff sequence n2 m j h2 e2 d). The structural response to the substitution of Bi with smaller and electron‐poorer In or Ga has been studied by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction methods for the case of Ca11InxBi10–x [x = 1.73 (2); octabismuth undecacalcium diindium]. The refinements show that the In atoms substitute Bi only at the 8h site. The refined interatomic distances show an unconventional – for this structure type – bond‐length distribution within the anionic sublattice. The latter can be viewed as consisting of isolated Bi3− anions and [In4Bi820−] clusters for the idealized Ca11In2Bi8 model. Formal electron counting and first‐principle calculations show that the peculiar bonding in this compound drives the system toward an electron‐precise state, thereby stabilizing the observed bond‐length pattern.  相似文献

A new Cu3Au‐type ternary phase (τ phase) is found in the AuPd‐rich part of the Au–In–Pd system. It has a broad homogeneity range based on extensive (Pd,Au) and (In,Au) replacement, with the composition varying between Au17.7In25.3Pd57.0 and Au50.8In16.2Pd33.0. The occupancies of the crystallographic positions were studied by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction for three samples of different composition. The sites with mm symmetry are occupied by atoms with a smaller scattering power than the atoms located on 4/mmm sites. Two extreme structure models were refined. Within the first, the occupation type changes from (Au,In,Pd)3(Pd,In) to (Au,Pd)3(In,Pd,Au) with an increase in the Au gross content. For the second model, the occupation type (Au,In,Pd)3(Pd,Au) remains essentially unchanged for all Au concentrations. Although the diffraction data do not allow the choice of one of these models, the latter model, where Au substitutes In on 4/mmm sites, seems to be preferable, since it agrees with the fact that the homogeneity range of the τ phase is inclined to the Au corner and provides the same occupation type for all the studied samples of different compositions.  相似文献

A new tantalum phosphate, tridecasodium distrontium ditantalum nonaphosphate, Na13Sr2Ta2(PO4)9, was prepared using the high‐temperature flux method. The structure can be described as a three‐dimensional open framework containing isolated [TaV2(PO4)9]17− units that are interlocked by Na and Sr ions. Band structure studies by the first‐principles method revealed that Na13Sr2Ta2(PO4)9 is an insulator with an indirect band gap of 4.78 eV, which makes it suitable as a luminescent host matrix. A series of solid solutions, i.e. Na13Sr2–xTa2(PO4)9:xDy3+ (x = 0.01, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.1, 0.12 and 0.14), were prepared and their photoluminescence properties studied. Under 350 nm light excitation, these emit two typical emissions of the Dy3+ ion, i.e. the 4F9/26H15/2 transition centred at 476 nm and the 4F9/26H13/2 transition centred at 570 nm.  相似文献

We survey the structure and electronic properties of the family of higher trifluoromethylated C70(CF3)n molecules with n=14, 16, 18, and 20. Twenty‐two available compounds, of which thirteen are newly obtained and characterized, demonstrate the broad diversity of π‐system topologies, which enabled us to study the interplay between the CF3 addition pattern and the electronic properties. UV/Vis spectroscopic and cyclic voltammetric studies demonstrate the importance of the exact addition pattern rather than the plain number of addends. Of particular interest is the skew pentagonal pyramid (SPP) addition pattern, which enables formation of closed‐shell cyclopentadienyl anions C70(CF3)n? 1 ? through CF3 detachment upon electron transfer. A detailed study of the process is presented for a SPP‐C70(CF3)16 where potentiostatic electrolysis at the second reduction potential gives C70(CF3)15? oxidizable to a persistent C70(CF3)15· radical. Together with the literature data for the lower C70(CF3)n compounds with n=2–12, the present results show good correlation between the experimental boundary level positions and the DFT predictions. The compounds turn out to be electron acceptor molecular semiconductors with experimental LUMO energies and HOMO–LUMO gaps within the ranges of ?4.3 to ?3.7 eV and 1.6 to 3.3 eV, respectively, depending on the shape of the conjugated fragments. The HOMO levels fall within the range of ?5.6 to ?6.9 eV and show linear correlation with the number of addends.  相似文献

Ab initio all‐electron computations have been carried out for Ce+ and CeF, including the electron correlation, scalar relativistic, and spin–orbit coupling effects in a quantitative manner. First, the n‐electron valence state second‐order multireference perturbation theory (NEVPT2) and spin–orbit configuration interaction (SOCI) based on the state‐averaged restricted active space multiconfigurational self‐consistent field (SA‐RASSCF) and state‐averaged complete active space multiconfigurational self‐consistent field (SA‐CASSCF) wavefunctions have been applied to evaluations of the low‐lying energy levels of Ce+ with [Xe]4f15d16s1 and [Xe]4f15d2 configurations, to test the accuracy of several all‐electron relativistic basis sets. It is shown that the mixing of quartet and doublet states is essential to reproduce the excitation energies. Then, SA‐RASSCF(CASSCF)/NEVPT2 + SOCI computations with the Sapporo(‐DKH3)‐2012‐QZP basis set were carried out to determine the energy levels of the low‐lying electronic states of CeF. The calculated excitation energies, bond length, and vibrational frequency are shown to be in good agreement with the available experimental data. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

In this work, we have combined the polarizable force field based on the classical Drude oscillator with a continuum Poisson–Boltzmann/solvent‐accessible surface area (PB/SASA) model. In practice, the positions of the Drude particles experiencing the solvent reaction field arising from the fixed charges and induced polarization of the solute must be optimized in a self‐consistent manner. Here, we parameterized the model to reproduce experimental solvation free energies of a set of small molecules. The model reproduces well‐experimental solvation free energies of 70 molecules, yielding a root mean square difference of 0.8 kcal/mol versus 2.5 kcal/mol for the CHARMM36 additive force field. The polarization work associated with the solute transfer from the gas‐phase to the polar solvent, a term neglected in the framework of additive force fields, was found to make a large contribution to the total solvation free energy, comparable to the polar solute–solvent solvation contribution. The Drude PB/SASA also reproduces well the electronic polarization from the explicit solvent simulations of a small protein, BPTI. Model validation was based on comparisons with the experimental relative binding free energies of 371 single alanine mutations. With the Drude PB/SASA model the root mean square deviation between the predicted and experimental relative binding free energies is 3.35 kcal/mol, lower than 5.11 kcal/mol computed with the CHARMM36 additive force field. Overall, the results indicate that the main limitation of the Drude PB/SASA model is the inability of the SASA term to accurately capture non‐polar solvation effects. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

采用普通溶液法合成了配合物[Zn(eiqnthz)_2]·DMF(1)和[Zn3(piqnthz)_2Cl_2]·2H_2O(2)(Heiqnthz=N,N′-乙酰异喹啉甲酰肼,H2piqnthz=N,N′-丙酰异喹啉甲酰肼)。通过X射线单晶衍射分析、X射线粉末衍射分析、红外光谱分析、热重分析以及荧光光谱分析等分析方法对2个配合物进行结构测定和性质表征。结构分析表明配合物1是单核结构,单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,锌离子周围有4个氮原子和2个氧原子与之配位,形成一个畸变的N4O2八面体构型。配合物2属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,三核结构。中心原子Zn(1)、Zn(2)、Zn(3)均为5配位,Zn(1)、Zn(3)位于分子两端并且是变形四角锥配位构型,Zn(2)位于中间形成三角双锥配位构型,整体呈V字型。荧光分析表明Heiqnthz、H2piqnthz与锌(Ⅱ)离子配位后其荧光都发生较大的红移。  相似文献
