雷达抗反辐射无人机措施的研究

虽然反辐射无人机在现代战争中发挥着越来越重要的作用，取得了良好的战绩，但并非是无懈可击的。本文就是通过对反辐射无人机作战弱点的分析，研究其不可避免存在的几点不足，探讨如何运用雷达的各种战技性能来有效对抗反辐射无人机的措施、方法。     

米波警戒雷达天线小型化研究

分析了单元间距较大的小型天线阵的基本特性，探讨了这种天线阵的设计方法，设计了一个小型大间距八木阵，试验结果表明，这种天线阵增益高，波瓣性能好，是米波警戒雷达天线小型化的有效途径之一。     

电镜与电子探针在Wilson病早期诊断中的应用

６例肝病患者的肝活检组织经透射电镜检查发现肝细胞线粒体的特征性改变和胞浆中的Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ病特征性颗粒，５例同时进行电子探针分析，发现肝细胞中含铜较多，从而确诊为Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ病，说明联合使用透射电镜和电子探针分析对Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ病的早期诊断有着肯定的价值。     

热红外多光谱遥感技术金矿调查应用研究

根据航空遥感实验获取的TIMS图象,利用计算机图象处理主成分分析和去相关等方法,并依据TIMS成象机制,提取出花岗岩、斜长片麻岩以及粘土化、硅化等蚀变岩岩性和丰富的断层信息,结合金矿化带光谱特征,圈出金矿化异常区,同时TIMS图象也显示了该地区北北东向金矿成矿主断层控制金矿化的规律,现有分析成果表明热红外多光谱扫描仪所获得的图象数据在岩性和金矿化带的识别上,以及增强断层信息方面有较好效果.

高性能的MIL-STD-1773光纤数据总线系统

本文综述了我们对1773光纤数据总线系统的研究工作进展。建立的1773光纤数据总线系统满足舰船电子设备环境使用条件,研制工作充分考虑了实时控制的特殊要求,所进行的工作独立于具体的舰船型号和用途,不受具体应用的限制,因此这些技术可以扩展到其他各种军事及工业实时控制系统中应用。     

Transport coefficients of quark-gluon plasma

Transport coefficients of quark-gluon plasma are discussed in the framework of relativistic kinetic theory with the relaxation time approximation of Boltzmann transport equation. The expressions for the coefficients of shear and volume viscosities and heat conductivity are derived assuming quark-gluon plasma to be a non-reactive mixture of quarks, anti-quarks and gluons. A lowest order in deviations from local thermal equilibrium and in plasma phase, lowest order in coupling constant are assumed. Entropy production due to irreversible processes is discussed.     

I DDQ testing in CMOS digital ASICs

I _DDQ testing with precision measurement unit (PMU) was used to eliminate early life failures caused by CMOS digital ASICs in our products. Failure analysis of the rejected parts found that bridging faults caused by particles were not detected in incoming tests created by automatic test generation (ATG) for stuck-at-faults (SAF). The nominal 99.6% SAF test coverage required to release a design for production was not enough! This article shows how I _DDQ testing and supplier process improvements affected our early life failure rates over a three year period. A typical I _DDQ measurement distribution, effects of multiple I _DDQ testing, and examples of the defects found are presented. The effects of less than 99.6% fault coverage after the I _DDQ testing was implemented are reviewed. The methods used to establish I _DDQ test limits and implement the I _DDQ test with existing ATG testing are included. This article is a revision of one given at International Test Conference [1].
