We consider a coefficient identification problem for a mathematical model with free boundary related to ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). This inverse problem aims to determine the nutrient consumption rate from additional measurement data at a boundary point. We first obtain a global‐in‐time uniqueness of our inverse problem. Then based on the optimization method, we present a regularization algorithm to recover the nutrient consumption rate. Finally, our numerical experiment shows the effectiveness of the proposed numerical method.  相似文献

We are concerned with the reconstruction of a non‐differentiable acoustic stiffness reactance coefficient of a one‐dimensional hyperbolic equation using the smallest possible number of boundary readings generated by classical initial conditions. To this end, a complete set of spectral data of a string is extracted from either a single or at most two readings of the trace of the solution on the boundary. The goal of this article is to discuss the Simple Equations Method (SEsM) for obtaining exact solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations and to show that several well-known methods for obtaining exact solutions of such equations are connected to SEsM. In more detail, we show that the Hirota method is connected to a particular case of SEsM for a specific form of the function from Step 2 of SEsM and for simple equations of the kinds of differential equations for exponential functions. We illustrate this particular case of SEsM by obtaining the three- soliton solution of the Korteweg-de Vries equation, two-soliton solution of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation, and the soliton solution of the Ishimori equation for the spin dynamics of ferromagnetic materials. Then we show that a particular case of SEsM can be used in order to reproduce the methodology of the inverse scattering transform method for the case of the Burgers equation and Korteweg-de Vries equation. This particular case is connected to use of a specific case of Step 2 of SEsM. This step is connected to: (i) representation of the solution of the solved nonlinear partial differential equation as expansion as power series containing powers of a “small” parameter ϵ; (ii) solving the differential equations arising from this representation by means of Fourier series, and (iii) transition from the obtained solution for small values of ϵ to solution for arbitrary finite values of ϵ. Finally, we show that the much-used homogeneous balance method, extended homogeneous balance method, auxiliary equation method, Jacobi elliptic function expansion method, F-expansion method, modified simple equation method, trial function method and first integral method are connected to particular cases of SEsM.  相似文献

In this paper, we have focused our study on the acute perturbation of the group inverse for the elements of Banach algebra with respect to the spectral radius. We also give perturbation analysis for the core inverse in C*- algebra. The perturbation bounds for the core inverse under some conditions are presented. In this article, we consider Maxwell's equations in an isotropic, inhomogeneous and non-stationary medium. We discuss an inverse problem of determining the t-independent components of the coefficients ?, μ in the constitutive relations from a finite number of interior measurements. We prove a Lipschitz stability estimate for the inverse problem by applying the argument on the basis of Carleman estimate.  相似文献

The structure elucidation of heavy Grignard reagents (RAeX, Ae=Ca, Sr, and Ba, X=halides) has been greatly strived after, mainly because of their inaccessibility and remarkable instability. The synthesis of a series of butadienylcalcium compounds is presented, including 1-calcio-4-lithio-1,3-butadiene, 1,4-dicalcio-1,3-butadiene, and a Ca4[O] inverse crown ether complex, via the reaction between 1,4-dilithio-1,3-butadienes and calcium iodide in THF. Single-crystal X-ray analysis of these unprecedented heavy Grignard reagents revealed unique structural characteristics and bonding modes. Preliminary reaction chemistry was investigated. This study provides a novel class of alkenyl heavy Grignard reagents and a useful synthetic strategy for otherwise unavailable reactive organometallic compounds.  相似文献

通过倒差商-连分式算法,提出了一种保端点非线性有理参数化拟合算法,通过选取中间点的参数化,利用连分式插值法,得到的拟合函数具有保端点性,规律性和灵活性.实例表明,算法减少了连分式插值迭代次数,避免插值连分式的不存在性,所得到拟合值具有更好的精度,大大提高了计算效率,拟合的误差更具有平稳性,逼近效果更好,并具有较好的预测等方面的应用.  相似文献

For detailed study of complex chemical reactions mechanisms experiment is conducted for selected private reactions. This causes a problem of kinetic parameters getting—the same set of rate constants must describe both public and private reaction stages, and also a general mechanism. In this paper, solution of this problem for a reaction of olefins hydroalumination is proposed. To optimize the computational process a methodology of parallelization is elaborated. On the base of parallel computations, a kinetic model for the reaction assigned is constructed, and on its base, the physical and chemical conclusions about reaction mechanism are done.  相似文献
